Great stores ! Loved to wonder amongst the stores and love love their h&m stores there which had way better clothing options than any other h&m ive been too. Food court was great too as it had a good mix of ethnic food options. Def will return

Very nice shipping center. Lots of clothing stores. Everything is very cozy and it's very pleasant to stroll around. There are many cafés and restaurants.

Clean, modern and spacious mall spread out over 3 levels. A reasonable mix of high-end vs regular high street stores and prices. The food court is awesome - huge variety of food options, and I've never had a bad meal here.

I like the commercial bay, convenience for parking and has a lot of the restaurants and shops

It was hard to find a place to sit, but there was a lot of options to choose from which was quite nice. I would recommend for people who want to checkout some small business.

One of my favourite places in Auckland to hang out! Amazing food court with lots of food options. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options available! Nice shops and a very pretty building. Free wifi, clean toilets. A great place to stroll around and spend some time. Directly next to the harbour and in a great location.

Commercial Bay is my favourite shopping spot in Auckland city. It is always an absolutely fantastic experience! The ambiance is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern design and cozy, inviting spaces. The attention to detail in the decor and layout creates an atmosphere that's both luxurious and comfortable. From the wide variety of stores to the beautifully maintained common areas, everything about this mall exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're there for a quick shopping spree or to spend a leisurely day exploring, it is the perfect destination. Once you shop there you will forget about other malls. Highly recommend!
