The morning we had to check out there was zero hot water. There is evidently nobody to contact either. Called every number in the book, no joy. Tried calling/texting the number that sent us the check-in details and it was turned off!
Check in was a joke. We got there about 14:30 and reception was abandoned.
Heating in the room is by one ancient and noisy fan heater. It is utterly inadequate for the task. The rooms are not well insulated and cold wind flows freely around the entry door.
The TV in the bedroom was missing the antenna cable and remote. They supplied these, eventually, but it was the wrong remote.
Everything in the kitchen required cleaning before use. One spoon had what looked like dry shit on it. The glasses hadn't been washed in a very long time.
The floors were not well cleaned, I think you actually have to plug a vacuum cleaner in.
The rooms have poor sound insulation. The ones next to us had tradies in them who woke us up several times late at night and again very early in the morning.
We were in the upstairs rooms. Everything is tired. The curtains are coming off the rails, the tiles are falling off the walls, the kitchen floor tiles appear to have never been cleaned. There's nowhere to put your suitcases either.
