Comfort Inn Lakeshore

We stopped for the night on our way out west. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. One problem is that the curtains don’t close which is problematic if you have to get to sleep early because you’ve got a long drive ahead. Besides that it was great value for the money 👍

We popped in for the night and the head desk staff was amazing thank you Having breakfast available is great Rooms clean The only suggestion is that there should be at least 1 comfortable chair to sit on It is not comfortable sitting in the bed to watch tv

The room had an odour, maybe smoke combined with something else. Not clean- used a Kleenex to pick up a bug on the vent and the Kleenex came back black with dirt. Sheets so wrinkled couldn’t tell if they were used. This hotel discouraged me from using Choice Hotels in the future

Rm 225 exceeded expectations for the price point. Clean, massive king bed. Great pet policy with no upcharge. Only things stopping a 5 star review was specifically in my stay rm225 is right next to a stairwell and I heard noises frequently

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I called in directly with hotel to reserve and let them know I was travelling with a baby plus dogs. I also made sure there was enough parking for pickup with trailer. When I arrived the front desk attendant was very short, grumpy and impatient with me as they no longer had much room to park my vehicle. There were no notes on my reservation about the need for a playpen, pets nor parking for vehicle and trailer.

Spent 2 nights in both March 14th and 15th and April 7th and 8th 2025. Super friendly staff all around. I didn't want to leave, felt like home. Met great guests as well. They accomodated my needs. Continental Breakfast was great. Much more than you get at other places. We really enjoyed it. Coffee 24/7 also excellent. Rooms were very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Excellent location. Definitely will be my go too when visiting North Bay. Loved having ground floor and parking right outside our room. I'll be back!

The staff are very friendly, willing to help and go above and beyond. The breakfast is fantastic, better than other hotels. Clean and comfortable rooms. Beds could be better but overall, great experience.
