I recently stayed at this hotel in Copenhagen (Oct 2025) and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and the location was excellent — just a short walk from the central station, which made getting around the city very convenient.
However, I would caution anyone planning a longer stay here. The hotel only provides room cleaning once every four nights, as noted on a small information card in the room (attached). I was sharing the room with a female friend, and as anyone with long hair knows, four days is a long time to go without cleaning for two females in a shared space. I found myself regularly picking hair off the bathroom floor with toilet paper, which was far from pleasant.
Without cleaning service, used towels piled up, and by the end of the day, instead of returning to a comfortable space to relax, we were coming back to a messy and uninviting room. It genuinely affected the quality of our stay, and I even started dreading coming back to the hotel after a day out.
I spoke to reception and asked if they could arrange a cleaning, explaining that while skipping one or two days is understandable, four days is excessive — especially with no cleaning tools provided in the room (unlike in an Airbnb, where at least you can tidy up yourself). Unfortunately, they stuck firmly to their policy and told me that cleaning frequency was stated on their website. We booked via Booking.com and were not aware of this detail, as we never visited their site directly.
I left my email with reception hoping to share feedback with the hotel management, but I never received a follow-up.
Overall, the hotel is in a great location, but the lack of flexibility and inadequate cleaning policy really took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable stay. Would recommend only for short stays or for those who don’t mind minimal housekeeping.
