Comfort Hotel Arctic

We are visiting from California and were stuck in lulea when our train was cancelled due to cold weather. My kids wished for snow and we got it! After waiting at the train station and no one came to help, the lights of this hotel were a beacon. We had a beautiful breakfast and they allowed us to keep warm in their lounge while waiting for our return train. I cannot speak to the rooms/beds but the staff was kind and helpful, thank you!

Stayed here for a week. Nice room and good breakfast option (complimentary). Nearby to railway station and City. Bus stops right next to hotel. Short walk to Luela Bus station

Nice hotel, located in the center of Lulea. Very quiet, good rooms. Breakfast is modest, but also good, good selection of bread and sausage.

We arrived late afternoon and easy drive from the airport to the hotel.|They have a small garage for small/regular cars only. Parking on the street also and option.|Check in was smooth and quick and we stayed in room 518. Decent size room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. No noise from the corridor or outside. Within a few minutes walk you are at the main shopping street. Lulea Centre is small and walkable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Breakfast area looked a bit like a canteen. And also no cappuccino! Just coffee or espresso. Overall we liked our stay before heading to the countryside. Good value for money so well recommended.

Nice staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds. Great sauna. Most of the time you can find in the vicinity, free between 18.00-09.00, otherwise the hotel has its own garage. For some years now my favourite hotel in Luleå!

High level of service and assistance. Helpful, and they were efficient. Precisely as it should be. One thing; some lounge music/background sounds would have been a nice touch

The hotel was in a beautiful area of the city, the rooms were very nice, comfortable beds and very clean room. Always hot water in the shower. The breakfast amazing, has a lot of choices for every taste. The stuff very polite and always helpful.

A wonderful experience. Location is good, and quiet. Room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a huge selection of delicious food. The bar was comfortable and pleasant to relax after the day. The team were very helpful and friendly. Our stay was very memorable. Thank you.
