The location is right inside the small lane Jamaica road at Sembawang area. Place is for 1st time drug offender from under 16 to 21 yr. Counselor, Marshal and person working there is very nice and great to talk to. Very helpful and supportive. For visiting of stay in boys, better book in the afternoon .
