Complejo Belroy

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Climia Belroy in Benidorm from January 17th to January 20th and can honestly say everything exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent : very central, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was impeccable. Breakfast was another highlight. A very good and varied selection, fresh products, and well organised even during busier moments. A perfect start to the day. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, always with a smile and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome. Overall, an excellent hotel with great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm.

Good staff make for a good hotel. We had a marvellous 4 day stay here and could not fault anything at all. The rooms were toasty, as I say, lovely and warm. Housekeeping standards very high and the breakfast excellent. Could not fault this hotel in any way. Would go back in a heartbeat. Reception staff exceptional. We stayed in the apartments behind the hotel and enjoyed the sea views from our balcony.

Great stay, would recommend. Booked a superior room which was lovely. Modern, clean, fabulous shower, coffee machine, small fridge and large balcony big enough for table, chairs and a lounger. Shame it wasn’t warmer as would have made use of the lounger! |Reception staff helpful and friendly. Great location for the seafront, old and new town and shops.|We stayed half board. Evening meals were ok, plenty of choice. Breakfast was much better but please sort out the self serve tea/coffee machines. There was always a bottleneck and the machines took forever.

We haven't quite left yet, but honestly can't wait to do so.|This evening on our final night we have just asked reception to provide an iron and ironing board, but have been told that the hotel doesn't have any ironing boards at all, and that a deposit must be paid in order to borrow the iron.|The hotel purports to be 4* superior but this kind of thing is what makes it feel like a travelodge.|Sadly our stay in Benidorm has been spoilt by the broken down state of the rooms, the dirt, and the behaviour of the staff. Meanwhile the manager of the hotel, who I had to seek out directly when the Reception team failed to resolve our problems, is happy to speak, but not actually to fix.|I would suggest you do yourselves a favour and stay somewhere/anywhere other than here.

Spent 3 nights here for birthday celebrations with family and friends. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location is perfect. Staff were all friendly and pleasant. They even let us check in at 11 as all the rooms were ready. They also have luggage room facility with toilets and showers to freshen up. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location. All good. Note that room safe is not free despite statement on hotels own website. All staff doing their best and are friendly. Short staffed in restraunt on busier evenings but overall good. Modern rooms and very clean.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Belroy in Benidorm. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, the staff were so attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. My room was modern, spotless, and had a lovely balcony with views that made every morning feel special. The location couldn’t be better: just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants, yet still peaceful enough to truly relax. I especially loved the pool area and the variety at breakfast, it felt like there was something for everyone. Every detail was thought through, making my stay easy and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my return. Belroy is now my top choice whenever I come to Benidorm!

I spent the week here with my friend . We both had our own apartment ... wow its was amazing .i have inclued some picures . I would of up loaded a video but it doesnt allow me ... the staff are fantastic clean and beaitiful hotel maids come every day . And we went to the night club thats attached to hotel one night and my friend left her coat there .. the next day we asked the very lovely and helpful man called Xavier we asked if he could find out if anyone had handed it he went to the club and with in 10mins he came back with her coat ... we would like to thank him again .xx p.s its situated on the end of the strip so your close enough to all the strip
