Comfort Hotel Malmö

Even though this is not a 5 star hotel (more of a budget hotel) I'm giving it 5 stars for what it is. Great location (a block from the central station). Small clean rooms (not super modern, but perfectly fine). Super strong water pressure, quiet room, great employees. Breakfast was good. Price was great (maybe because it was a Monday)||My only negative was no AC and it was stuffy in my room. Window was locked, but the front desk loaned me a crank to open it and when I did I heard music and it was no cooler... turns out my window opened into the 3 or 4 story lobby/atrium of the hotel, not to the outdoors (so that didn't help at all, so I quickly just closed it). The temp was ok though and I was only there one night. I should have realized sooner and gotten a different room with a window to the outside. (it certainly looked like it opened to outside as the lobby has a glass roof and I could see balconies with plants, so it had the illusion of an outside window for sure).

Great location, close to central station.. fantastic hospitality.. liked the way the staff welcomed and the pleasant conversation. Food was excellent.. neat and clean rooms, even the checkout was smooth.This is place where we will go again if opportunity comes..

Modern, functional, and great value. Rooms are very functional, nice, and clean, and the hotel is very quiet. There are a lot of rooms, but you never feel that. Very large reception area with play area (ping pong, corn hole, etc), seating areas, and a smaller bar that serves drinks and smaller food items. Large open breakfast restaurant with eggs and bacon, coffee and ginger shots, cheeses and jams, including a well assorted gluten free section. Service was great.

Incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful staff. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Scandinavian hotel and I’ve been travelling a lot here. Hot water was not available for seven hours and when I asked if I could maybe shower in another hotel or at least get a bar voucher for this I was told that my room wasn’t ready for check-in yet even though other people after me could check in. Rooms very basic to “billig”. DONT GO HERE

Great hotel close to the Malmo central station. Walking distance to so many good historical spots, parks and museums. Very clean, friendly hotel. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food and drinks.

A very good hotel nearby Malmö C train station. very good breakfast, inner area is very charming, a nice design...the room was comfortable the only downside was (cold, very cold room) !

All in all not too experienced staff and specially management does not how to operate Hotels and what is customers service. Carefully when booking you might end up having rooms not the ones you booked. Even "Brooms closet" is available...

We were not given the requested room with disabled facilities according to the attached description. We wrote a comment requesting confirmation of wheelchair access required. No answer! I then called the hotel reception who confirmed that the room was designed for a wheelchair. It wasn't!!! But it turned out OK, as the bathroom door was just wide enough. But shower was not possible for the disabled.||The hotel itself has a good location near the main train station. ||Our family room was nice and spacious, a few light bulbs missing, but clean and we slept well.||The breakfast is fine, although the staff could not keep up during rush hour.||Would stay there again but don't expect more than average service.
