Commercial Bay

Commercial Bay is such a convenient and enjoyable spot to chill. There’s plenty of shops, food options, and beautiful harbour views, everything you need is in one place. It’s easily accessible and perfectly central to explore surrounding shops as well. Overall, it’s a really lovely hub to spend time in, either as a part of your itinerary or just a casual place to visit.

Great mall to visit, nice foodcourt and City square outside. Quite convenient to park at Downtown carpark on Customs Street and cross over into mall through the Lower Albert Street overpass from carpark floor 1b.

Commercial Bay is such a vibrant and modern spot in the heart of Auckland. I love the variety of shops here – from international brands to unique local boutiques. The Harbour Eats food court is fantastic, offering so many different cuisines at reasonable prices. The design of the space is bright and inviting, making it a great place to shop, eat, or just hang out. Definitely one of my favorite places in the city.

Great coffee, friendly service and located in the beautiful Commercial Bay (Level 1) Coffee we ordered - large latte: great tasting and comes with a nice leaf design (see picture) - Regular size Flat White (good) Ambiance: it's a small area with bar seating. Feels relaxing. They serve complimentary you sparking water to go with your order HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We caught the bus into Auckland from Herne Bay. We had a browse around some shops while in town. We had some lunch at King Pow in the food court.. A nice fresh boa bun and roti meal. 2 cruise ships were in Port. We enjoyed a gelato on the waterfront and it was nice & delicious. A lots of people were in town, enjoying the sun. The lady at the train station was most helpful. She was very helpful & was able to help us with how to get a train ticket & card for the transport system in Auckland. We wanted to get out to Eden Park later on in the day. It was a nice day in Auckland. We are from the South Island and do not get to Auckland very often. Lovely day in Auckland before going to Eden Park to see the Edinburgh Tattoo in the evening. Such a lot of people enjoying a look around and enjoying the city.

Visited this area a few times during our trip to Auckland and there’s a ton of good restaurants, cafes and shops here. Recommend checking it out or even walking around :)

Wow, what a stunning shopping and dining district. Location is excellent right next to the main city train / underground station. Great range of stores....Scotch and Soda, Boss, H+M, Cos, Rodd and Gunn, Coach. Excellent cafes and huge gourmet food hall on the 3rd floor. World class destination right in the heart of Auckland!
