COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach

From start to finish the service at Como was excellent! We celebrated a double milestone birthday and they made us feel very special. We planned a small party at the beautiful rooftop pool. The food was delicious, especially the wings! Lovely coffee on the outside patio every morning and the staff remembered our name. The bartenders were also great and friendly during happy hour. The heated pool was perfect and so much fun meeting people. We would definitely come back, thank you for a great experience!!

I would like to start with giving a shout out to Jeremy at the front desk. He was amazing and the definition of hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful. It's so light and airy, perfect for relaxing. We had a room facing the street, but it didn't bother us as the room was spacious, had a very comfortable bed and a desk which I found to be very comfortable to work at. The shower was AMAZING! Pool was beautiful and the service at the pool was great too. Food & drinks were all delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

From the front desk to the rooftop pool, COMO is beautifully styled, well maintained and comfortable. Our rooms were swanky, comfortable and clean. The staff went way above and beyond to insure our group was taken care of. The beach is well staffed and well stocked with beautiful padded beach chairs and umbrellas making it just the most luxurious beach day ever! Jeremy and Fransisco at the front desk were pros! They made everything happen, immediately, when anything was needed. The pools were perfect, always clean, well staffed and comfortable. At the bar, Joaquin made delicious drinks and always had a sweet smile and fun conversation. At the restaurant the food was delicious! Our time there was incredible!

Overall the 3 night stay was basic. For the amount of money spent, it could’ve been better. The check in and checkout process was great. The bellhops were very helpful and pleasant each day also. The room-we were expecting better similar to the pictures. Our view was facing a hotel being reconstructed. The beds are extremely hard; though in contrast the pillows were soft. The hotel ran out of washcloths so the last night we washed with towels-not happy with that. The restaurant was beautiful and most of the employees were nice. However there was one employee that harassed my husband because he attempted to take a seat outside on the patio during the jazz session and the waiter advised him that he needed to tell him before he sat down. That was very rude. The manager saw us then sitting inside and advised the same waiter to assist us outside and he did not. He assisted everyone else around us and walked right past. Very rude and unprofessional. Beautiful hotel and restaurant, decent service and hospitality.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was really nice and accommodating, a great spot on the North Beach section of Miami. The hotel is quieter and cute. If you enjoy a smaller hotel with a nice atmosphere - this is the spot- the Happy Hour specials and food were fab. The pool is also a plus because it never got too crowded and there was always a spot to hang, no matter the day & time. Great spot for a nice romantic get away. Would recommend this spot for sure.

This hotel is great and the staff is even better! Everyone is extremely friendly and attentive. The guy at the front desk (I believe his name is Jeremy) is awesome, and he was such a pleasure and so very kind! That man deserves a raise😊. The room was very clean and spacious and the hotel is oceanfront literally on the beach. The food was delicious as well! Close by to clubs and restaurants. If you want a hassle free, seamless vacation, then this is the place for you!

Stayed here for four days and had a great time! This hotel feels like a resort! Pros: Great customer service. Melody at the front desk and the other hotel staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The hotel also has private beach access with beach towels and chairs readily available. The rooms are nice and bright. Cons: Room does not have microwave, Pool and beach access hours could be longer (usually end around 6pm, so plan accordingly) and walls are extremely thin so you will hear your neighbors depending on where you stay. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and well kept. Anything we needed, we received ASAP. I will deff be returning!

This is my second time at Como. The people of the hotel are more than accommodating from the second we arrived. Our TV wasn’t working, so management comped all 3 of us breakfast. We got an upgraded balcony room for no extra cost. Their happy hour special is 2-for-1 4-8 pm. Shout out to Jeremy who answered 100 questions without an ounce of annoyance (lol) and Patricia at the pool for treating us like celebrities. The place is very clean and nicely located. It’s nice to relax in the day and walk a few blocks down the road for the “party” scene. You won’t get this kind of service and amenities for little to no extra fees anywhere else. No resort fee allowed us to tip the incredible staff members a little extra (tips are included on the bill). You can tell the staff is treated well because they are happy and treat the guests how you hope to be treated on your vacation.
