Comfort Hotel

i spent one night in this lovely hotely. location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the Nevski prospekt and to the Hermitrage, st isac catedral is 3 minutes away. i ve paid for the more spatious room which was good choice. rooms are clean, heating is well working. there is no coffee or tea in the room, but there is coffee machine and tea the reception free of charge. brekfast is basic and rooms rate are reasonable which is plus for the hotel.

Very nice cozy hotel in the historic center of St Petersburg (5-7min from the Palace Square and 5min from Nevskiy). The rooms are neat and comfortable, breakfast has good variety and is pretty filling, though don’t expect anything too fancy. The service is outstanding though and makes for an amazing stay! The girls at the reception even got a full cake for a birthday in our family. We really enjoyed our stay here.

+ The best part of the hotel is the location which is in the mid of all places/monuments of interest. Since everything is at a walking distance (including restaurants etc) it's very convenient.||+ The room size is decent and works well for luggage storage.||+ The bathroom is well stocked and clean.||+ From whatever little interaction I had with the staff, they seemed polite.||- A small nitpick I had was with the breakfast which was very limited. (I stayed in Aug 19). It's alright for a couple of mornings but not if you are staying more than that.||||Overall I had a really good stay here and I would definitely rebook when I am in the city.

Rooms are neat and clean. We have taken one suit and one superior room. Suite is spacious as expected. But superior room is a bit smaller than the expected. Ultra simple continental breakfast. It would be better if breakfast starts a bit earlier instead of at 8 AM. They are a bit miser with respect to toiletries. You need to ask for everything on a daily basis. They don't refill them while doing the room cleaning.

After booking 2 nights initially, we then extended and stayed for a week. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff exceptionally helpful, friendly and speak English. The hotel provides a good basic continental breakfast with good coffee available all day.. Comfort Hotel is well located ..with easy access to public transport. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Central location, very close to metro stations and within easy walking distance of the main attractions of St Petersburg.The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and found all the staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

the stay was very pleasant. Except wifi everything was very good and we are happy with. Highlights - descent breakfast spread; 24hrs free cofffe and tea, location of hotel, english speaking and courteous staff, luggage room to keep our luggage after check out

The place was excellent value for money. Right from our arrival at SPB, there was a cab waiting for us, which we paid for at the hotel desk. We had 2 rooms for 5 nights. It was excellent value for money. The hotel doesn't have a dining area. Instead, we were given sufficient coupons to go next door to a restaurant and redeem them for breakfast. If you are not keen on the breakfast, it could be used to have lunch or dinner. Excellent deal.|The rooms were absolutely clean. Every thing for a comfortable stay was provided for. It had a kitchenette, with an induction stove. Pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, etc, was provided. There is also a refrigerator, microwave oven, iron box and stand. There are plenty of 24 hrs fast food joints all over the place. |The highlight of its location was that it is bang opposite the metro station. Very convenient to get around in SPB. Around the area are a lot of historical sights to visit. |Throughout out stay, we did not hear any loud noises and the hotel is a non smoking zone. The only draw back is there is no English programmes to watch on the television and the programmes are all in Russian. |Overall; it was a great experience and my family enjoyed the hotel.
