There are three different Anzac hotels, and the pictures can be quite misleading. This was yet another dusty, neglected hotel that marred our experience with an organized tour. The pictures are deceiving, showing rooms that bear no resemblance to what you actually receive. They may be from another property or taken with lenses and edited to appear more appealing. Unfortunately, neither TripAdvisor nor Booking.com take measures to verify the authenticity of the room photos advertised.

Stayed here overnight whilst on our week's tour of western Turkey. We were in the wing over the road from reception and the rooms were quite small, but clean and absolutely fine for one night - the wifi was good, the shower ok, the air con worked (!) and there was a kettle as well as a fridge! The pillows were pretty poor (this was the worst part of the room).||Breakfast was Turkish style with a reasonable choice - some help yourself, some tell the friendly man what you wanted and he put it on your plate. ||The location is pretty central, just a few mins walk from the horse statue and ferry. A little noisy as a result but it didn't disturb our sleep.

A small hotel close to the main ferry port and surprisingly quiet for its central location. Room was clean and airy, basic but perfectly serviceable for one night, small bathroom but nice bedding and pillows. The a/c was good as was the WiFi connection. The breakfast was 'served' (Covid restrictions) but there was plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful

On my recent visit to Turkey I stayed three nights in this conveniently located Hotel. It is right near the clock tower. Easy to find and within short walking distance of the main attractions. All staff were so helpful and they spoke good English. I was particularly pleased with the manager Youseff who ensured that my needs were catered for. Like all of his staff, Youseff was smiling and attentive and couldn't have even more helpful to me. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is down a little side street just a short walk from the ferry and clock tower. Parking is a bit of a problem as you park on the nearby streets and it can take sometime for a space to become free. U buy your parking ticket at the hotel the night before (10 TRY) and they give u a ticket in the morning. U will find a yellow ticket on your car, put there by the parking attendant.. just find him and give him your yellow ticket and ticket from Hotel... My friend and I booked two single rooms. We were put on the top floor next to each other. The rooms were clean. Loads of hot water. My friend's room was smaller than mine... But fine. My room had a few issues.. bathroom light did not work.. no kettle (but tea and coffee left)! No complimentary shower things.. my room also smelt of cigarettes when I put the air conditioning on and the throw had cigarette burns. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would I stay again.. probably.. car parking could be an issue during really busy periods.

Close to car ferry crossing, bars and eateries, town shopping centre, fantastic buffet breakfast, helpful staff. Room was comfortable size for three single beds, large modern bathroom, has WIFI and Secure code access is required after 8pm to gain entry to building. Hotel negatives would be: street noise from below most of the night when window was opened and dust from curtains created a problem with breathing when moved.

Stayed here one night before crossing on ferry back to Europe. Good situation close to centre of town and ferry port. We stayed in the annexe across the road which was clean and tidy, but compact. The walls are paper thin, so you could hear the next door neighbour blow his nose! Breakfast OK but not special.

Came here as part of a tour group, after being told we were going to the Grand Anzac we ended up here (??) it has tiny lifts that only 1 person plus bag can fit in!! ||Room of a good size, we had a queen size (found it to be 2 singles pushed together...so no sleeping in the middle for one traveller) & a large king single, beds were comfortable and the air con helped mask some of the street noise. Despite our window being closed we could hear everything from down below (suggest asking for higher level rooms or at the back of the hotel) ...... Wifi was patchy at times.... That was after we had queried why we couldn't log on (was told it would be a 15 min wait ) - they had forgotten to do it. Staff weren't rude per say, but the language barrier was an issue for even the simplest request and the standard response was "I don't understand" - for a place that obviously has a lot of tour groups coming through I felt this was a little bit poor.||The breakfast was one of the betters ones I had experienced around Turkey. The position is great if you are travelling across on the ferry to Gallipoli as it's less than 5 mins!
