Comfort Hotel Arctic

This is a hotel located next to the train and bus station. It takes 5 minutes by foot to get too the stations and maybe 10 minutes to get in the middle of Luleå. A good hotel with a reception were you can buy some candy, water or a beer. There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel but it is a 10 min walk to a restaurant or bar outside of the hotel. The hotel has a parking garage. Good rooms with shower and comfortable beds.

Rooms okay at best , coffee was really terrible. Second stay at this hotel and the experience is the same. Unfortunately the service is not good either, it's not bad but comparable to other hotels it feels really lackluster. If the breakfast was better it would have been a 3-star but it's also quite dull. The scrambled eggs had more of a solid mousse feeling and zero taste, the coffee is horrendous and the assortment of bread small. All in all a doable but really boring breakfast. Usually I'm okay with Comfort Hotels but it feels like a lot of the energy is gone and that it's just another low cost hotel. Beds were comfy and the rooms were silent enough plus it's easy to park close by.

A short walk to the shops and restaurants. Now the hotel... Ellen was lovely, helpful and always gave great advice just what you need when your in a strange place that you don't know. How to get to restaurant local shop etc Also Gill very helpful and gave good advice as well about how to get to the supermarket takeaway etc

Had one night in town and ended up staying here. Everything about it works, and will gladly stay here again. Kudos to the management and staff, was pleasantly surprised!

We didn’t stay here but staff was super helpful and let us store our luggage for a day and let us warm up in their lobby area.

Very friendly staff. I passed through Lulea the day before my booking and they were happy to look after my luggage for a few hours and even offered me a free orange juice as I was looking a little hot and bothered. The facilities were very good., The hotel contains a small gym and a sauna. Breakfast is of good quality. Working wi-fi.

good hotel. very good breakfast. the staff is polite and responsive. The rooms are comfortable. we didn’t get a new one, but it’s clean, and the bed is ideal for sleeping after a long journey. If we go again, we will come back here.

Stayed here a few times and room always clean and tidy, staff are polite and breakfast is good. Well worth the price foe the quality you get, location is good also being walking distance to the city centre. Would recommend
