Place is pretty good only if you’re going to sleep. The location is up a decent hill so beware of this if you have luggage. Would also recommend only coming here with light luggage. While the cleanliness was just okay I really liked staying here because I usually just come to Tokyo to party for a weekend and they let me sleep in and no one bothered me. Would stay here again for the same purpose.

Fantastic location right by Shibuya, perfect for just a bed to crash at night. No elevator, rules are a bit weird with shoes and keys and lockers, and no storage space. Unwilling to hold a small suitcase even for an hour after checkout to grab lunch and then come back

Cannot in good faith recommend this place. We checked in and immediately checked out not even 2 hours after. My two brothers and I are traveling around Japan and we decided to do a capsule hotel for our last leg of the trip in Tokyo. We had heard that capsule hotels were a cheap and convenient option so we decided to give it a try. We got to the hotel to check in, the lady at the lobby spoke very good English, so far so good. We get up to the 3rd floor where our beds are at, and I'm immediately hit by the smell. The vents are dirty, the floor has marks on it, it's clear that the actual hotel and the pictures online do not match up. The bathrooms and shower areas look actually disgusting. (This is coming from 3 boys who have been staying in close quarters together for over a week now). We thought we might be able to power through it, that was until we got to the lockers to try and store our luggage. The lockers are only medium sized, and each of us had multiple large suitcases. The lady at the lobby said we would just need to leave them in the storage area or at the front desk. If we had left the luggage with her, we effectively would have had to run up and down the stairs anytime we need to change or get something out of our bags. Did I mention that the bathroom is closed 5 hours a day and smells from the smoking area were leaking into the bed areas? We had to pay the cancellation fee (the cost of one night) which we swallowed because we're in Japan, but if this were anywhere else I would've fought very hard for a full refund. We feel scammed, the pictures didn't match the actual place, and there are better options not even 15 minutes away for only 40 dollars more per person. ONLY stay here if you are traveling extremely light, won't be in the hotel except to sleep, and enjoy the smell of feet.

For sleeping it would be just enough. No common room to hang out. The shower room are old and dirty. Toilet not bad. The upside is you could get fresh towel everyday for free compared to other hostels that usually charge ¥100 per towel

A little walk room the station up a couple of hills and over a road bridge which did have a lift if needed. They were very helpful and held my luggage 🧳 as arrived early because of leaving the other accommodation in morning 10am check out as checking is 3pm. Close to shops and scramble all walking distance. Wi-fi was good, the photos are deceptive as the common room and exercise rooms were both closed to clients so no where to sit and eat or mingle and chat with other people. I was on the 2nd floor one sink was out of order but the other five were working. Wanted boiling water 💧 asked reception but either did not understand i can only assume,as they had machines on each floor. But our floors was not working. Had to hand your keys 🔑 everytime you went out not a problem for me. Showers 🚿 hot and clean, capsule room clean quiet and small as expected. Was travelling on my own so wanted to try a capsule. Lockers were for a medium size case mine just fitted. But there was a storage room that you could lock your case up in if you had brought like a bike lock. Overal pleased with the accommodation saved 3 nights after being in Ueno.

“It exceeded my expectations since it was my first time to stay at the capsule hotel. It was very clean, convenient, had everything necessary for the stay. It was also very...” Great value for money. Really well situated in Shibuya. The installations are clean and well kept and the area is quiet, so the nights were restful. It offers free toiletries. “Everything were so clean. My room was so quite. I slept very well. The location is close to shibuya. It was the cheapest option for me.” “The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and there was enough storage room for all my belongings. The facilities were very clean...” It's also the most comfortable bed I’ve found in a capsule hotel. I chose this location coz reviews noted the bed comfort, I was not disasppointed”

Overall it was clean, good showers two sinks where out of order. There is not an elevator so don't go whit big baggage. The stairs for my bunks where very unconfortable and no place to hang my stuff in the capsule entrance. A bit expensive in my opinion but great location and friendly staff.

The location is on the up hill, limited stores nearby. About 3mins walk to nearest convienin stores/restaurantes. A little bit expensive for capsule hotel but concidering location at shibuya, its make sence for limited buget. The bed & pillow were excellent, even more confort than hotel. earplugs were povided which is rare service for similar hostle/hotel.
