We did a 3 night stay here for a music event and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms had good water pressure, and breakfast was well above average for a complimentary breakfast! The hot items changed daily and were generally well prepared and delicious. They had a waffle station which offered regular waffle mix and a flavored mix (strawberry and chocolate, depending on the day), and the staff were consistently refilling all stations which kept everything flowing! Not to mention breakfast goes from 7-10am, which is perfect for someone like me who likes to sleep in!!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, we have stayed here a couple of times. Very well managed, outstanding among Choice hotels. They have paid attention to my room request which made me very happy! Great variety of breakfast, clean rooms, great staff. The place to stay if I visiting the parks. :)

I stayed here over EDC Orlando weekend, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every staff member I interacted with was genuinely helpful and kind. My biggest highlight was the breakfast. At most hotels, complimentary breakfasts tend to be limited and forgettable at best. But not here. The selection was great, and the offerings changed each morning, which kept things fresh. I left satisfied every day. Next time I’m in town, I know where I’ll be staying.

Second year staying at this hotel for Universal's Halloween Horror nights. Last year we stayed during renovations, no biggy. Manager was super nice- I called the morning of check in to ask about early check in, she stated they dont have early check in however she called me before check in time to let me know the room was available (which allowed for early check in.) The room, 4th floor was nice. Breakfast was great with a smooth check out. This year when booking, the room was slightly higher, for being a Choice member and on a Sunday (weekday booking) I thought ok, maybe the updates from renovations last year. No. I called again about early check in, this time around when told they dont have that, I needed to call back and keep checking to see if a room is available. No biggy, I did so and was told room was ready. I arrived and was able to check in about 45 mins early. Cool. The room, 2nd floor, not as nice as the previous room. Parts of the curtains were not attached, so while closed, there was still visibility. The bathroom shower floor was uneven with poorly done caulking, wonder f ther was flooding or something to that bathroom. Honestly, the room felt like there was no real cleaning prior to check in, as if, house keeping just came in an replaced what was missing; towels, cups, made the bed. It was not a clean feeling. For the price, I was disappointed and even though proximity to the parks is a huge consideration, being a Universal Passholder, next time we will stay at a Universal hotel for $50 more and take take advantage of the transportation offered.

We were treated so kindly by the staff for our entire stay here. Kayla took extremely great care of us and was very helpful. The room was clean and well organized. The breakfast each morning was well prepared and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Google
Positive: the recepcionists are great. helpful ,kind, happy, great attitude. location is great. breakfast is good and great timing for us who wake up late! the microwave and refrigerator are awesome for quick snaks. Negative: the shower does not heat up. the temperature comes and goes, oscilating badly. otherwise is all good.

I think there are two main factors affecting my rating: 1) I consider myself a bit of a "germaphobe", & I'll judge a place harshly on whether it *looks* to be clean or not. 2) I've stayed at a few different hotels in the Orlando area before, and when compared to those, this one felt more "unclean" than those. While I'm sure the room we stayed in was in fact cleaned & ready for us, the look of everything just made me "uncomfortable". The door from the hallway perspective (before we even entered the room) looked like it had paint chipping from it; the floor inside the room looked as though it had some white specs on it (almost like whoever vacuumed rushed and missed some spots); the tub floor had a look as though it needed to be bleached from the amount of use it's had over the years; & the TV & it's remote felt very "low-tech" (this is the least important aspect of this, but still felt I should include it). Also, there were six of us staying here, so we had to use the bed from the pullout couch, and my sister and her friend did comment on the bed's appearance itself, and my sister (who I'd say is less concerned with "gems" than I am) didn't want to sleep on the pullout bed, so she laid the couch cushions on the floor & slept on that. And to her credit, I also likely would've done the same thing, or maybe even laid on the bench in the room (normally I'd say "sleep on the floor", but it looked too unclean to me for that option) It all just made the hotel feel very outdated & in desperate need of a major restoration/upgrade. And to this point there was this distinct smell to the room; it's what you might smell when you walk into an old house with very old carpeting. It was just something that added to my "I'm not touching anything in this place" lol. So, overall, I guess I'd say it's a decent place to stay, and people who have more reasonable sensibilities (unlike me) will enjoy staying here. For example, my mom & grandma were perfectly happy and content with their stay here. But it could use with a bit of an update.

Things started off well at check-in with Kayla at the front desk. We were also impressed with the Assistant General Manager Shajayra. Both of these ladies were very friendly, very helpful, and my wife and I felt like they would help us in any way that we asked. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We also observed Nancy in the breakfast room and noticed that she was focused on keeping the area clean, and that the food was there hot and ready. We have stayed in several Choice Hotels, but this place takes top honors because the staff is well trained, and care about the comfort of the guests. We have already booked a room there for our next visit to Orlando in January, 2026.

Yelp
During our week vacation in Orlando we booked couple of nights at the Comfort Suites near the Universal property. First off the hotel was a little difficult to find since it is situated between two other bigger properties. The room looked very beaten up and we found a dead roach in our bathroom. The pool also looked very underwhelming and did not look that sanitary. The reason why I give this hotel the second star is the friendliness of the staff and free breakfast buffet that is offered in the morning.

Yelp
Not too far from MCO, free parking and inexpensive. That's about the only positives. Everything is outdated -- Furniture, A/C and bathroom. The tub had a weird slope and water pressure was non existent. The A/C was loud when it kicked on. It smells. We stayed arrived late at night and left early in the morning. I wouldn't suggest staying here for a couple of days.

Yelp
Where should I begin with this review? I will start from beginning to end. First of all, I booked the hotel non-refundable. The manager was very nice back in June when my trip was cancelled because of United Airlines' big mess, and allowed me to switch the dates to this past week. For that I am forever grateful. Arrived on 8/11 at around 11am after leaving our cruise. Luckily a room was available already, and we were able to get all our stuff into the room. That is the end of the nice things. There was only one working elevator. This was ridiculous, given how busy the hotel was. Also, no luggage carts were found when we arrived or when we were leaving. Also ridiculous. There was no hair dryer in the room. To make things worse the telephone in our room 403 was not working at all! My husband had to go to the front desk to get me one, which took 8 minutes because the person had to get one from an unoccupied room. They replaced our towels and cleaned the trash after one night. Unfortunately the person did not leave us face towels. Without a working room phone, we decided to let that go. Breakfast: it was all good on Saturday 8/12. This morning, 8/13, it was a mess. They ran out of milk and orange juice be 8:15am. There was also just one apple left. Not enough seats for guests trying to eat breakfast. Some guests decided to bring the breakfast back to their room, but then ran into people with luggage trying to get out of the only working elevator. Definitely an accident waiting to happen. I love the location of the hotel. However I will highly recommend anyone to consider staying at another property instead of this particular Comfort Inn.

Yelp
Some of the travel site reviews must be fake ,breakfast was medicore same as any other place.& it must be a favor thing because they only let certain people check in early. They hyped this place up in the reviews.

Yelp
We booked 1 of 3 available suites at this location. We were very pleased with how big the room was. I was in such shock that I forgot to take pics which is so not like me. The woman working the front desk was absolutely amazing. Her name was Shajayra. My daughter needed some markers for a project in our room so my wife went to the front desk as a last resort and Shajayra saved the day. We were greeted as Elite members upon check in. Her service definitely went above and beyond as every time we saw her she was delightful and always said hello and asked if we needed anything. The hotel was also located near an outlet mall which was a perk. I have already put this hotel in my "travel notes" so we're sure to stay here again when we come back!

Yelp
This is my 2nd time at this location. I wrote out pros and cons of this hotel and as you will see the pros outweigh the con. Pros: - Friendly staff that make you feel welcomed - Rooms are really spacious and provide lots of pillows, which my family loves! - We have had a microwave and fridge each time which is really nice when you stay a few days and bring drinks/snacks. - They have complementary breakfast from 6am - 10am. They have hot and cold items, we've been able to find plenty of breakfast to eat! Definitely saves on that expense of going out! - The noise volume hasn't ever been a problem both times we've stayed. - TV channels: They have lots of channels to fit everyone's watching. - Location is close to Universal. Disney is about 15 mins away. So very close! - Many restaurants within a few minutes of location. Con: - The beds: For me, they are more firm for my liking. I know that is more of a personal preference. I'd stay here again, of course!

Yelp
I can't believe this hotel was listed as a 2 1/2 stars. This place is nice, clean and safe.

Nicolas C.

Yelp
The staff was great. Place was clean organized. The breakfast was great they change there menu daily. Overall my family had a good time. Close to universal and restaurants.

Yelp
Hotel was going through a renovation otherwise it would have been decent. The last night we stayed work went on all night on the floor above- it was horrible as we had a 4am flight home. Towels weren't available at the pool when we went but breakfast was good.

Yelp
One of the best stays that I've ever experienced at a Comfort Suites property. Super clean environment, decent breakfast, comfortable room, above average customer service, and good location (close to I-4, yet not close to where you hear the traffic). After a unpleasant stay at a Choice Brand hotel in Jacksonville (see my past review) only days before, this property was a complete 180-degree turnaround on what I experienced. I felt this from the very first minute that I walked into the property upon being genuinely greeted by the front desk staff. At the same time, you could also feel that this property had that "feel" of being super clean- it was! Parking at the property was sufficient. Surprisingly, there is more available parking spaces at the front of the property (close to the entrance) than anywhere else. There are thousands of hotel rooms over various properties in Orlando. Some are exceptional, and some are not. This Comfort Suites property was certainly worth spending a few relaxing days in while on business in Orlando. Will certainly return.

Yelp
If you like sleeping on your grandmother's lumpy throw pillows and a bed that is worn out this is the hotel for you! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, which is disappointing because we have stayed at other locations and had a wonderful experience. The night time front desk clerk was extremely rude when I was buying water bottles from her, apparently it is a sin to ask for a receipt when using your credit card. The woman setting up breakfast yelled at my daughter when she tried to get some water. Very disappointing. These good reviews must be written by hotel employees trying to keep their jobs. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!

Heather H.

Yelp
I waffle between this hotel needs a renovation and this hotel needs a deep cleaning - probably both. The shower head lacks pressure and flow, shower takes 2-3 x as long. Shower curtain rod is falling off the wall and hanging so the curtain doesn't stay closed. I feel like if I walk barefoot I may contract a disease or fungus. Price point was good, but I would pay more for cleaner and more updated.
google avatar

Chad C.

Yelp
This hotel is located close to universal. It's in need of an update. Looks to be built in the late 80s or early 90s. The bed was low to the floor and needed to be replaced. At this time you select your breakfast and go down and pick it up due to COVID-19. They also did not do housekeeping which I assume was due to the pandemic as well. Overall if the beds would be updated I'd stay here again.
google avatar

Pam A.

Yelp
Decent hotel with all the basic amenities. The rooms could use a little renovation. It didn't really bother me since we were only there for one night. I've seen it every now and then, but a plus for me here was the cleaning wipes they give you in your rooms. You have all seen those "Where Germs Lurk" specials on TV! I'm not sure if we showed up late and so all the "good" breakfast items were gone. By the time we got there it was slim pickings of just cereal and bread. The shuttle service to Universal Studios is operated by another hotel so the times are limited and you have to walk over there. We ended up taking an Uber to the park due to the inconveience and yes, I'll admit, we wanted to sleep in a little.

Yelp
Five star for me. Amazing room very big suite and free breakfast. Not even a 5 star hotel gives a full breakfast with eggs waffles coffee muffins and much more FOR FREE. KEEP IT UP GUY'S A++++

Bhavna C.

Yelp
I have been to sooo many hotels and I am shocked to see the quality of breakfast. It's horrible. If I were you, either I would eat out or not eat at all. The hotel is dated overall. Not bad but nothing to attract me to come again. The beds were alright. Not many people to help clean your tables or attend to you @ breakfast & for some reason everyone keeps on staring at you! Don't understand why everyone was super loud & kept on talking in their own language without any courtesies for the others. My daughter is learning this language in her school. But to be surrounded by everyone speaking a foreign language & not English was really annoying. This hotel will never get my business again:(

Yelp
If you're looking for a decent place to stay to be near Universal, this is it! We were able to check in 30 min earlier than the check-in time with no problem. Great service from staff. I'm a pretty easy going person, but a clean bathroom is a must. Our restroom was clean & roomy. My room included a mini fridge (filled with nothing), microwave, & coffee machine. There was no balcony. They have a shuttle bus for you to go to Universal at their sister hotel, the Holiday Inn, which was walking distance away. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Orlando!

Princess B.

Yelp
This was the best hotel a tourist could ask for! The staff was very helpful and very nice!!! Free breakfast with menu included each night. Hot tub and pool very clean. I'll be returning here for my next family vacation! This hotel is near everything also!!
google avatar

Ant M. A.

Yelp
This Choice hotel is in a great location. Within a mile from Universal Studios. The rates are fair. The staff is friendly and helpful. No parking fee and with enough parking spaces. The complimentary breakfast is doable and above average. The rooms can use some details but nothing near an issue. I had no problems with the free wifi like some have mentioned. I would definitely recommend.
google avatar

Dee B.

Yelp
Our first time staying in this particular Comfort Inn. I usually find their newer hotels to be consistently clean and in good condition. This hotel was no different. The room was nice. I found the mattress to be a little uncomfortable for me. That happens sometimes. I won't stay in this location again as the mattress was not good for my sleeping. My husband had no problem with it.
google avatar

Yelp
Are you thinking about booking a Universal Orlando vacation, and you are looking for the closest, least expensive hotel that can fit six people in a room? Well, my friend, you have found it. This Comfort Suites is not going to blow your mind in terms of amenities. But in terms of value, this property is a winner. Most importantly, you can fit six people in their regular rooms (two queen beds and a sofabed) without paying what you'd usually pay for a "suite" or a nightly rollaway fee at something like the Holiday Inn down the road. They also have a complimentary buffet-style breakfast. And this Comfort Suites is within walking distance of Universal. Now, it's going to be a 20 to 25 minute walk, and you're going to have to cross through a few parking lots to get over to the intersection of Kirkman and Major Blvd, but it is definitely an option if the once-in-the-morning-once-in-the-evening shuttle service doesn't work for you. If you are interested in learning more about booking this hotel as part of a Universal Orlando vacation package, check out the website: http://res.universalorlandovacations.com/DetailedInformation/Hotel/Standalone.aspx?HotelId=MCOUCSO&RemoteSourceCode=LtmsHotel&DestinationCode=MCO&VendorCode=UNT

Yelp
We are about a 7 minute Uber drive from the Uber drop off point to universal. The hotel itself was clean. It offered continental breakfast which included things like cereal, waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bagels, fresh fruit. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. They also have. Front computer you can use and even print from. There is a pool in the back and a very small fitness center. The only reason I minus a star is for all the marks and damage to the doors and hallways, which makes it look unappealing, also for the couple next to us who were physically fighting and the thin walls we could hear everything.
google avatar

Kelly D.

Yelp
My friends and I stayed here last month to visit a friend who lived close by and to visit the theme parks as well. Rooms were clean and the three of us had enough space to feel comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and had enough variety over the three days that we stayed here to keep us satisfied. At the waffle station original was always offered and the other flavor changed. The hotel also offers shuttle service to Universal, but we didn't try it. Disney is just a short drive (15-20 min) away.
google avatar

MT A.

Yelp
Very happy with my stay at this Comfort Suites. The staff is great and very helpful. The breakfast was hot and constantly being refilled. My only complaint could be that the coffee cups are on the small side but that's not that big of a deal breaker. Rooms were clean and maid service was on point. Really close to Universal and they offer a shuttle which is outstanding. I'd definitely stay here again.
google avatar

Denianne B.

Yelp
I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked it because it was affordable, and sometimes that yields sketchy results...not this time! The rooms were nice, and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the pool. The location is very convenient to universal. Breakfast options were great too. I'd definitely stay gee again.

Yelp
Very happy with our stay here in Orlando. The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was incredible with different selections every morning from omlets, eggs, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, corned beef and hasbrowns, etc. the beds were comfortable and quiet. Bathrooms nice. The only thing I could say is I think the carpet in our room could have used a good cleaning. But overall a very good stay. This is close to international drive and plenty of food options.
google avatar

Claire Y.

Yelp
I only stayed here 1 night b/c we had planned to go to the Univ. Studios and Island of Adventures just half a mile away. Aside from the proximity to the parks, this hotel was pretty unimpressive. The room we had (non-smoking) had a faint odor of smoke and old carpet and was extremely damp. The bed was NOT comfortable at all and I def felt things crawling on my skin during the night.... eek!!! The complimentary breakfast wasn't too shabby, on the other hand. It covered the non-egg basics - waffles, bagels, instant oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juices, etc - and even biscuits with gravy (which was pretty decent). Free wireless also kicked butt, as many hotels in Orlando seemed to not offer it. It's one of those hotels where you get what you pay for (e.g. $80/night). Go for the convenience, not for the relaxation/luxury.
google avatar

Kaytee R.

Yelp
Took a trip to Orlando with my 3 children and husband. The room had 2 beds and a couch . Very spacious. Was clean and no cracks or weird colors in the bathrooms. No odd smells either. The pool was quite and wasn't huge but not small either. The breakfast was ok for free. They change the menu daily but it consist of cereal , oatmeal, waffles, breads, fruit, some type of sausages and eggs. Coffee/ juice. I would definitely rebook.friendly staff. My only complaint if I had to is the a/c unit made a thumping noise sometimes when shutting down.
google avatar

Susy L.

Yelp
Beds were very comfy and the pillows also. In the center of Holyland Experience and Universal.

Yelp
Recently stayed for 2 days - in a 2/QN Suite. Room rate was very resonable. Room was nice (for the price) - and the property (while worn) was acceptable (esp for the price). A few concerns though: TV: The TV is small (only 32") and the remote provided does not allow anything other than "basic" TV operation (with kids, had our XBox, and plugged the XBOX into the side-HDMI, but the remote would not allow us to select that input). We discovered a work-around and the kids were happy, but the manager stated "plugging anything into the TV messes up the cable signal loop for the entire property" - and that is simply not a true statement. The remote was selected because it was the cheapest remote available to outfit the property (pls note that all other hotels have no problem with external computers or consoles connecting to their TVs - see my reviews - I stay all over the US and World and first property to have this issue). So, if you have kids, and you have an XBOX, no love here (unless you can figure out the work-around....and it's pretty easy to figure it out). WATER PRESSURE and HOT WATER: Hot water is non-exsistent in the property - luke warm at best and the water pressure is minimal. Again, this is a cost-saving measure that impacts the customer. I discussed the pressure and temp with several other customers in the lobby and they also expressed the same problem. The temp is low and the pressure is minimal to keep persons from taking a "Hollywood Shower" - - but, this cost saving measure is unnecessary and at the expense of the customers satisfaction. Again, other properties have no issue with temp/pressure....just the ones that "cut corners". Overall, due to the price and proximity to Universal (we walked--short 18min walk) - I might stay here again if everything else around this property is booked up.

Yelp
Bed bugs ate me alive. I'm never going back. The sheets weren't changed and I didn't realize it until it was too late. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Yelp
Most of the comfort suites I've been too have been great for the money. This one has the added benfit of being near Universal Studios. I'm a fan of the complimentary breakfasts that include the waffle maker station.

Yelp
Great value hotel!!!! Clean and Comfortable room and not too crowded Given that its only 4 floors. My favorite is the complimentary hot breakfast with waffle maker!!!! Staff are pleasant and nice!!! We will definitely be back here!!!!

Yelp
We stayed here over the weekend, and I have mixed opinions about it. Since there was a larger group of us, I searched for a cheap, nearby hotel to Universal Studios. This one was about a mile away, but didn't have a shuttle. Technically, that is. While there isn't a shuttle that comes directly to this hotel, the Holiday Inn (I think?) across the street had a shuttle they share with this hotel. And since the hotel is so close to Orlando Studios, it doesn't take long for the shuttle to reach it. We stayed in the 2 bedroom queen suite, which also had a sofa bed. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The room was sort of shabby and out-of-date, but clean. Plus, I booked through Expedia, and also ended up getting $25 off with a coupon code I found. It ended up being about 20ish per person for 2 nights, with 7 people. That being said, we did have some issues. When we got there, our fridge worked, but by the end of the night, it was room temperature. Went down to the concierge, and they said they would send someone up the next morning. They did let us store our stuff (some pizza, breadsticks, milk, etc.) in their own fridge, which was nice since we didn't want our food to spoil. The next morning, room service came around 8am. They woke us up, then said they would come back later. They didn't come back the rest of our stay. I know this because our trash piled up, and we weren't given any fresh towels. The fridge maintenance person also came around 9am, and said they would be back later. But by then we had plugged up the fridge into the other outlet and it seemed to be working better. The fridge reacted with the room temperature. When it was colder in the room, the items in the fridge were colder. And when it was warmer in the room, the items in the fridge were warmer. This shouldn't happen... PROS: -Free overnight parking! -While they didn't have a shuttle per se, you could walk across the street to the Holiday Inn and pick up a shuttle pass and use their shuttle. There were multiple shuttle times. Maybe 3-5 in the morning and 4-5 at night. -They provide free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. -There is a pool and Jacuzzi on the property. -Great location, in regards to Universal Studios. Only a mile or so away. -100% free WiFi, and it didn't require a password to access. -Business center is small, but sufficient when you need to print out a boarding pass. -Wonderful staff, who let us do late check out after we had to spend 7-8 hours in the E.R. and came back to the hotel exhausted. -Very decent hot breakfast available from 7-10am every morning. It's also varied, so if you stay several nights, you get slightly different food. (Over two days, they had sausage, eggs, cereal, apples, oranges, bananas, muffins, various pastries, waffles, yogurt (though that vanished pretty quickly), coffee, juices, bread, jelly, etc.) -Staff was very polite and accommodating to our needs. Everyone I spoke with (and that was about 3 different people, for various reasons) tried their best to help me with whatever we needed. -Beds are fairly comfortable, and the pillows are on the plush side, which I prefer. -Very quiet hotel, despite its great location. CONS: -Air conditioning system was either too cold or too hot. I am susceptible to changes in temperature, so now I have a scratchy throat. -Fridge temperature seems to work with the room temperature. Cold room, cold fridge. Warm room, warm fridge. -Uncomfortable mattress on the sofa bed. -Sodas are sold for 2.50 for a small bottle. It's better to go down the street to Publix. -Room service came REALLY early, around 8am. We were exhausted and asked them to come back at another time. They didn't. THE VERDICT: The staff is really accommodating and gracious to your needs. The location is really awesome, and the fact that they now have a shuttle you can access across the street is another great touch, especially because this seems like a recent endeavor. The free hot breakfast was tasty and filling, and it goes on long enough that it's easy to grab something before you head out for the day. That being said, if the fridge worked better and the air conditioning wasn't so crappy, I would have rated this more of a 4 star hotel. But as it was, I think our overall experience was closer to three stars. It's outdated but clean, quiet, but in great proximity to Universal Studios and a bunch of mediocre food options. I would consider this hotel as an option in the future, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make it the place to stay every time I go back to Orlando. It is a great deal if you have a group of people, or a limited budget. In comparison, we once stayed at the Cabana Bay resort, with 6 people, and it was about 80 per person for two nights.

Yelp
Just stayed one night. Visited Universal Studios Florida the next day, then moved on. Very clean, seemed nearly new. Comfortable room. Key card did not work in the first room we were given. Desk clerk was going to send maintenance to fix, but I asked for another room, and was given another immediately without a fuss. Complementary breakfast the next morning was good. Internet connection was typical of other hotels. Did not use other amenities. Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Yelp
The room was OK but have a Denteley the housekeeping staff have light fingers. Make sure you have everything when you leave. I lost a $1500 ring and of course it was not found

Yelp
Great value at $80 bucks a night with AAA discount before tax. Very close to universal studios for people going there. Staff was very nice . Rooms were a little outdated. But overall a positive experience

Yelp
This hotel is a gem. More important than this Comfort Suites' great location and immaculate facility, the staff appears to understand the importance of stellar customer service. During our four-day stay, we found that each employee (whether at the front desk, in the breakfast area, maintaining the pool, preparing rooms or in a managerial position) acted as if he/she owned the hotel - with special kudos to Ruben, Marlene and Nancy. This property's operating process/culture is a terrific model and an asset to the Comfort Suites brand.

Yelp
Overall pretty good. A little hidden off the road but not too hard to find in the daytime. Rooms are very clean, free from smells, and staff is very nice and welcoming. With so many places I've stayed in Orlando hard to give anyplace a 5 unless they go above and beyond. I would stay here again

Yelp
The hotel is great! I stayed for 6 days and not once did I see anyone swimming laps in the pool.*

Yelp
Our plan was to stay here and visit Universal. The hotel needs updating. The check in staff was very accommodating. We arrived early and they had a room available and we were able to check in early. We asked for a quiet room. We stayed at a Comfort Suites in Valdosta on the way down and had a terrible experience. It was right on the interstate and we didn't get any sleep. We were looking forward to a good night sleep. We checked in dropped our bags and headed out. It was late at night when we returned. The room was hot and we turned the air down. We thought we had turned it down before we left. We realized in the middle of the night that the air didn't work. At 2 am we heard a beeping noise. We thought it was an alarm clock going off in an adjoining room. At 6 am we checked out of the hotel. The noise was an alarm coming from a maintenance closet near our room. When we checked out we didn't even get an I am sorry. I wrote a review on the hotels website. The manager contacted me and apologized. He was the one that checked me in and remembered me. He mailed me a coupon for a future two night stay and apologized.

Yelp
This hotel is a reasonable price, two beds, everything is clean, and breakfast every day. Everything is delicious. The pool is clean and the people are friendly. Only problem the hallways are scary at night. The shower is very slow and does not get you fully wet, and the laundry room is not good, the machines are old.

Yelp
We definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The room was huge and very clean, so was the bathroom. The breakfast is average but that did not bother us at all. The location is fabulous: Universal Studio is just 2 min (by car); there is a wallgreens across; plenty of restaurants around and the mall is pretty close. We did not go to the swimming pool this time but we will choose this hotel again for next time and will recommend it.

Yelp
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Clean and well prepared hot/cold breakfast bar 7-10am. Comfortable beds with 2 soft and 2 firm pillows for each bed. Rooms come with complimentary ear plugs, antibiotic wipes for phone and tv remote, coffee maker with reg decaf or tea. Nice soaps shampoos and plentiful towels. Microwave and mini fridge. 4 floors so not a long elevator wait. Very clean in all areas- even back hall lobby bathrooms across from fitness center. You could walk to Universal if you had to, but Universal runs a shuttle there. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle. There is a Wendy's just a short walk away and again you can't beat the closeness to Universal or the cleanliness. Be sure to ask front desk if they have discount coupons for local eateries, universal walk attractions etc. These were not in our room and when we called a mini golf place for directions the manager of the mini golf told us to ask at the hotel desk for a discount coupon.
