To begin with I have to say that standart rooms are so small, you have to understand it properly. Its almost impossible for 2 people to stay there. I did stay in small rooms before but this one was the most problematic one. (No desk, no place for your bags etc).. That being said, we’ve been upgraded to a double room free of charge after asking the front desk. So without the upgrade, I can’t imagine myself staying there it would really be an unpleasant experience. After the upgrade, everything changed to be honest. I was ready to pay for the upgrade (pay attention here) because if there was no availability it would be a serious problem for me but there was no issue at all. We liked the new room, breakfast was quite fine and most importantly hotel staff were the best and kindest people I’ve seen around. So thanks to all of you guys :) For the location, hotel is almost at the heart of the city. Close to main station metro and trains etc so transportation is no issue at all. Overall we did enjoyed our stay but if you’re reading this before booking ; do book the bigger rooms and trust me… Regards :)

This hotel is in a very central area. It is 5 minutes from Central Station and 7 minutes from Tivoli Gardens which was our main reason for visiting.|We booked 2 x rooms for myself and husband and for my sister.|Our rooms were basic but clean and big enough for 2 of us.|The breakfast was a buffet and had plenty of choice including hot and cold food, tea, coffee and juice.|It is next door to a Lidl so perfect for snacks and drinks. |If you become a member of Strawberry Hotels, they do 2 for 1 breakfasts on a Monday, also free black coffee and tea and discounted food & drink. The hotel was quiet considering it is on a main road.|It's about a 10 minute walk to the main Square and 25 minutes to Nyhaven. Its in a perfect location for everything and I am not sure you would find anythibg as reasonably priced anywhere else as central as this hotel.|If I return to Copenhagen, I would stay here again

The stay was okay — the hotel is conveniently located, clean, but quite basic. There’s no fridge or kettle provided, so it’s really suitable if you just need a good night’s rest. It serves its purpose well for that.I would still recommend it, but take note of its limited amenities. Also, a small reminder for those who booked through Trip.com: when I arrived and used the self check-in machine, it prompted me to make a payment again. I stopped the process and went to the counter instead. The staff initially also asked for payment, but after checking with a colleague, they confirmed it was already paid through Trip.com. So just double-check before making any payment onsite if you’ve already paid through the app.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights, modern rooms and you can check in early for an extra 200dkr. (Check in&check out can be self serve if needed) Breakfast has reduced options during the week compared to the weekend (there's less guests.) The hot drink options is minimal as you can only get an Americano or tea. You can leave your luggage for free in a secure room at your own risk. (reception will give you a fob to use.) A few negatives/improvements include: having to get loo roll from reception as the cleaners don't go in room AT ALL when you are there less than 4 days. There is no slip mat in the bath when showering and there is no fan to get rid of the steam. Lighting in the rooms needs improving especially near the door where the mirror is. We found it strange that there is no phone in the room to communicate with reception or kettle to make drinks if needed. There's no fridge either which would've been useful for cold drinks etc. Pillows need to be larger in size on the beds as we found them to be too small. We stayed on floor 1 and found the noise from the bin men if you sleep light to be noticeable if you have your window open. Overall location is very central and minutes away from Lidl. Can recommend for a short stay but does need improving for a long stay.

I had a very pleasant time here! Even though the compact room was a litte too small (no desk, no drawers) - the service, location and other amenities made up for that. The bed is extraordinarily comfy, the gym is great and the breakfast had many options, even for vegans! The reception staff is very helpful - I needed some earplugs and my trolley's handle lost a screw, which the staff could fix. Thanks a lot!

Google
Overall a great experience staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful and the 'barception' works really nicely as an area to have a drink and hang outside of your room. Handy to have drinks and snacks available. The room was comfortable and clean. Mattresses on the soft side but not an issue for us. Room became very warm at night with radiator but we were able to cool down by opening the window. They only clean the room every 4 days so for pir stay of 4 nights, it was not cleaned. I understand their reasons for doing this but 4 days is too long without freshening up at least the bathroom. You also had to get toilet roll from reception which was a little inconvenient. Area felt safe and ubers were always available. Walkable to central stations and 20-40 min walk to main sights.

I was kindly given an upgrade and received a larger room — thank you very much for that. My room was spacious and very clean. That said, I do agree with some of the other comments: please consider renovating the bathrooms and replacing the mattresses. Apart from that, it’s truly a good hotel with very friendly staff, a decent gym area, and an excellent location. The breakfast is wonderful — please keep it that way. The setup is beautiful, very clean, and offers a great variety. I will definitely return — but in the summer.

Had a 2 night stay at this hotel, wish I could have stayed longer. It was very nice modern hotel. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The location is also very good close to Tivoli Gardens and the train station. The staff also let us check in early when we arrived from an early flight. We just had to download the strawberry app which gave us free coffee! Overall really recommend this hotel if visiting Copenhagen.

Yelp
American branded comfort inn equivalent. Squeaky wood floors, squishy bouncy comfy beds. Affordable and 6m walk from Copenhagen central train station. Free buffet that cake with my package. Nice decent front staff. Very basic room. Tub is very high and harder to get in if you are typical American with any decent shoulder width. No AC really as max setting nothing really cooled. Excellent breakfast spread with lots of choices

Yelp
After a horrendously annoying airbnb experience due to construction, I had to find a hotel to stay in for the remaining 2 days of my stay. In comes this place. Honestly, it's one of the better hotels I've encountered here in the Nordic region. Comfortable room, sufficient breakfast, and really great staff. But no minibar which is very odd. I did have one issue. These idiots from 'said' country were blocking up the lobby as I was coming down for breakfast one morning. Completely inconsiderate and rude idiot tourists. They looked at me like I was the crazy one, politely trying to get through their maze of stupidity. No, move the hell out of MY way and have some goddamn manners. You guys are visibly older than me and clearly don't have any ambulatory discrepancies, so you damn well know better. I swear, a numerous amount of people in this city don't know how to walk or get out of people's way. It's highly effing annoying. I digress...besides those stupid idiots, my stay was fine. But the hotel needs damn crowd control with stupid people who don't know what manners or space mean.

Yelp
Such a disappointment. I booked this hotel through the Nordic choice website, as I love the concept of people, planet, profit and I've always enjoyed my stay. However, this visit has been such a disappointment. Upon arrival, I try to use the self-service check-in system. There are no keycards and I have to go to the reception to check in anyway. No biggie. The receptionist does not inform me of anything whatsoever about the hotel; I have to figure out what floor my room is on, where the elevators are, when and where breakfast is served and when check-out is. Upon arrival, my room is awfully dirty with lots of black hairs in the bathroom and in the bed. I showed the same receptionist some pictures who gave me a new room, which is great, but no apology for the cleaning or the inconvenience of dragging my massive luggage downstairs again. In the new room, there are some stains, so it is clear that the cleaners are not very thorough, however I cannot be bothered to make a fuss about it. It's better than hair. I can hear my neighbours conversations in their rooms and I wake up several times by people walking in the corridor. As I have travelled 12h, and I am only here for the night, I decide to sleep in and enjoy a late breakfast. That was the plan, until I was woken up by the cleaners in the morning. What is the point of advertising sleeping in, when you get woken up? Besides, in every hotel I have ever stayed (and worked in), the departing rooms are cleaned after checkout. I do not enjoy them barging in when I'm asleep. The only positive is the location, as it is close to the train station, as well as the environmental friendly thinking. Well done on that. Will not come back.

Yelp
Very good location. Room was very small so we had a hard time with storage place for our bags and clothes. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast decent. Nice staff that upgraded us for free. Could not imagine how small our "standard room" would have been otherwise. Expensive as all hotels in central Copenhagen and even more expensive parking at about 250 DKK per night in the surrounding area.

Yelp
Location is great. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are tiny, we could barely move about, the heat wasn't working very well, and the shower is ridiculously small. Not worth the price!

Yelp
What a great place to stay! Clean and welcoming. Great breakfast provided and great costumer service. Our air conditioning was making sounds, but it was fixed when we came back to the hotel (goes to show they care about us). It is close to Tivoli (5 mins or so), it is close the main train station and walking distance (20 mins or so) to the Palaces, Nyhavn, and Canal Tour. It is really close to all of the tourist attractions. It is affordable and again clean and great costumer services. I highly recommend this place! Oh yeah you can rent bikes here!!!

Yelp
This is a very good and large hotel. It's not far from the main train station, it's centrally located in an area with lots of shops and bars. We hopped over from Sweden on the train all 19 of us. The train station is crammed with over priced fast food places - as overpriced and rip off as airports tend to be, so walk in through. I used Yelp directions and it brought us right to the hotel front door. The hotel ground floor reception is huge and it offers guests complementary hot chocolate, tea and coffee from a nifty machine tucked in the corner to the right of the reception. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor for evening meals and breakfast. Nearest loo is one floor up. Our third floor room was cosy and probably the smallest room in the place, but we didn't spent much time in the room. Comfy bed good shower and odd bare looking room wiring for lights. Looks like its unfinished. I'm sure some would describe it as arty I just think it's cheap looking and naff. There was an ice machine close by our room. The young staff were all mega friendly and all spoke English beautifully. The breakfast choice was just fabulous and the nightly cost for two with breakfast was £90. I said I was having a Danish pastry at brekky and one of our company said no, here it's just a pastry. So no comedians among us. There's a Lidl a few doors away from the hotel one way and a 7/11 a few doors the other way. There are Chinese, Indian & Thai restaurants and decent pubs serving food close by too. I sampled the Elephant Carlsberg which is a pretty punchy delicious beer around 7 proof. There's a pretty impressive Hans Christian Anderson bronze statute about 10 minutes away amazing architecture and we walked to the little mermaid via the touristy Nyhavn 17th century waterfront snubbing the metro and bus services. The mermaid turned out to be just under 5 kilometres away from the hotel (uber taxi back, it was really an impressive service, for 4 about £9.) I must be getting old as I was a bit disappointed in the mermaid. I thought what I've heard said about the giants causeway - worth seeing but not worth going to see. Mind you there were hundreds of tourists there on a cold, dry Sunday late morning. Lots to do and see in Copenhagen. Wonderful place.

Yelp
I've been to Copenhagen many times. Stayed at a variety of hotels and Airbnb's. This hotel, Comfort Hotel, is hands down the worst hotel in Copenhagen I've known. Dirty sheets (they replaced it when reported but totally unapologetic about it and acted like this happens all the time), clogged shower drain (asked them to fix it multiple times, they said they will, but they never even bothered to fix it which meant super short shower time while showering in a puddle of shower water and water overflowing out to the toilet area as there is no lip to hold in the water to the shower side of the very cheap shower doors), one of the door locks broken off but no effort to fix it, noise level unacceptable, technicians go home at 4PM so if something happens after that you are shit out of luck; not that they show up to address issues during the day either, overflowing with a lot of large & cheap international tour groups, subpar breakfast, hotel photos on the website looks a lot better so don't trust the photos, the cheapest toilet paper, thin towels, super cheap "body & hair" shampoo in a big refillable bottle, no conditioner, no nothing. Restful sleep, you will not get. Location is convenient, has air conditioning which is a plus for Copenhagen. Never want to stay here again (it wasn't my choice to stay here, I didn't book the hotel, but didn't imagine it to be this horrendous). If you decide to stay here despite reading this review, you are brave or you have no choice.

Yelp
Would you like to keep your personal belongings? Don't use the luggage room pre- or post-checkout. Somebody on staff has sticky fingers. Room, location, and breakfast otherwise great. However, left with a bad taste in my mouth given the blatant theft.

Yelp
Comfort inn hotels isn't too shabby overseas. Clean and cozy, free wifi and nice showers and fairly large rooms. Renovations underway but nice looking so far.
