The hotel is in a great position, located in the old Town where it is quieter but near plenty of restaurants and very close to the promenade and beach. The reception staff are very helpful and polite. I went with my daughter for a few days break and our room was beautiful. Spacious, spotlessly clean, toiletries provided, great shower and very comfy beds. We had a sea view and a huge balcony with chairs and a table. Breakfast was included and was lovely, there was a good choice of cereal, pastries and a hot breakfast, also meats, fruits and cheeses. The dining area was large and very clean with the staff clearing the tables as soon as guests left. They were also very welcoming and polite. I would definitely book this hotel again.

From arrival I was made to feel extremely welcome by the reception staff. Was a little early for check in but was offered a place to store my luggage and offered use of the facilities until my room was ready.||All interactions with other members of staff from management, reception, maintenance and cleaning members showed me how professional and super friendly they were and provided an outstanding customer experience which made me feel valued.||Any questions I had about services or general queries due to my first time been in the area were fully answered.||I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Had a brilliant time myself and my 2 daughters.||Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly, felt welcomed as soon as we arrived at the hotel.||The pool area was very clean and could always get a sunbed.||Rooms were very clean and spacious.||The location was brilliant. 2 mins from beach. Opposite a bowling and arcade venue. Also kids rides to.||There is a bus stop just opposite and across the road that will take you to mundomar/aqualandia/ Benidorm Palace in 5-10mins. 2.20 euros each.||We were self catering but ate breakfast in the restaurant on our last day and was lovely lots of choice.||I would definitely return to and recommend this hotel. Thankyou

The hotel is very well located — right in the heart of the city, which makes it easy to explore the surroundings on foot. However, the central location also comes with some drawbacks, especially at night. There’s a nightclub nearby, and due to the lack of proper sound insulation in the rooms, the noise from the music (often going until 3 AM) can be quite disruptive for light sleepers. The restaurant felt quite dated — both in terms of the interior and the food. The atmosphere seemed more suited to an older crowd, and the breakfast selection was rather limited. For example, pancakes were available, but there were no classic toppings like bananas or strawberries. The sauces provided were more like dessert syrups typically used for ice cream, which didn’t really pair well with pancakes. Fruit was also offered whole (such as apples and oranges), but not sliced or prepared, which made it a bit inconvenient — especially since the knives available were more suitable for spreading butter than for cutting fruit. When we asked for a sharper knife, unfortunately, there wasn’t one available. Another issue we encountered was with cleanliness in the dining area — pigeons were often seen coming to the tables when guests stepped away, which was quite off-putting. The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained, but for a hotel with a 4-star rating, we expected a bit more in terms of indoor activities or amenities. Aside from a ping pong table by the pool, there wasn’t much to do within the hotel itself. Overall, while the location is excellent, other aspects of the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations for a 4-star property. With a few improvements in service, food quality, and guest comfort, the experience could be significantly better.

Perfectly situated close to the strip and walking distance to the beautiful home town. We stayed here as a family of 3, the rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. we upgraded to a deluxe room which had a big balcony and a huge bathroom with a freestanding bath. |The hotel is mostly dominated by European guests and as the hotel welcomes dogs, you’ll find a lot of Spanish are holidaying there with their dogs.|The pool is small for the size of the hotel, I can’t imagine how crowded it gets in peek season. The terraced area is nice with a shower to cool off and daybeds that are reserved by buying a drinks package. I can imagine it’s a bit of a bed war in peak season and although signs say towels are removed from beds after left unattended for 30 minutes, never saw this enforce. ||The poor bar is adequate for day time drinks, food is provided by a restaurant next door but was a bit fancy for lunch. There’s lots of bars close by which serve delicious food, we often used the bulldog.||We stayed on a half board basis, breakfast choice was vast although it was quite chaotic in peak times, as was the evening meal. the evening meal can be swapped for lunch if you plan to eat out in an evening: this can be done at reception. Entertainment was the usual, aqua fit, bingo, drab act……..get yourself to see the acts down the strip! ||Grumble incoming….I was shouted at when I filled my Stanley cup at breakfast with water, this was genuinely to have with my breakfast. I was told this wasn’t allowed to fill it and I must finish all the water before I leave the restaurant. It pointed out that the glasses were hot (constantly hot glasses) and this impact not using reusable cups had on the environment. I feel the way I was spoke to was unacceptable and unnecessary…maybe I should have used 5 clean, hot glasses! ||We were told we could book in at 12pm 2 days prior (my husband was already in Benidorm and spoke to reception staff), in reality our room wasn’t ready until 3pm which was irritating as were we told 12pm.||Over all a nice stay, in a nice hotel but too many children for my liking, it’s confirmed why we always stay in adult only hotels. Not great for couples and single sex groups.

We had an amazing time in May 2025, me and my husband went for 5nights for my birthday. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was amazing, the room and the hotel in general was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back!|Thank you to all the staff and sorry for the delay in posting this review!

Returning to Belroy for the second time, we were pleasantly impressed by the changes in the rooms. There are also entertainment activities; we had a great time and lots of fun. We recommend the half board option, as during our first stay we had full board and didn’t have time to enjoy the water activities available in Benidorm. They’ve set up a dance area which is charming. Beatriz, the entertainer, is very funny. We’ll be coming back next year.
