Comfortable rooms that may seem small at first, but are actually just the right size. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. It was my first time having a room with a bidet, and it was wonderful! Conveniently located next door to a metro station, and with 2 others across the street and 2 blocks away. Hotel was also a less than 20 minute walk from Akihabara, which was where my husband and I spent the majority of our visit. Comfortable beds, with toiletries such as tooth brushes, toothpaste, hair brushes and razors provided at no extra cost. Complimentary breakfast served every morning between 6:30-9:30, with a wide variety of Western dishes such as cereal, scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, and several types of breads, as well as traditional Japanese dishes such as miso soup, rice, and Japanese pastries. The hotel is also located next door to a 7-11 convenience store, which had lots of tasty meals that could be taken back to the room. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo in the future.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were comfortable, can't say enough about the beds (I usually don't sleep well away from home) they were great. Every day you got new towels, toothbrush with toothpaste, and a brush. There were laundry facilities on the premises also. Our stay was great, easy access to the train system, resturants, 7/11 next door, and shopping. If I go back to Tokyo I will definitely stay there.

3 night stay in Feb 2017. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the rate (served from 6:30-9:30). There is a subway stairwell entrance literally next door to the hotel main doors. My only negative comment is that when we arrived to check-in at 11:30pm (flight landed at 10pm) they had given our room away. Apparently if you haven't checked in by 6pm on check-in day they won't hold your room. Luckily for us they had a room available in the hotel (unfortunately it was a smoking room). Maybe I'm totally off base but isn't the point of a reservation to secure a service. This situation reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry explains to the car rental company that they know how to take a reservation but they don't know how to hold the reservation. A key aspect in the whole reservation process!

The location is terrific. Clean for what it is and I was told they were in the process of improving. The published rate is good for Tokyo. Breakfast was sufficient with Western and Japanese offerings. The hotel staff is very nice. The hotel appears to have been refurbished or rebuilt earlier this year so everything is new.

The rooms were okay size. You get used to the size which is average for hotels in the area. I had an issue with my air conditioning not working. And the controls being in japanese makes it difficult to control. My air conditioning stopped working the first night and I tried to tell the front desk. But they didnt get it fixed. Bit of a language barrier I think. But instructions in english might be helpful. But the fact that maintenance didnt fix my ac was a big problem and had to open the window. It gets hot in the room really fast. So did not enjoy my stay there. Was really hot in the room. Breakfast was nice. But could also have more options. Stayed in the hotel for 3 days. So breakfast gets tiring.

Just like all things in Japan, it's very space efficient. Quite small for my liking.. But don't get me wrong.. It's still a good place. Nice breakfast room too and they offer free coffee in the afternoons.

Staff are great - very friendly and willing to help. The hotel rooms are visibly dirty, very small and there is a funny smell in the toilet. But I must say again that the staff members are very good. If they make a small investment to refresh the rooms, then this would get my 4.5 stars! Stayed on 4th floor in Nov 2014.

Service was good and the breakfast was very good, quite busy around 9 though. The reason why i can only give 2 stars for this hotel is that I did not like the room at all. The room was really small, almost no space to lay your bagage down. There was a smell of what I think was sigarets/smoking in this room or something. Furthermore there was a red stain in the shower curtain and the (little bathtub) has this ugly white-yellowish colour which makes it look dirty in my opinion. So the room was quite a disappointment to me.
