I had no problems at all - my room was clean and comfortable (and I'm pretty particular), and the pools looked inviting although I didn't get a chance to try them out. The breakfast was hot, plentiful, and delicious. No issues with parking and I thought the cost was reasonable. Location is great - only two very short blocks from the Falls incline "railway" that takes you down and up the mountain right to Table Rock for a very reasonable price. Having said all that, the main priority for me is always the staff, how I'm treated and whether or not they're helpful, and these folks were fabulous. I'll definitely be back.

Location was nice and central for walking around downtown. The service was great all the employees were very nice. The room was not worth nearly 1000 dollars for 2 nights. It came with small pillows, and a 32 inch plasma screen tv from 2009 with burn marks. You'd think charging that much a few of the amenities could be upgraded but hey what do I know about hotels.

The rooms were a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The walls are extremely thin. The people above us stomped and walked around all night. The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and nice. I did not like the building set up we had to walk around the building to get to the front desk and breakfast area from our room. The breakfast room was really small and you had to check in with the hostess. There was a long line so we went to ihop. The location is great we were able to walk to the Falls and all activities.

When I come to Niagara Falls, my first consideration is not necessarily the hotel. However, this hotel is worth considering. The price is reasonable and gives access to an indoor AND outdoor pool, and has a breakfast included. Some of the features may be slightly dated, especially the elevator. However, the team that works there is terrific. Also, the location is very close to the Falls Overlook. You are in walking distance to several restaurants and if you are willing to walk, you can travel by foot to the Falls or to some higher quality restaurants and even the casino. In the end, you have a hotel room that is central to all the activities in the area with a great team to assist your visit.

This is a very very basic type of hotel. The room was clean, but honestly, that is just expected. If you can't clean the rooms, you should not run a hotel. Two very big negatives:| 1. We were on a bus tour with friends and wanted to gather at night to play games. The lobby of the hotel is basically non existent. The only place where there are tables to sit at would be in the breakfast area which is in the basement. But the door is locked and the manager would not allow us to sit at a table and play cards (we are all over 65, so not rowdy teens). So ridiculous. We basically all had to sit in our separate rooms in the evening. (No one is a big drinker, so bars were not an option.) I really, really felt that the manager could have made an exception for one night. Instead they tried to give us 4 chairs to put in our tiny room around a table that was meant for a small computer, not a game table. |2. The second negative was breakfast. There was no peanut butter for the toast and no oatmeal served. Very limited selection. The eggs and breakfast sausages were cold. We noticed a small back room where a refill of eggs and of sausage were kept sitting on a counter with no heat under either pan. Not safe at all! We avoided the hot food altogether. |I would not recommend or return to this hotel.

Property is fine Front desk guy, especially an east European, should not be working there. Gave us all kind of attitude, did not guide us to the rooms, did not explain anything so we can have a nice stay. The property is little bit weird regarding the room numbers. This guy was standing there and watching us confused. Due to this experience I will not come back. Thank You, there are other places where I can spend less money and have a nice welcome.

GREAT location. Close to many restaurants, the casino, and the falls. For the price, you couldn't get a better spot. The room was fine, nothing fancy. Disappointed the 'balcony' was only about 10 inches, so we couldn't actually step out on to it. The staff wasn't super friendly. Not rude, but certainly not going out of their way to be helpful. For instance: We got caught in a thunderstorm, came in soaking/dripping wet, and asked for towels because our room only started with two, and they were both dirty. We were told they would be sent to our room, and not handed to us. It was 20 minutes until we got them, which was not great. On the whole, it was a fine experience. You get what you pay for here. There is only one slow elevator, and don't expect fancy. But you truly can't ask for a better spot. We didn't have to get in our car for days.

Comfort inn falls view rooms were: clean, updated, spacious and provided everything you need. The space was quiet I couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. The hot tub was open and huge. 2 pools one indoor, one outdoor! The staff is attentive and take pride in all parts of the property. Inside and outside. The showers were amazing. The best water pressure I’ve ever felt in a hotel or house. The breakfast is just adequate, but even if you don’t eat it you still get great value here. The bed was supportive and comfortable. The housekeeping staff made our bed up every night without asking. It’s just far enough from Clifton hill that you don’t need to hear engines revving and peel outs all night. Highly recommend this spot! You can feel the love that they put in this place! The only bad thing was WiFi was very weak and frequently not working so I wouldn’t use this for business visit and could be an issue on WiFi devices for kids
