Complejo Belroy

Spent 3 nights here for birthday celebrations with family and friends. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location is perfect. Staff were all friendly and pleasant. They even let us check in at 11 as all the rooms were ready. They also have luggage room facility with toilets and showers to freshen up. Would highly recommend.

Great location, exceptionally clean. Very spacious bedrooms - we had a superior double, suitable for 3 adults, it had a large, sunny balcony looking directly on to Avenida Mediterraneo. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the dining experience was poor and certainly not 4 star. Food was cold, of poor quality and unattractively presented. It was left unattended for lengthy periods of time and the deserts especially, disintegrated into slop. Crockery needed to be checked for chips and cracks as we discovered many - not acceptable where food hygiene is concerned and not for a hotel claiming to be 4* plus! Pool area and terraces received little sun and were regularly empty. Cafe Paris was a very pleasant environment in which to enjoy a coffee/glass of wine. Service however, was very poor. Having waited 20 mins to be served one evening, I approached a waiter at the bar and politely asked if he could take an order. I was taken aback with his response, 'I am exceptionally busy trying to do so many things. If you want a drink, you will have to wait 20 mins.'|The cafe appeared to be understaffed and staff tired of the situation. Staff conditions needed to be addressed to improve morale as it was having a negative impact on guest experience.|I desperately wanted to enjoy my stay but sadly, I have no intention of paying a 4* price for a 3* hotel.

2 mins from the beach and roughly half way between the old town and the strip this place is ideally located for exploring. Rooms are very clean and modern, breakfast was more than adequate with continental and English options on a buffet. Great place

Just returned from a 4 night stay. From check in to check out it was a fantastic experience. |Greeted warmly at check in, a pleasant quick process. We booked a deluxe suite and the room was absolutely outstanding. All mod cons, tv, espresso coffee machine, waterfall shower, jacuzzi bathtub etc. Room was spotless, bright and airy with a sea view of Peacock Island.|Booked breakfast, great variety of everything you could possibly want. Everything cooked perfectly and it was great to have black pudding as an option some mornings!!|Didn't use any of the bars, cafes and restaurants attached to the hotel, though the pool bar seems to be run by the bar up the side of the hotel, same great variety of European beers different from the usual Benidorm fayre.|Special mention to Dimitrios on reception, sorted a minor issue we had in our room quickly and efficiently and always greeted us with a smile while passing through reception.|Loved our stay her and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

I had the most wonderful stay at the Belroy in Benidorm. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, the staff were so attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. My room was modern, spotless, and had a lovely balcony with views that made every morning feel special. The location couldn’t be better: just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants, yet still peaceful enough to truly relax. I especially loved the pool area and the variety at breakfast, it felt like there was something for everyone. Every detail was thought through, making my stay easy and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my return. Belroy is now my top choice whenever I come to Benidorm!

This is a great hotel in a prime location for the beach, Strip and old town. Very clean great food and bars friendly staff. Lifts are a little slow if your on the higher floors but that is being picky. Highly recommended and I'll return.

6 of us stayed here for my 50th celebration 2-5th October 2025. Check in was super easy, everything was organised and our rooms were ready early. The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean. Breakfast & dinner was good. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel, good location overall particularly beach, old town and the strip. , buffet breakfast lots of choice, bar and cafe great, hotel and room clean and great facilities. Definitely be back again!
