Yelp
This store in unbelievable. I bought a pair of sweatpants last night less than 16 hours ago. I took them home, wore them around the house for less than 2 hours and noticed how badly they stretched. When I say they stretched, they went from a nice form fitting sweatpants to completely baggy and loose on my legs......in less than 2 hours. Terrible quality. So I went back in this morning to return them for store credit as the receipt specifically states that there are zero refunds, but if tags are on the item and receipt is hand, you can return them for store credit. I was planning on swapping them for store credit and maybe getting a beanie or a shirt instead. The store's owner is the one who sold me the sweats last night, and she was the one who greeted me when i walked in this morning. I told her I wore them for 2 hours and they stretched terribly so I wanted to swap them for something else. Her response was "well they didn't stretch for me" OK GREAT, they did for me and I'd like to return them and get something else. She gave me an attitude then started giving me all the reasons I couldn't return them for store credit. THE TAGS ARE STILL ON THEM, I HAD THE RECEIPT AND YOU SOLD THEM TO ME LESS THAN 16 HOURS AGO. WTF LADY. YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER. YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION IS NOT SELLING CLOTHES, IT IS TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. I've spent prolly 2-3 thousands bucks in the store on and off over the last 3 years give/take. You just proved that you don't care about your customers at all. I've never had such a terrible experience from a retailer. You have lost my business for good. HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT. and by the looks of others comments, you have done this to others as well. Do yourself a favor bite the bullet and just close down, with this type of customer service you won't last much longer in the hyper competitive retail clothes biz. I shop and buys things all over the world. I am very much a consumer. My experience was SO BAD i felt i needed to dust off this yelp account which I haven't used for years. That is how bad of a taste this store owner left in my mouth.
