Comfort Inn Puerto Vallarta

Our stay at the Comfort Inn Puerto Vallarta exceeded my expectations. The staff were all kind and helpful. The lobby comfortable, the breakfast was great! The pool and gardens were so lovely. The room was as need be, clean and simple. I appreciated the hot and cold water filer in the hall way, and that the hall ways were wide and bright and clean. To me, it was great value, so close to the airport! Check out at noon is also as good as it gets!

We had a wonderful time Our room was cleaned every two days. Away from the street noise. The breakfast were superb because apart from the generic western dishes, the chef always added a native Mexico dish every morning to spice things up. My only worry was that the rooms did not have refrigerator. I later found out that, that was a thing in the whole of Mexico. I like the location better than the beach from hotels because, It was close to the airport and it had easy access to busses that go downtown for just 10 pesos. The location forced me to explore the city like other natives. The location is not as crowded as the beach front hotels and easy to drive in and out from the hotel. We had fun. I will do it again.

I am giving a 5 star for location because this is our go to when we travel through PV on our way to other places. It is an easy walk from the airport to the hotel. It is a quick taxi to the main bus station. That makes the location super convenient. We are normally there for an evening & a morning. There’s not much to do in this area except a walk around the main marina. It’s a bit drab but there are restaurants & shops as a diversion. It is also very simple to catch a city bus to the malecon if you want something more. The hotel is basic and clean. Service is good. The breakfast is pretty typical. There are hot options as well as fruit, granola, cereals & bread. The coffee isn’t good. The outdoor seating is nice around a pool with a view to the golf course. The pool doesn’t look spectacularly clean. Could be the colour of the tiles or? You can order beverages and food. There is a mall next door with coffee shops that look like they have potential. A department store is handy for picking up what you need. We aren’t big fans of PV so it’s always a quick in & out.

This Comfort Inn is a hell a lot better than the Comfort Inns in the USA. This Comfort Inn is like a resort and it is close to everything. This place is excellent for families, couples and for individuals. I truly recommend this hotel if you plan to come to PV. You will save money and it is just like a resort hotel.

The hotel was great. I unfortunately had no hot water in the morning shower by the time my spouse got in there it was warm. The staff were all wonderful and the breakfast was good except coffee not strong enough for us. Location is great for walking to the marina and all the restaurants for other meals. The price for the room was right. A very good experience all around!

I just wanted to share what happened to me when i stayed at this hotel for two days two nights i was happy because the hotel is clean and net. And all staff is nice friendly. specially Mis kristina padella speaks politely.. and the foods is delicious.

They cancelled my reservation and said there were no more rooms. I had the option to pay upon check-in. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't contact me, although that wasn't true - they didn't call me or write to me (although there had been correspondence about repairs on the 5th floor before, which means they could have contacted me. This is a rude attitude towards guests, given that I had to look for another hotel with my daughter late in the evening. I don't recommend contacting them - because tomorrow you too will be left without a reservation on the street!

I liked the hotel but didn't like the food. I didn't like that my key didn't work for the entire visit. I kept having to have it rekeyed everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was very good. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
