This trip to Perth we stayed 8 nights at this hotel. The secured parking is very good and convenient, The amenties are plenty. It is centrally located and can travel everywhere by car is so easy. Except the beds are too soft and the water pressure in the shower is too low and inconsistent flow of hot and cold water.

Very good location n can take free bus ride to city centre. Very generous with soaps, baths, shampoo , toilet papers, tissues n towels. They also provide microwave, oven, fridge , cutlery , plates, cups & bowls. Well equipped. Will stay again from 6 to 10 June!

This was the filthiest room I have Ever stayed in ! Stains ALL over the ripped worn carpets including blood! Stained dirty sofa ( looked like someone had thrown milk on the great sofa and let it dry. The bedside lamps were ripped and stained with dark yellowing marks like they had been urinated on . Plug sockets loose. The windows were a middle pivot and no locks , with a built wooden box in front , meaning a young child could easily climb up lean on the window and fall out of the high rise . The room was clearly years old , the hot water from every tap ran brown like strong tea . We would not have stayed here with our children had there been another option but every where was booked out due to the rugby. So I expressed our concerns with the staff and they gave us another room to stay in , this one was just as old the water was still brown but it did not have as many large stains . I cleaned it myself, because the dust was an inch thick . Never again will we book in here!!! The rooms are spacious and the location was good for Optus Stadium.

service was just enough to make things work. The safety chain was broken when I checked in but repaired after i informed the front desk. The soap dispensers were empty and they forget to clean the room the next day so had to call the front desk for soap and towels. The breakfast menu was the same for the 3 days I was there - (boring menu). Location was good but much room for improvement in terms of housekeeping and breakfast.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. A family member, a family member was hospitalized during her stay, and despite her condition and the fact that she had not checked out, hotel staff moved and touched her personal belongings without any permission or communication with family. This raises serious concerns about how the hotel handles the property of vulnerable guests, especially seniors. There was no respect for privacy or protocol in this situation. I expected a higher level of care and professionalism. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their procedures to prevent similar situations in the future.

Good place for a 1-3 night stay. Beds were very warm and comfortable and the Internet (personally a major factor for me) was good as well.

Breakfast was good and reception staff helpful, towels and sheets clean but thats about all i can say as good points. Room was a superior but there was nothing superior about it. Dirty, dated and grime would be the best way to describe it. Seventies nylon brown bed cover on bed, tiny little balcony with single glazed sliding door so road noise and next doors noise very loud. Stained curtains, dirty floors, thread bear carpets, dirty grout in bathroom, peeling paintwork. Would i stay here again no way and will be ensuring holiday company are aware of its poor standard. Ps reception advised would deep clean room this didnt happen.

Good location, space in room is ok and a plus is the free parking . However the window could not close and the road noise was quite loud which affected our sleep.

Yelp
Perth seems to suffer from the same affliction of any mining town - a massive shortage of accommodation and high demand leading to sky high prices. The Goodearth is a good example of how this plays out - $250+ a night for a comfortable but unremarkable room in an aging hotel. There was nothing particularly wrong with the place it was just an older hotel charging high prices because it can. However, the wi-fi prices in the room were ridiculous. This is an area of constant price gouging in Australian hotels. Free wifi is a basic human right! Especially considering the room price. There is gold to be made in mining...if you own a hotel.

Yelp
Stayed for a week while my home was renovated. Had a pretty good experience. No dramas. All good
