we just wrapped up our 3rd trip to Compass Point, as before, it did not disappoint. This is by far the best dive resort in Cayman! We have no complaints and have never had an issue with anything. The accommodations are nice! The food at Eagle Ray's is good, Lion fish tacos are perfect! the dive operation is second to none! We will be come back as often as we can!

Just had an amazing experience at Compass Point and Ocean Frontiers. Went there for the coral spawning. This happens once a year and CP/OF have it down to a science, literally. While we got lucky with the weather because it was just about perfect in every way, the real treat was how CP/OF educated us while making it a super delightful dive week. They always go above and beyond and there is no way to express how wonderful it is to dive there. The staff are truly the shining jewel of this operation. They were amazing. They always are. And, September may be my new favorite time down there. The East End is usually sleepy and quiet, but it is exceptionally so during this time of year. I plan on making September trips to CP/OF an annual event. And the coral spawning will continue to be the highlight of it.||Thanks for a wonderful adventure and time.

Compass point is a top notch divers resort. The dive operation is one of the best organized with excellent service that I have ever used. My only complaint was the beach area was really non existent despite the pictures that showed a nice beach. Lots of seagrass and red algae resulted in an unpleasant odor. Really cannot say enough good things about the five staff - extremely well organized, friendly, and provided top notch service. Excellent Dive sites very close to the resort (5-20 minute boat rides).

Our group of six went on our first dive trip to the resort this month. Part of our package included a rental car at the airport. None of us had ever driven on the left side of the road before so that was interesting. The drive took about 45 minutes from the airport to the resort. When we arrived they checked us in immediately and the rooms were spacious.(we rented a one bedroom oceanfront) Everything was close by the restaurant, dive shop/front desk & rooms. There were two pools one on the ocean side which is were they do dive training and the other one is across the street next to building number three. Eagle Rays restaurant was excellent and had a good menu selection. Our group ate there every night we all just ate something different. There s a grocery store and liquor store about two miles down the road near Morritt's and the Wyndham Reef resort. The dives and especially the dive staff were top notch. They set your gear up on the boats everyday so you do not have to touch it the entire trip except for making sure it is set up properly and everything its working before you hit the water. Our group did the two morning boat dives and added three afternoon dives for the week. The dive sites were fairly close and the reefs are beautiful, We did the deep dive first the a shallower second dive. I think the deepest I got all week was 82ft. The highlight afternoon dive was the X-Dive it was a class room/dive. We had a presentation first about the sharks on the dive site and how to tell them apart by their individual markings and we saw everyone on them on the dive. I think we saw sharks on four of the dives that week. I would like to thank Stella, Emma, Sam, Jesse, Toby, Hunter, Logan, Richard, Guillermo, Faith & Ryan the tank guy.

As a scuba diver it is the perfect destination to roll out of bed and on to a dive boat which is conveniently located just steps away from the boat dock. The property is lovely, I had a king suite with a pool in the back yard, full kitchen, 2 bath rooms, clean and comfortable. It is a quiet place but not much to do on the east except dive all major attractions are at least 45 min drive away, luckily I had a car but its is European style so have to drive opposite side of the road is a little nerve racking. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I recommend this place for divers or people that are ok with staying put as everything is far away.

We don’t dive but came here for four nights for a family vacation, and couldn’t be happier. The room we had was ground level opening out onto the pool (across the road from the water). It was never busy in the pool, and both hot-tub and pool were really clean. The room was amazing with separate master bedroom and two single pull-down/Murphy beds for the kids. There is a full kitchen with ice-maker fridge, and dishwasher and washer/dryer with laundry soap. Perfect for our needs. We stocked up at Harley’s and Fosters grocery stores, and made most of our meals in the room. Nicely located in a quiet area of the east end, about half-way between town/7 mile beach, and rum point. From here with our rental car we went back into town a few times, and also to starfish point, and to Rum point to meet a snorkel trip excursion boat at Kaibo marina. Great place!!!!

My wife and I stayed at Compass Point for the first time 17 years ago (2008). This year was our 10th visit. We love the location, accommodations and the staff. The diving team is amazing and extremely professional. Amanda that is currently handling the reservations did a great job. We really recommend this place if you are a diving lover.

My husband planned this trip for the diving and enjoyed great dives and a wonderful dive crew. I enjoyed the boutique hotel feel. About 27 rooms, ours faced the ocean and had lovely views. While not particularly fancy it was truly nicely appointed and so clean. Everything about the small condo was nice…well-appointed kitchen, crisp white sheets and a new mattress, warm terry cloth robes, a luggage rack, pool towels. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant with an included breakfast buffet. I also appreciated the responsive staff. All in all, a great destination for the divers and their non-diving family.
