The hotel was great, rooms were clean, however my issue is with the front desk person who checked us in when we arrived. We left Victoria at 8 AM headed to mount Wahington, on our way to Campbell River, roads had black ice and we had a car accodent just like other people and we stuck in the road for more than 3 hours. So, we arrived Campbell river around 9:30 PM and headed to the Comfort inn. As with all that trip, we were very exhausted and tired. The Front desk employee Andrew was not welcoming and very tough, I don't think he had ever been trained to be a front desk employee. He was just acting like a Robot with no manners, etiquette or customer service behavior. The next day we met Baljeed, who was the total opposite, he was very nice, welcoming and polite and he even apologized to his colleague behavior when we told him off what we have experienced and he said that he will mention that to the manager. In general, the hotel, amenities, rooms and cleanness of the hotel and rooms were great but my issue is with the individual who does not have any customer service experience or manners
