Terrible, terrible meal. I ordered 115k BBQ beef sandwich and got 25k worth supermarket’s sandwich instead smh. → The shokupan bread wasn’t grilled, it arrived plain, wet, and soggy like day-old bread at home. I sent it back to be properly prepared/grilled as shown on the menu. → When it came back, it looked like the picture attached. I sliced it and took a bite—turns out the onions were completely fresh, aka raw, even though the menu description said “grilled onion.” That’s what I liked and one of the reasons I chose this menu item. And instead I got raw onion. Perfect. I complained to the manager, and they said, “It seems like there’s a typo in the menu. That’s just how it is, because in our QC process, we’ve never had an issue before.” Wow. Just wow. 🤣 A customer pays 115k expecting to get what’s shown and described on the menu, but instead, they get a poorly made, cold sandwich that looks nothing like the menu description. Now I remember why I tried Common Grounds a long time ago and never came back—TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. 👎

The venue is quite nice—spacious and comfortable. However, the food and beverages could be improved. For the relatively high prices, the portions provided are too small. The coffee is delicious, and I really enjoyed it. The food is also tasty, but again, the portions are too small considering the price. I hope this can be improved in the future. On a positive note, the service here is friendly and very satisfying.

Great food, excellent service, and a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, making it a perfect spot to unwind, whether for a casual meal or catching up with friends. Highly recommend!

The pasta was amazing, the pizza was amazing, yet it was the coffee I would like to complain about. Since there was no significant taste in Americano I ordered, I would rather to try their non-coffee drinks than their coffee. The second was the service itself. More trainings are gonna be required as the way they managed our table calls were pretty slow. Apart from those, I love this place. Just be careful as sometimes they were full-booked at a certain hour.

Terrible experience, brought my parents here but the service was crazy, it wasnt even that full, they forgot my coffee order for like an hour, and didnt even bother to clear up tables that were empty. Never coming back here. Not worth the price or experience at all.

Sandwich, pasta and hot latte never disappoint. The only downside : if you happen to sit upstairs, they are slow to clean the dirty table.

The coffee here is seriously good, and the vibe and service always make me want to come back. But, the food? Not so much. I usually just grab a coffee, but today I decided to try the main course. I got the butter chicken (I think?) and the sambal matah chicken. The chicken was so bland and dry, it was almost taste like... nothing? And it was just served with plain rice, no butter rice or anything. it's like they didn't even marinate the chicken, my whole dish just looked sad. I also tried my sister's pasta, which was okay (the chicken was still bland), and the chicken nanban was decent, at least the chicken had some flavor. So yeah, great coffee, not-so-great food. sorry i didn't take photos on my coffe :(

I went here on Saturday noon after i had lunch in another place. Recommended cafe to work on weekend or hang out with friends. This place has 2 floors with large window design because its location at the corner, lots of parking, and friendly staff. This cafe serves main meal for brunch, lunch, dinner, also they have croissants and of course variety of coffee. l ordered hot coffee latte, peanut butter and j croissant, and hot large cappuccino. All was perfect. In another time, i tried other meals and drink also, such as Thai beef steak for lunch, nachos, ice mocha, english breakfast tea.. again, all was perfect.
