The accommodation is situated in the historic center of Como, 5 minutes of walking from the lake shore. The host was very hospitable and communicative and provided extremely useful information - thank you Mrs. Ute! The 7-person loft is very spacious and it is fully equipped (washing machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen etc). The beds were comfortable enough and cleaning was proper. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy thanks to extremely good communication. For parking, Mrs. Ute redirected us to two great parking lots, so no worries about that and also offered to white-list our cars in order to have an easier unload of baggages. The only downside is that the 7-person loft has a single bathroom, but it's manageable. To summarize, it is a fantastic accommodation with a great price-value.

AVOID!!! We booked this loft because it included 2 double beds, however when we were there there was only 1 double and the rest were sofa beds. We asked for a change of room as the appartment description did not match what they gave us, they did not accept. In addition, we agreed I will pay by cash but suddenly they charged my cc without informing me! Very disaappointed with the staff.

Beautiful place to stay and excellent location. Super clean, new and everything we needed was available. Great location. Super helpful lady who made we had everything at check in. Front desk helped us with transport to the airport and every question we asked regarding going to places was answered to in depth. Thanks a lot.

Location, staff, room, everything was clean and great I definitely would suggest it because it’s in the center of CoMo and you can go anywhere

El apartamento genial, moderno y bien localizado en todo el centro de Como. La persona de recepción, super amable y simpática, nos dió muchas indicaciones que nos vinieron estupendamente para organizarnos los días que estuvimos allí. La única pega, es que en nuestro apartamento echamos en falta el microondas y un tostador para poder hacer alguna comida caliente o tostadas. Con eso, sería de 10!!!

Topp Lage in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Geräumige & gepflegte Wohnung, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe und sehr netter Empfang & Tipps von der Gastgeberin! Einziges Manko in unserer Wohnung (oranges Loft) hat es leider nach Rauch gerochen, anscheinend hat jemand - trotz Rauchverbots - die Wohnung eingequalmt... deshalb ein Stern Abzug beim Zimmer.
