The room is clean. The manager and staff are nice. Breakfast foods are okay. How ever the coffee makes in the room needs to clean and descale to have it work properly. Because the construction to repair the road leading to the property so we have a hard time to find the place at night. No swimming pool.

I came just for a few day stay with my friends. They put us in a room next to the laundry area and every time a guest came to do their laundry we could hear the slam of the doors when coming in and out plus the laundry machines themselves. We are not that picky so we tried to oversee that. But then the bathroom was straight up filthy. The toilet handle was sticky (who knows of what substance) and the shower had mold in the surroundings. Toilet paper was basically empty so I assume they didn’t refill in between guests, and there was a weird insect on the sink. The room had filthy carpets too and the bed left a couple of us with back pain, I usually don’t experience any back problems. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

This hotel is a paradox. Whilst the staff are fairly helpful, the facilities were not as described. True, they do have a breakfast of sorts, however, it’s cornflakes or pre prepared stuff in a heater. Nothing fresh here. We had to constantly remind the staff to reload our coffee in the room. The hotel states that it is quiet, one of the main reasons we stayed here. Well it is not quiet, in fact it’s right on the flight path to Pearson International airport. If your idea of sleep and rest is the constant sound of aircraft flying overhead then you’re welcome to it. The exercise room was out of action, all unplugged and in desperate need of renewal. This room was disgusting and clearly unused for quite a while. In the plus side, their laundry facility (self serve) was excellent. Clean, tidy and very cheap. $7.50 for a full load wash and dry with soap. The staff looked smart at all times and were very friendly. They did however not always understand the simple nuances of hotel service. Finally, whilst we were there, the hotel was undertaking some renovations which we were not notified of prior to arrival.

Just be aware that there’s a lot of construction going around this hotel and you have to take a detour to get to it. Otherwise, the rooms were reasonably clean, breakfast was OK and nothing fabulous, service staff was cordial and helped us with a few issues we encountered with a clogged toilet.

The stay was pleasant, we did have to change rooms, which they accomidated us. We stayed there 3 times. Because of the construction, we needed to find our way to the hotel. The breakfast we nice, you need to travel a bit to find some food for dinner or lunch.

1. Improve the breakfast quality of banana’s which is one of the major item for breakfast 2. There were big mid size trucks parked taking two doors of the parking. Therefore, ensure to have more parking 3. At least leave 2 bottles of water ( 500 ml - which wouldn’t cost even $1 per room from Dollar store). This minor thing is a token of exemplary customer services

No complaints on the room it was nice. There was something forgotten (a pillow) but when the staff found the item NO ONE CALLED or emailed. I reached out to the hotel after 6pm to see if they found it and they said yes it is here, you can come and pick it up. I am not sure who stays at a hotel in the same town they live in as I do not and I live 4 hours away so obviously returning is not an option. IF someone reached out when they cleaned the room between 11am check out and 2pm check-in I would have still be in the area to pick said item up. If I wish to receive my item back I have to arrange a shipping label at my cost.

Even though there is construction on the roads nearby and renovations being done at hotel, I had a very comfortable stay! You hear the odd plane going by but that is it. The staff was great and always smiling 😃
