"It’s no secret that being a successful musician in NYC is a close to impossible feat. Fortunately, Complete Music Studios knows all about this and has been working with musicians, bands, managers and promoters since 1992. They have a wide variety of full service production and rehearsal rooms and even have a production suite with a long term writing room for all you songwriters out there. All at some pretty reasonable rates. Bands like Passion Pit, Holy Ghost!, Matt & Kim, Scissor Sisters and many more have practiced there over the years. So whether you’re looking to book by the hour or looking to do a long term lock out, they’re got you covered with everything you could possibly need." - Aki Carpenter & Chris Huban

Fantastic experience! Staff went above and beyond to provide all the equipment we needed and to make sure everything was configured correctly. Highly recommend for all your jamming needs.

Did a live streaming Reggae show here. Was a good vibe. Definitely would come back...

This is a great studio for rehearsing band and onstage work in large spaces! The vibe is great! I'll definitely return! We rehearsed my new show with John Cameron Mitchell, Cassette Roulette, here. So... it'll always be a sweet spot for me.

This is the best music rehearsal studio in New York city. I rehearse there at least once a week. They have working high end equipment. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable. The rates are competitive. Great location. I only want to rehearse here. No BS at complete. Update.. still great studio. Just rehearsed there today. 🙂

Professional, chill and legendary. Our band recently rehearsed here before our tour and the staff was so relaxed & on top of providing for our every need. We had a sweet and successful day.

This is a great place to prep and rehearse. The staff is extremely helpful, booking there is easy and they have a great amount of equipment. The studios are well equipped for exactly what you need. Huge artists rehearse here as well. This is the perfect place to get ready for an important show and to make sure that everything is ready and running smooth. Definitely recommend booking some time here!

Its a cool spot to rehearse. Its affordable and accessible in terms of getting there via MTA, parking varies. It's a great place to make new and lasting connections if networking is your thing. I've used this space both for my Praise Team & Dance rehearsal. Sound system is good, they have mirrors. Staff sets everything up prior to your arrival with your requests in mind. On the other hand, it would be nice to see the facility upgraded with new equipment and SOUND PROOF rooms. Also a face-lift for a new look and feel would be great. The staff members are okay, most do not interact much but are effective and efficient with assisting you. Their front desk is doing much better. Ive seen major improvement within customer service over the past few months. I support this studio space and endorse them. If your in the Brooklyn area looking for a space. This is it! So its been a few months and I am back to say that some things have yet to be worked on but they are trying. They created social media accounts, are actively trying to update things and this is a great place to network or run into a celebrity or two.

Yelp
Alright let's be honest, this spot doesn't always have the best PA equipment, but the spaces are great for rehearsing. Have been here multiple times and the staff are ALWAYS extremely accommodating, and that's what makes this place amazing. Once our room smelled terrible and one of the staff members brought some incense in and had the fan blowing which was so sweet. They are always trying to make the spaces set up for you, and those little details really matter to me as a musician. Have had rehearsals singing through the PA and its been rough, especially for background vocals. Good for the cost, also! These guys are awesome, can't beat the good vibes....

Yelp
Complete music studios is one of my favorite studio to practice and play at. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you have what you need to make your session successful. They are well equipped to get whatever you need...... was very impressed that they even had a Roland FA-06......( I have the 88 version), which to me is the best keyboard out there...... need to practice? Come to the complete!

Yelp
I'm so tired of paying ridiculous per hour rates to rehearse in tiny rooms with lousy gear. That's become the Manhattan norm. It's fine for weekend warriors slumming it, but not so good for those of us who have to contend with rehearsal space as a work environment. At Complete I get to rehearse in large rooms with good gear, for rates that don't eat me alive. Top it off with cool staff and a location in a very pleasant corner of Brooklyn and you're on to something very good. As good as it gets? As good as I've seen in the last decade or so. Worth the schlep.

Yelp
This place is awesome. they have solid amps in their cheapest rooms and the sky is the limit with their production suites and full live rig sound stage set ups. air conditioning in the cheap rooms and pa's that can get out over the drums, even with some of the loudest of the drummers. I would say it is worth it to step up to the production rooms which are about 100$ for two hours, they are large and spacious and give enough room to not feel cramped and have your ears ringing for the next two days. I go weekly and have never encountered a problem. only thing I'd say is their bass rigs sometimes crap out but then again our bassist plays with an unforgiving right hand and has all custom modded equipment. would recommend

Yelp
This place is Amazing, everyone always has a positive attitude. Even if something goes wrong, everyone is quick to come up with solutions.

Yelp
Great rehearsal space. Reasonable rates. Hannah and Dimitrius are awesome and always super helpful / accommodating .

Yelp
This might be a good place to rehearse but spare a thought for us neighbouring families. The studio has done its utmost to avoid installing simple soundproofing measures that would have made our lives so much better. The owner was verbally abusive when I challenged him on the subject. I'd like to say otherwise but basically if you book here, you're lining the pockets of a bully.

Yelp
These guys are not: - cheap. $30/hr minimum for broken gear, plus attitude if you actually want a guitar amp that works. - professional. good luck even getting in the building in time for the hit. booking time is a crap shoot, not uncommon to show up with your band and gear to find your rehearsal slot has been given away. I suppose if you're in a pinch and want to give away $60 and up for a terrible experience you can give them a shot. Otherwise stay away.

Yelp
i rarely have trouble finding an open room here. their employees have always been good to us. most of the rooms are huge compared to other practice spaces i've used, but you end up paying a bit more than other brooklyn spots our drummer says the kits aren't that well maintained (which is the case for most hourly spaces) and prefers sweatshop in wburg

Yelp
i just rehearsed a string sextet with track and rapper at complete music. this was my first experience there. FANTASTIC! very reasonable rate, spotless, everything worked, very courteous staff. i recommend it very much.
