Parking sucked, and the safe didn't work. The pool and work out room was decent and the workers were really attentive. I did like my king room. The sheets and blankets and towels were sometimes changed in the morning which I still appreciated. I did like the shower and the hotel is in a good location. Stood here for 4 days.

I just returned from San Juan. The property is really lovely. It’s being further upgraded now. Great rooms, very clean. There’s a fridge and a microwave in the room which is great. There’s a really quaint pool area with a hot tub it’s open late which is great as the sun goes down early in the winter. Location is great. Right by the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. There’s free breakfast which lasts for hours 7-11am. There’s a grab and go convenience shop. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was traveling solo and felt quite safe.

The hotel lobby smelled really good. However upon signing in, there were ants everywhere on the desk and on the credit card machine. I was concerned there would be pest in the room. The room was nice. Mine faced a building and garbage but I was there to sleep. Also the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom smelled like sewer at times but I didn’t see sewage. Breakfast was issued our due to covid protocols and was nothing to write home about. The staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English and Spanish. Location was good. Walk 1 block north and you’re on the beach. I would stay again, perhaps in a different room where the bathroom doesn’t stink.

Beach towel and a chair on the beach. My room was retro colors, bathroom was nicely designed. Room service was good. Front desk gave excellent customer service. Breakfast was plentiful. I dined out every evening. You should see the women's bathroom by the pool 👍.

Our family was visiting Puerto Rico after 23yrs of last being there because of the passing of our grandmother. We didn't know what to expect from this hotel besides the reviews we had read before booking our rooms. We definitely were NOT dissatisfied, the rooms were AMAZING and service of staff as well. They were very quick to accommodate you in anything since my parents room had a little trouble with their sink. I only didn't give them a 5 star due to their main elevator not working and the wait for it was somewhat lengthy. The location of it is unbelievable your only about a 3 minute walk from the main strip of where all the tourist locations is at and ofcourse beach. I would definitely stay here in the future and would recommend to family and friends!!!!!

The staff is fabulous! The location is fabulous (1 block back from the main strip)! We did not need a car. There's a pool, towels, laundry, chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Our Suite on the 7th floor had a view of the Ocean between buildings, 2 rooms, a fridge, 2 tvs and a lovely dehumidifier. Is it perfect? No. Is it nice? Yes! FYI: You have to walk a few blocks to get to the hotel's beach area, the street floods with the tide, and there is a lot of construction around the Island. The only power grid issue we noticed was a restaurant using a generator. A great budget choice!

We got the penthouse sweet on the top floor. Definitely a Miami Vice theme! Breakfast was really good for a free breakfast & they supply beach chairs, towels, & umbrellas through their beach club. The only major issue I have with this hotel is I was looking forward to the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was more like a tepid warm tub. Other than that it was a good time.

After reading some of the comments it’s not that bad , we didn’t have to ask for towels they brought in plenty , the rooms were damp however that didn’t bother us . You do have to pay for parking and I would think the hotel would give a discount . The hotel is walking distant to the beach and all kinds of stuff . Our room didn’t smell . Pool was nice . The staff never communicated with us . Breakfast might be a little cold but you have a microwave in your room . Over all we loved Puerto Rico !!!

Excellent service. Every employee was beyond helpful and welcoming. Clean, decorated beautifully. Comfortable, close to everything. Even the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas included.

There is no hot water and in taking a shower I itched for at least an hour using continuous lotion to attempt to stop the itching. No hotel should be without hot water.
