Such a great place to stay. I've stayed in a Kata, on a tent pitch and in both the Steading and the Farmhouse. Great to have such a variety of choice for whatever suits your budget. Staff are all super helpful and friendly. All accommodation has been clean and well equipped. It's hard to believe the farmhouse counts as a hostel - we stayed there with a bunch of friends for a weekend with the place to ourselves, and it was just perfect. Trails are great from the green to the black. Cracking skills area, too. Plus loads of walking and riding in the area; tons of interesting things to see and do. Really fascinating area to visit. Will be back.

Amazing location. Fantastic bike trails. Lovely people and yummy farm shop. Would be great if the cafe was open more days in October. Would definitely return

We can’t recommend Comrie Croft enough for a wedding. Everything was perfect - a beautiful blend of cosy, eco-friendly, countryside retreat with modern facilities and incredibly friendly staff. Having so many people able to stay on site is a massive bonus, there are so many incredible options, and their wedding shed is a genius idea that helps save costs and the environment. Comrie Croft gives you the flexibility to make the wedding your own whilst keeping all the planning straightforward and stress free.

The eco lodge at Comrie Croft is just stunning and amazing value. |Having only camped there before, to then pay little more than the cost of two nights of camping for one night in the cosy warm lodge made me wonder if I’ll ever want to camp again! |We had room 9 which seems to be the largest of the four bed rooms and was so cosy. Kids gave the bunk beds a huge thumbs up as well as the toasty power shower.|The kitchen was well equipped and again just stunning, as well as having lots of cosy areas with books and board games for different groups to gather. |It was great to feel like we had the bike trails to ourselves as the day cyclists went home but it was still light enough to cycle. It was also super handy for Ben Chonzie.|Finally we loved the sauna and cold dip experience!|Lovely stay and one of those where you don’t really want to leave a review in case everyone else finds out about it!’

Beautiful stay in late October. Autumn colours were wonderful. We stayed in campervan area and enjoyed a peaceful stay with very friendly staff. Facilities were immaculate and food from the cafe was delicious.

We recently got married at Comrie Croft and the whole experience was amazing. From the beginning the wedding staff were so friendly and accommodating. Throughout the planning process they were so easy to communicate with, no question to small or silly, and over the weekend they were there for whatever we needed. The environmentally friendly aspect of the venue, including sharing of resources with other couples, really appealed to us - the wedding shed is amazing, all venues should have this! We loved having so many of our guests staying onsite, it made the whole weekend have a real community feel :) We were lucky enough that the weather was beautiful and so we got married in the woodland and it felt completely magical. We then had our drinks in the courtyard, which is such a beautiful space and feels so private despite there being so many bikers and campers on site! The dinner and dancing in the barn was fantastic. There is so much room that you don't need to take down tables and there's plenty of space for a good ceilidh! We cannot say enough good things about this venue. Our guests loved it too and commented on what a beautiful area it's in. It's relatively easily accessible from both Glasgow and Edinburgh, making it a great option if guests are coming from out of Scotland too. Comrie Croft was the perfect wedding venue for us - we would 100% recommend!

I got married at Comrie Croft at the weekend and everything about it was amazing. From booking a wedding look around to the communication during the planning process and the support on the weekend was incredible. What an amazing venue! Although just outside the courtyard is a busy mountain biking/camping paradise you would never know in the courtyard as it feels very intimate.

Great set up over the whole site. Several accommodation options available. I stayed in my tent on one of the woodland pitches. Check in was friendly and efficient, in fact, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Cafe was excellent and the biking facilities were first class too. A real gem for mtb enthusiasts.

Yelp
My first experience of glamping! I bought a wee deal through itison and my boyfriend and I headed here on a chilly November afternoon. The scenery is absolutely stunning! Even on a misty day, it's so easy to appreciate the beauty & dramatic hillsides as you drive the windy roads. When we arrived, it was almost dark, but this didn't dampen our spirits! Our kata was the furthest up the hill, which was a bit of a walk, but you are allowed to take your car up to drop things off before parking. The katas contain a platform bed, a stove, dishes, a table & lighting. It's best to bring bedding etc to keep you warm and comfortable. It was very cold during the night, so I would recommend you buy more kindling/logs from the shop. There was a 5 minute walk to the showers and toilets which I didn't enjoy, but next time I would just request a kata nearer to those. They have chickens and a lovely dog who roam around the place, there is also a section with lockers and a plug for your hair drier! All in all, I really enjoyed this experience. Great for couples or a group of 4!

Yelp
Stayed in the farmhouse hostel for a night... Plenty of room and we had the room to ourselves, a double with three singles. Clean sheets and nice and warm throughout. Communal areas being the kitchen, very well kitted out with plenty of utensils etc and even food essentials left behind by other users (eg flour, milk etc) had great fun feeding the chickens by hand and even lit a fire in the communal garden... All in all an excellent experience
