Comfort Hotel Adelaide Meridien

Rooms are a good size but starting to look old and tired. ||Family (adjacent) rooms are a good size. ||Restaurant is going to be in operation again soon (it closed during COVID 19 lockdown) and that will make breakfast/dinner and proper coffee onsite. Motel is walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. ||Very reasonable price for the ease of access to city.

A decent hotel in North Adelaide, close to all Adelaide has to explore.|Front desk staff were great and were checked in very quickly|We had a b Executive King on the 3rd floor and the room was big and clean and had a balcony as well.||Had to inform the front desk that WiFi in our room (311) would not connect at all, even though this was referred to the tech guys ( was it?) there is still no WiFi 24 hours later. So better not rely on this room if you’re here on business and planning to work!

Excellent on all accounts. Location, value, parking, staff - all excellent. Would have to rate this accommodation as one of the best we've stayed at here or overseas, and there have been many over 40 years.

Executive spa room for 4 nights with my husband. The room was large, with lits of natural light. The room was dressed with modern furniture, however there were cracks through the walls. The bed was 2 single matresses put on a large bed base. This was disappointing as we couldnt get close enough to cuddle up watching movies without feeling it underneath us. Tiny kitchen area, microwave, sink etc. We didnt use this much, but would have preferred if there was more than 1 fork available. The bathroom was also large, with a large spa bath. Big enough that my tall husband could spread out and relax, we spent most of the 4 days in there, however the let down was the spas jets were weak. The bathroom had outdated sinks but they were still nicely suited to the room. We booked this room thinking we could open the windows and get lots of fresh air being in a room for 4 days, we were saddened when we realised that wasnt an option. Fire evacuation alarm was sounded at 3am and took quite a while to sort it out. Hotel close to cafes for brekky and any other ameneties you may need.

On our first day, when we entered the room and turned on the water, the tap flew off and I got completely wet. We requested daily room service and even reminded the front desk in the morning before we left. However, when we returned around 4:00 pm, we found that the room had not been serviced. This was very disappointing, especially as we had a young child who had already fallen asleep and had to be woken up because the room was not ready. When we raised the issue, the receptionist simply said the room could not be cleaned that day and would be done tomorrow instead. This response showed a lack of responsibility, particularly since I had spoken to two staff members that morning to confirm the service.

The hotel staff were excellent & always ready to assist. The room was clean, spacious and well stocked. Free on-site parking is available & easily accessible.||Public transport, shops, pubs & restaurants are basically at just outside the hotel. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Quiet place. Good location. However after checking in, wanted a bath and it had soap build up, it was coming off with my hand. I did contact reception, lovley staff came down and wiped it down and told me it was just the way the bath was 🥴 as i professional cleaner that was incorrect, (it needed a deep clean) I had my cleaning stuff in my car, I scrubbed that bath tub before using it. Other then this was a good stay.

From the moment I arrived, Comfort Hotel Adelaide Meridien impressed me with its welcoming staff, spotless rooms, and unbeatable location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the balcony view of the motel was a real treat. Everything I needed was within walking distance – cafes, shops, and the vibrant East End. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Adelaide!
