Common Grounds Pai

Very welcoming when we arrived and friendly enough to show us around the hostel. Room had what you needed, curtain for privacy, fan, AC and bathroom. 5 minutes to the main bus stop, nice quiet hostel that loses the common area at 10pm but not a bad thing. They run plenty of events throughout the day and week.

Great hostel. Felt safe & welcome here. There was a mix of all ages staying at the hostel. The location was in the heart of the nightlife and restaurant area. Violet, Tai and Peter were friendly hosts and can give you advice on fun things to do in the area.

I really loved my time at common grounds hostel and I was really sad that I had to leave. It has a great social area with many options for chilling out, its social but also really chill and the location is perfect, next to the walking street. The volunteers, especially Violet is such a nice person and makes you feel like home. I met so many lovely people there and really wished that I could have stayed there longer.

Thank you to common grounds pai for your amazing hostel. Great facilities and comfortable rooms. The common area is great for a chill out and to make new friends. Thank you to the rep violet and to Tai the bartender who both made the stay memorable. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to chill out but also have some fun in pai.

Great location for the hostel and a good vibe, social with a good communal area. Natasa and Scott were amazing and made my trip to Pai. Feeling welcomed and brining people together, they organised trips throughout the day and ensured that everyone had something to do without being left out. The only downside was that it started off my SEA trip with extremely high expectations that was hard to beat. Really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it.

lovely, friendly vibes all round from staff and guests. private room was great and spacious and a fun common area to chill or play games/pool table. great location also. moped hire through the hostel is cheap and so easy! only negative is that the bed was quite hard. really enjoyed staying here.

I was at the hostel for 3 nights in late February and had an overall positive stay. Nothing about the hostel was outstanding, but similarly nothing was below average. A very relaxed vibe with a cool social area and reasonably clean dorms and washrooms. Helpful, friendly staff that will mostly allow you to do your own thing and a very good location just off of walking street. Would recommend relative to the other hostels that I heard about in the city, especially if you'll be spending most of your time out and about.

Alot of hostel activities during the day and still a really nice, calm Vibe. The social area is great with alot of sitting possibilities and billiard. I will come back
