Comfort Inn Glenelg

Nice room, big tv. Easy parking. Pool was a pleasant retreat. Location is a bit far from the centre of Glenelg and it’s best to drive there. Quiet and a good night’s sleep considering the proximity to a busy road

Nice rooms clean and quite BUT Not good value. Quite expensive! Some staff very rude! Some rooms have microwave some have Toasters most have neither and none have cutlery!! Those without have to go to a Communal facility ro use one Microwave and one Toaster which makes it interesting when 30 plus rooms all head there at breakfast! All things considered not recommended.

Lots of little things that with some attention to detail might make a difference. Such as sealing door so it doesn’t bang through the night. Iron was broken. Removing “out of order” spa and making more space in bathroom.curtains that close all the way so the street lights dont shine through gaps. I get that the building is old and can’t be changed but then little things can be.

Problems with payment, account debited 2 times. Bed was good and apparently new. Fitout and facilities were dated- in relation to a comparison of family members accommodation. Bathroom facilities were also dated. Trundle bed was not level and unsuitable to use if required. Headboard light fittings could not be relied upon as they would flicker when more light required. Palm trees in car park were dropping leaf portions right next to cars and maintenance staff were overheard saying park at own risk when one larger branch dropped near a car.

We had to fly back unexpectedly and I booked the night before we arrived in Adelaide. Stayed for 3 nights in a King Room. The room is simple but has the essentials (bed, shower, TV, bench and chair, small table and two chairs). Great value considering how close it is to Glenelg. Thank you to Amanda in reception who was very helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable motel , very friendly staff conveniently close to town and beach, rooms are very clean , definitely would stay here again

You can't complain when you're practically in the heart of Glenelg. Rooms were clean, and the book-in process was so easy. One thing I did love about the stay was that we did not have to checkout at the reception (there's no key for the room). Keypads are on the doors of the rooms. Just be sure to checkout at 10:00 am.
