I stayed with my mom and dad. They’re normally down here for three months and rent a condo but they’re only able to come down for three weeks this year so we stayed at this gem of a hotel. We did upgrade to the one bedroom suite to a bedroom living room couch, microwave, and fridge and a huge deck for laying out in the sun or sitting.|This hotel is not fancy, but a great location by the marina and very clean. There’s a continental breakfast as hot and cold food. |The whole staff is great, but I have to give a shout out to Martin. He was fantastic through our whole entire stay

Stayed for one night and had a really frustrating experience. We were placed in a room directly below a floor undergoing heavy renovation. The construction started at 9am and was so loud I couldn’t even hear my partner speaking next to me.||When we raised the issue with reception, there was barely an apology and no attempt to resolve it. After pushing to speak with someone more senior, we eventually got in touch with a manager, Nallely Gomez, who admitted they’d messed up—acknowledging that there were plenty of rooms available on quieter floors, and we never should’ve been put where we were.||She offered a “significant discount” on a future stay at any hotel in the chain and gave me her contact details. I followed up by email afterward, but never received a response.||Really disappointing all around—poor communication, zero accountability, and no care for guest comfort. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

They cancelled my reservation and said there were no more rooms. I had the option to pay upon check-in. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't contact me, although that wasn't true - they didn't call me or write to me (although there had been correspondence about repairs on the 5th floor before, which means they could have contacted me. This is a rude attitude towards guests, given that I had to look for another hotel with my daughter late in the evening. I don't recommend contacting them - because tomorrow you too will be left without a reservation on the street!

Stayed here for a week, great price for what it is, great location lots of restaurants around. Free breakfast, coffee maker in room, ac kind of loud. If you want to be at the pool while the sun is hitting go at 1pm, the towel service is kind of ridiculous but oh well.

The Comfort Inn was very clean, and it was within walking distance of the marina. The included breakfast buffet was great and the people were very nice and accommodating. The pool was decent and the Inn also had a nice workout room. The nearby marina has lots of shops and restaurants. The ONLY downside to our stay at the Comfort Inn was that our room did not have a microwave and refrigerator.

This is a great place conveniently located close to the airport. We arrived a day early before checking into our main stay, and this spot was perfect. The proximity to the airport was a major plus, and the staff was very welcoming. In the morning, there was a simple breakfast provided, served by an attentive staff. It was an ideal place to relax after a long day of travel with a good hot shower and comfortable bed. The internet was spotty at times but the time we were there it didn't really matter. ||I noticed some reviews mentioning that the hotel is within walking distance of the airport. However, with several pieces of luggage, walking was not a feasible option for us. The taxi ride cost $21 USD, though this was after some negotiation. It is recommended to get peso's at the airport. The taxi and comfort inn requested it (we needed more coffee in our room).

Checked in and when got to my room there were no towels. Housekeeper said they were airing for them to arrive clean at the hotel. Second bad thing is in order to get a pool towel you have to leave 200 pesos as a deposit or a passport / valid ID until you return it. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my passport at a front desk because if they misplaced it or loose it they will not do anything to help you out. I didn’t have any cash on me but told them since they have my credit card on file they can just hold that 200 pesos on my card and she said no. Yadira was the lady that checked me in and I asked her to show me where I signed that I had to leave a cash deposit or a passport and she was trying to find it and she couldn’t because it wasn’t no where I sign sayin that. I asked to speak to a manager and another lady came to talk to me that wasn’t a manager but a check in lobby person by the name of Ana Rosas. I asked if she was a manager and she said no that there is no managers on duty on Sundays . She proceeded to tell me the same thing as the other lady and I wasn’t getting anywhere with them . I just told them I wouldn’t be taking the towel and that they shouldn’t be making up stuff. I just went to the pool and came out all wet and went to my room on the 4th floor leaving a trail of water all over the lobby, elevator and room. I just got a towel from my room which I didn’t have to leave 200 pesos or my passport with them. I won’t be staying with them again and I hope a manager from the hotel reads this and make some changes.
