Small but delightful shop with beautiful, curated goods. Excellent, friendly customer service as well. Glad I stopped in while waiting for my car.

Originally, I didn't receive the merchandise I purchased from them. It took some back and fourth, and they eventually shipped it. I won't say it was the best experience ever, but they do have nice things. I've changed my review from one star to three. Hopefully they'll make up the difference by giving other customers great service. Again, they have nice things. I wish the experience was better, but stuff happens. 3/5 is fair.

The girls in the shop, Emily and Celestina are so helpful and have such a great eye for gifting! The shop is beautiful and has a unique curation. Will be going here for all my gifting needs!

Awful experience. After exchanging my purchase I got in contact with the shop and asked them to exchange my order for a different size. I got a response right away and was told my size was put away for me as it was the last one. In fear of there being a mix up I reminded them to leave it aside for me so no one gets confused and sells it. Today I received the wrong the size. The size of my first order, in which I made it very clear that I was exchanging for a larger size. And of course, I see that my new size (what I was expecting to receive) is out of stock. Great job. Couldn’t have made more mindless and CARELESS mistake. Expensive pants. A waste of my time and money. I hope that they do something about this because this is just ridiculous.

Absolutely no stock in this store. Very little to buy.

Very good store in Dallas

This is such a beautiful little concept store inside of the gorgeous lobby of the Adolphus hotel. It's just to the left of the lobby when you enter the hotel. It smells delicious and everything here seems to be curated and picked to be special and beautiful. I loved the handmade combs and brushes and the fragrance dispensers that looked like glass apples. They have a couple pieces of women's and men's clothing and a few travel bags which were quite striking. The staff was quiet and not pushy at all. They basically just let you pick out what you like and are there to answer questions. My friend bought two beautiful hourglasses with variated color on the glass and a beautiful coral colored sand inside; these were wonderful gifts for about $15. I really love the brown glass apple shaped scent dispensers; you apply a scent to the black stem. Just a beautiful little store and a wonderful place to pick up a unique gift. Some of the prices seemed quite reasonable for the items, except for the books. They had a gorgeous book with recipes from Bergdorf Goodman department store, but it seemed prohibitively expensive. It's a fantastic place to find a last-minute gift and I really enjoyed browsing here.

While on a work trip to Dallas, I found a beautiful vintage-style Japanese lighter but foolishly didn't buy it. I later contacted them and was able to purchase it thru their online site and have it sent to my home address out-of-state. The lady I spoke to on the phone was kind and professional. My lighter arrived within 4 days. I also learned that Saint Laurent was selling the exact same lighter for $175 while mine only cost $65. I will be back in a few months and this time I won't hesitate.

Beautiful items, lovely design, quality pieces that seem to be great. Unfortunately the lack of customer service was a turn off. She seemed to be uninterested in greeting or engaging with any customers.

As soon as I walk in, the first words from the service person were " I am closing in five minutes, so if you want to grab something do it quickly". I nod thinking to myself it was a strange way to greed a person. I circle around quietly and just tried to clear the air picked up a wooden toy and said "my son has a toy just like this". The response was: "so I am closing the register now". Ha! So Rude. Even if you are in a rush, no need to be rude.
