Comics Guesthouse

Me and my son loved this place! The comic nerds will love that place! We stayed at the “dragon ball”themed room that was very cool, it was like staying in his “ideal room” with PlayStation, Netflix and a retro game console. The location is central by the river and very convenient next to the metro, but we walked a lot and used the buses there that could take you everywhere in the centre and had very often routes. The people of the guesthouse were really nice.

Everything went well with my visit. I reserved 2 weeks in advance in person. All my questions were answered. Proximity to the metro is great. Easy access to the Vatican and Castle St Angelo. There is nearby shopping for food, both stores and restaurants. The room was nicely furnished, clean and easily accessible. I will certainly recommend your facility to anyone traveling to Rome needing similar accommodations. I greatly appreciated being able to securely leave my luggage after checking out for pickup later in the day.

Great location. You can walk everywhere from the hotel in about 30 minutes. The rooms are very atmospheric, and the kitchen has everything you need. The game consoles work great ❤️❤️

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, AC, complete kitchen and laundry machine, fridge in each room… and really really nice staff. Their response time to emails and willingness to be helpful is really great and more than what I expected. Fun vibes and great place, by far the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Rome. I’ll be back!!

This place is amazing if you are a anime fan. Every room is dedicated to a saga and there are many fun games too. Besides rooms are very nice and it is strategically located close to many tourist sites and it is very easy to reach too. Free coffee is a great plus xD

Great place, I felt like home. The host are very kind and flexible if you have an issue or need help with the check in-out. Spotless instalations, comfortable beds, lovely ambiance. Highly recommendable!

The best place to stay in Rome! Perfectly located near major tourist attractions, this hostel offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and even a PlayStation for some fun downtime. Having stayed at three different hostels in Rome, I can confidently say this one stands out for its safety, convenience, and leisure options. Highly recommended!

The place is exactly where it is mentioned within walking proximity to Vatican and metro. Tidy and clean rooms, toilet, kitchen fully functional with almost all appliances needed for cooking.

First of all, I cannot believe that no one had added and reviewed this place yet! Whether you're traveling solo or with a couple of friends, if you want to have fun while saving your coins, I'd recommend Comics Guesthouse. This place treated us well during our 3 days in Roma. Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, it was a little off the beaten path, but close to metro and the River Tiber. I felt safe walking anytime of the day or night, and actually took quite a few night strolls. If you like walking, it's about a 10 minute walk to Castel Sant' Angelo and about a 30 minute walk to Vatican City. There were 3 of us so we had a room with a double bed and a bunk bed. I can't remember the exact theme (each room features a comic theme), but it was black & red. It was a spacious room and the bathroom was huge! Everything was clean and I was very comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time indoors so I don't remember much about amenities, other than the free breakfast and free wifi. I loved the large figurines of Iron Man and Superman. Take a look at their website to see the awesome themes available. I emailed them to make my reservations. It's classified as a hostel on some sites, but don't let that scare you (and stop watching scary movies!). It's an awesome guesthouse!
