If you’re visiting Saint-Pierre and want the best accommodation experience on the island, Les Terrasses du Port should be the top choice. It’s perfect for couples, wellness getaways, and those seeking a relaxing, refined French escape in North America. ||The staff is friendly and happy to assist. Kris, an excelent bilingual concierge, gave us a ride to the ferry in the morning. ||Rooms are spacious, cozy, stylish and very clean. Towels are white, fresh, great quality. ||We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Excellent Restaurant: French cuisine on par with fine dinning!||Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Les Terrasses du Port. The hotel itself is modern, well appointed and impeccably maintained and cleaned. The location is only a 15 minute walk from downtown and has the most beautiful view of St Pierre and the harbour. The restaurant has excellent food and the best bakery in St Pierre is only steps away. However, what made our stay so enjoyable was the staff. From the moment we were picked up at the airport until we were dropped off we felt so welcome. I cannot say enough about how helpful, friendly and fun the staff were. When we could not figure out how things worked on St Pierre they not only advised us but made phone calls for us to sort things out.

Amazing staff! They go out of the're way to make sure your stay is perfect. A special mention for Chris and Justin who give an extra touch to your stay. Chris is a wealth of information about the history of St Pierre and an exceptional person. Hopefully when we come back, the hotel will offer Island tours for the guests! Thank you for making our stay memorable, we will be back!

The front desk is great, the rooms are phenomenal for this part of the room, and the food is good. Gym is of the best you will find in hotel on this planet. Cheap shuttle to and from the airport. Extremely pricey; we had to stay here one night as it was the only place on the island, but it is certainly worth what they charge.

Wonderful hotel with great staff and a very nice spa. The room was perfect, very clean and well maintained. We had a terrific view of the water. The restaurant looked nice but was closed for dinner during our stay. Hotel staff recommended other restaurants for dinner and all were amazing. A short 10-15 minute walk from the ferry terminal. However, if you have a lot of luggage and heavy luggage, would recommend you book the a pick up / drop off with the hotel directly as much of the walk in between is not paved / no sidewalk. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Currently staying here for our last night, Staff is great they do a lot to ensure we are given the best treatment even if the language barrier is there. The rooms are very modern and feature high quality tech/appliances. The spa is worth checking out since they had a 50% off deal running although I would pay the full price on that knowing the experience was worth it. Outdoor patio is nice if you want to relax outside. Rated 4/5 It’s great but there’s some minor things that are there. 1. Some vinyl pieces are sticking out and need to be repaired. Balcony trim pieces are apart. 2. Alcohol in blended drinks are way too strong or under mixed. avg $24CAD for 1x mixed drink :/ 3. Food prices are a bit up there for the restaurant downstairs. 2x Burgers 2x drinks 2x deserts $130CAD If it was an actual meal I’d rate higher but seems we got bare minimum for a premium. 4. The 2/1 Shampoo provided in rooms isnt bery good for hair but decent as a body wash.

I cannot speak too highly of Les Terrasses. Clean. Quiet. Beautiful views. Very good suppers and buffet breakfasts. Wonderful shower. Flawless Wi-Fi. But it's the staff that really shine, esp. 'jack-of-all-tasks' Chris. From picking us up at the airport, to ensuring all shuttles to ferries were pre-booked, to answering any question, or just greeting us by name with a hearty "bonjour", Chris was friendly, welcoming and genuinely interested in our happiness. Whatever he's being paid, it isn't enough.

Top of the line gym, beautiful, well appointed rooms, we had a great sleep. Evening restaurant service by an older guy Raymond was unfriendly.
