As others have commented, if I could give ZERO stars I would. Never, never, NEVER order from this company. I got a notice that the splint I ordered had been delivered. Only problem: it had not. I called and actually got someone in the phone who looked it up and found that was incorrect (no kidding!) and that it was still in the process of being shipped. By the time it arrived, my doctor said I no longer need it. Then I tried to find return info. I called 2 different #’s and got no helpful info, I tried chat, was waiting, the page disappeared. I finally reached a real person by contacting sales instead of returns. Gee, what a surprise - plenty of time to help if it’s for sales, but not for returns. Then I’m informed that the brand of my item can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. I informed he that I didn’t intend to do business with this company ever again. She said she would send me store credit anyway as soon as they received my return, to which I said, “WHATEVER”! Oh, and there is a return fee of $6.75 if I received free shipping, which I did. I guess this, at least, does make sense. But, not enough sense to do business again.
