Always a pleasant stay with reception & management & kitchen staff never failing to go the extra mile beyond the call of duty. Priced appropriately for the age and facilities of the complex also very handy to both airport and city. Thank you Comfort Staff for always being so warm and accommodating :)

Facilities clean and adequate, Paid $200 for 5.5 hours till next flight overnight. Shuttle bus full for the morning only option given was next one where i would miss my fight or a taxi so a taxi it was, another $35 to the bill, no apology or empathy by receptionist. Main reason i stay at this hotel is because of the shuttle bus as this is not my 1st stay but it will be my last and i will encourage my friends to not stay either. Not even a taxi voucher offered so 5.5 hours and $235 dollars later a waste of my time and money but a great deal for them.

Lovely place for a feed. Tuesday special 1kg chicken wings for $15 can't be beaten so delicious. Will definitely return for another visit. Staff were more than helpful with our order and requests. Keep it up

Stayed there as stopover to and from South Africa. Had two different rooms, both of which had very noisy air conditioning and bathroom fans. Rooms were clean but beds not that comfy. There were 2 small bottles of water in the fridge beside the milk which we assumed were included in price but later found we had been billed for them which i felt was miserly.. Would not recommend as not a restful night

I chose this hotel because It was flying in from Bali and got in at 1am in the morning and had to fly to Melbourne at 10 am the following morning so it was important I got a good nights rest so I chose the hotel as it was close to the domestic airport.
I had planned sleeping in the car but friends convinced me to pay for the hotel.
I only discovered in fine writing after I had paid for it that they said there was a hotel being built next door so hence I was woken very early to lots of banging.
I would of preferred to have being given the choice of reading that the hotel was going to have a lot of noise so I could of chosen to stay at another hotel that I could get a decent sleep in for my flight the next day.
The worse thing was the guy at the reception knew I had to get a flight the next day and that I was tired so he puts me in the room closest to were the noise was coming from.

I agree with the previous review. I arrived at the hotel 6 pm and my flight departure was 01.10am next day I checked out 5 1/2 hrs after I checked in and still had to pay for full night. It's the same with all the hotels in Perth. They should have a short stay rate. And had to walk for ages to get to my room with my luggage.

Accommodation is so so. You have to walk a mile to get to your room.
Yes a free shuttle bus service but if you get in late to Perth you have no chance getting a seat on the early shuttle bus for an early flight.
Even if it's prepaid, you can't book a shuttle seat seat until you arrive so if you get in late tough!! By rights you should be able to book a seat the day you pay for the room booking.

Fantastic place to stay, late check in at almost midnight, late check out midday. Hotel looked after our bags all day while we explored the city. Brekkie was great value.
