The hotel is located within walking distance to the Central station, Opera House, museums, restaurants, shopping, Nobel Center, and the waterfront. It was clean and quiet, although there is some construction going on in the vicinity, which was noisy one of the days. Otherwise it was quiet.
The biggest problem I had was with the size of the bed - it was very small, a child-size bed. You literally have to lie there like a tin soldier in a box. I have no idea how a full grown man would manage! The mattress was thin and kept sliding off the bed, which was annoying because I had to rearrange it at points during the night. There were no basic amenities, such as glasses for water, tea and/or coffee in the room, or extra towels. We were told that we had to pay extra for more towels.
The staff at the front desk was friendly, and I appreciated that.
