Wow I can't t believe this company !! I ordered socks in a beginning of January for someone in the service. It's Jan 23 still no notification not coming. So I had called them in the beginning of the week to find out they're back order and that they'll send something to me soon re guarding the shipping info. What's funny is that they had said in a email a day after I order them t, they were packed and ready to ship . How do you pack something to ship that's backwarded? They lost my business I did order from another company Monday came a day to late. Wish I used the other company.I would have been able to send them off in time. I've used Compression Sale a few times, Now I know why they have bad reviews I canceled the order I hope no problem being reimbursed.

As others have commented, if I could give ZERO stars I would. Never, never, NEVER order from this company. I got a notice that the splint I ordered had been delivered. Only problem: it had not. I called and actually got someone in the phone who looked it up and found that was incorrect (no kidding!) and that it was still in the process of being shipped. By the time it arrived, my doctor said I no longer need it. Then I tried to find return info. I called 2 different #’s and got no helpful info, I tried chat, was waiting, the page disappeared. I finally reached a real person by contacting sales instead of returns. Gee, what a surprise - plenty of time to help if it’s for sales, but not for returns. Then I’m informed that the brand of my item can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. I informed he that I didn’t intend to do business with this company ever again. She said she would send me store credit anyway as soon as they received my return, to which I said, “WHATEVER”! Oh, and there is a return fee of $6.75 if I received free shipping, which I did. I guess this, at least, does make sense. But, not enough sense to do business again.

I would give zero starts if possible. Looking at all the good reviews I feel like my experience was one off. But I would not recommend to anyone. Estimated delivery times mean nothing - you have to chase the customer support to get you order shipped - they seemed to be unaware where order is and when it will ship. Constant delays in deliver, communications, orders cancellation and refunds. On top of the manufacturing defected products that were received. Customer services take forever to reply and you have to stay on top of them to get any progress in any issue resolution. Still awaiting a refund for a faulty product.....

They offer quality products but getting them delivered is an issue. First order received one item and the other wasn't even shipped until I informed them I never received it. Second order - over a week with one item shipped and sitting somewhere in transit. Other items - still waiting - maybe backordered? Do not believe their shipping info. It is not fast! One month to receive everything on my first order.

Do not order from this website! Never received a shipped email. Called customer service who says the socks are on backorder and do not know when they will arrive. They also do not do refunds. They sure take your money quickly though. Almost immediate withdrawal.

Pros: Excellent customer service and alo reps that I spoke with were knowledgeable and ensured I was receiving professional service as well as accurate information per my request. Cons: Received tracking notification that my items were delivered when they had not yet been delivered. Delivery takes way too long!

The product and prices are good but it took 20 days and multiple calls to receive the order in two shipments. It was due to the CompressionSale handling time and not the delivery services. I only received a tracking number on one shipment and had to call them to get the order moving. They drop shipped from the brand/manufacturer rather than ship it themselves which may be something new. The good part is that I now know where their Second Skin product actually comes from and the other brand name so that I can now buy it on Amazon and receive it in a reasonable amount of time. It also will not be subject to their onerous terms and conditions. They should be as strict with themselves as they are with their customers.
