What a beautiful place to stay! We were greeted by owner Rita upon arrival, and everything was special. They accommodated my down allergy by trading out the comforter with an allergen-free that was just as luxurious. The bed was so comfy! The rooms are a nice size here, each has a king sized bed. Good a/c. The common areas are nice, with a coffee maker plus an electric kettle to brew your tea. The large fridge holds complimentary cold water bottles, and the freezer has an ice bucket and several wine coolers. They grounds of this winery have a nice view of the water, and you might spy an alpaca or 2, cattle, and even deer. The star here is the handmade gourmet breakfasts! Rita makes a lovely plate each morning at 8:30. Don't be late for breakfast! Homemade bread, pancakes, muffins, frittatas, apple compote with apples from their orchard, homemade jams. A rotating menu brings a pleasant surprise each morning. White wines are made with their onsite vineyard, and they also make some red wines, all with reasonable pricing. The town of Langley is just a few miles down the road. We highly recommend!

Such a great find! Quietest room we’ve ever stayed at and the comfiest bed! I wasn’t ready to leave. The view is great! The owners are so friendly and accommodating. We were able to check-in a early and had an incredible homemade breakfast every morning. Be sure to walk around the farm and to scope out the alpacas and meet the friendly wine dog, Merlot! If we ever make it back to Whidbey, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

My wife grew up on Whidbey and we find Comforts to be a great base to stay while visiting family and enjoying the island. Rooms are great and views are awesome. Wine tasting is always a lot of fun and breakfasts are incredible!

We loved our stay at this amazing property; very peaceful environment. Carl and Rita were great hosts. Carl did a great job explaining the wine options during the includeds tasting. Breakfast was delicious; made with fresh fruit from the farm. The bed was super comfortable.

We spent one night here in mid-July and had a lovely time. We were lucky to get the last room on short notice. The setting is serene and invites you to sit, gaze and sip to your heart's content. The room was 5 star clean, the bed and linens were very comfortable, there are plenty of outlets and space for your things. Breakfast was delightful and included home made bread and jam. A little slice of Heaven!

Hands down one of the best experiences in a long, long time. No matter where you look, every vista is paradise, from the view of the sound through the trees to the field where alpacas and cows roam, to the orchard where dog Merlot greets you in the morning. The rooms sit atop the winery, and all of it is both modern and warm at the same time. Bed was very nice, rooms were just the right size with beautiful views. The common room was great for sipping an evening glass of wine, and the common kitchen area and fridge/freezer was great for making cocktails (when the wine ran out), and preparing a midnight snack. Breakfast was tasty and unique, Rita does a beautiful job with it. Wine was spectacular and loved the complimentary tasting received upon greeting. Most importantly, Carl and Rita make you feel like family. The value of staying here is off-the-charts, I can't imagine anyplace else on the island feeling so warm and hospitable. Can't wait to return.

We were visiting family and decided to stay one more night. We found Conforts of Whidbey Winery & B&B had a room available for one night. What a delightful place. From the moment we arrived the quiet made us relax immediately. The rooms are beautiful, the scenery is picture book. The breakfast was just right and delicious. Although I do not drink wine for medical reasons anyone who does will be impressed and well served. I wish we could have stayed longer but it Comforts of Whidbey is on my list to go again.
