Como Luxury Rooms

Federico is kind, timely and responds quickly. The room was well located, 12 minutes from train and close to everything else. The stay was comfortable great pillows and clean room. We found the room a bit warm however it was mid july. Even despite a miscommunication, Federico was quick to fix / satisfy us and i really appreciate that customer service!! Recommend!

Luini 7 was an amazing apartment to stay in while visiting Como, central to so many great shops and walkways around town, amazing service and very responsive when needed, the washing machine and dryer has been a life saver! Highly recommend staying here for space and location! Thanks for having us x

The rooms are located in historic district 2 steps from the duomo and from the lake. Frederico meet us at our arrival and despite our flight delay was very kind explaining the surroundings and the best places to visit. The parking place is very convenient! Our room was big, comfortable, with a big shower, Nespresso a water boiler and a fridge! Recommend to all types of travel. The restaurant recommendation pizzaria espanhola was fantastic! Thank you!

My wife and I stayed in Como for two nights. We found the walk from the train station pleasant and fairly straightforward. This took around 15 minutes. We had emailed ahead of our arrival and our keys were kept for us in the coded safe to ensure we could enter our room early. We were then able to check in later with Jessica, who was very friendly and helpful to us. Room had a nice comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities & a TV. Unfortunately the fridge had been taken away for maintenance, which wasn’t ideal as we had milk we needed to keep cold. The water wasn’t particularly very hot here. Jessica had the heat turned up for us but I’m not sure it was still to our liking. Breakfast was available at a cafe a few doors down, and consisted of a hot drink, juice & a croissant. As for the location, this is an excellent place to stay & is a 5 minute walk to the lake, where you can take boat trips. We would certainly consider staying here again when returning to Como.

Great, modern place to stay with a central location. Clean & functional! Small kitchen with all you need and good air conditioning as well as working wifi (which is not given in Italy ;-))|Alessandro was a fantastic helpful and flexible host - we will be back!

With beautiful shops, fruit and veg vendors, eateries and bars, the cathedral and the lake nearby, the two rooms of Como Luxury Rooms couldn’t be better situated. An easy walk from the station brought us to the street outside the entrance and we were immediately ‘discovered’ by Francesca who saw us staring blankly at our phone trying to work out where we were. She signed us in, took us to see our room and left to our own devices. Any queries were immediately answered and addressed by Federico or Jessica so we couldn’t be happier. The room was luxurious and clean (thanks Manoj) with modern appearance and fittings (the most interesting shower we’ve ever seen) and generally quiet and comfortable. We would return here in an instant.

It was big, modern, extremely clean, and fast internet. It is the heart of old town at 7 Luini which is a Main Street and there is a very small sign where the rooms are listed instructing you to go to Sant Maria Novella which is just a couple of doors down. You will find Jessica there and she will check you in. She was extremely helpful and even helped to carry my bag up one flight of stairs as I am unable to do so.||We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it. You can open the window and shutters to watch and listen as people pass on a mainly pedestrian street or close it and it is very quiet.||I will stay here again.

The nice decorated & sparking clean rooms are located in the heart of the down town. Alessandro, the host is super friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. There is a fully equipt kitchen with a nespresso machine in the common area. We will definitly come back again. Thanks a lot Alessandro for your warm hospitality!
