Comfort Inn Puerto Vallarta

We stayed here for two nights. One night at either end of our trip to Mexico. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice walk in shower and a comfortable bed. The man at the front desk was very nice and so helpfull. The included breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We had dinner here as well and it was amazing along with a great margarita. We will defiantly stay here again.

The location is perfect for short or longer stay. If you pack fairly light, you can walk there from the airport. There is a shopping centre adjacent. The buffet breakfast is really good. Other meals are very good and affordably priced.You can dine inside or out. Bus service is frequent and close by. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet, and especially comfortable.

Simple accommodations right new the airport. A perfect spot to re-group to check in the following day to our timeshare. Nice breakfast,comfortable bed, coffee in the room and all you need to rest after a long flight.

We had a wonderful time Our room was cleaned every two days. Away from the street noise. The breakfast were superb because apart from the generic western dishes, the chef always added a native Mexico dish every morning to spice things up. My only worry was that the rooms did not have refrigerator. I later found out that, that was a thing in the whole of Mexico. I like the location better than the beach from hotels because, It was close to the airport and it had easy access to busses that go downtown for just 10 pesos. The location forced me to explore the city like other natives. The location is not as crowded as the beach front hotels and easy to drive in and out from the hotel. We had fun. I will do it again.

Very loud in our hotel. They should put furniture in the hallways as the echo is loud. Bring earplugs. Convenient location to the marina, however! Everything is a short walk away :)

Convient location. Food was mediocre. Having to leave deposits for pool towels was a hassle. No fridge in room sucked. Most people at front desk were great and the maids did a fantastic job.

The staff was extremely patient with us. We had business to conclude, and the business kept dragging out. This required us to keep extending our days, which I guess in your system, it is complicated. Our special thanks to Alajandra, our housekeeper on Floor 3 and to Maurice at the front desk who speaks Spanish, English, and French...fluently!

Our stay at the Comfort Inn Puerto Vallarta exceeded my expectations. The staff were all kind and helpful. The lobby comfortable, the breakfast was great! The pool and gardens were so lovely. The room was as need be, clean and simple. I appreciated the hot and cold water filer in the hall way, and that the hall ways were wide and bright and clean. To me, it was great value, so close to the airport! Check out at noon is also as good as it gets!
