Good packaging and a decent amount for the money. I was upset the shipping was taking so long, the customer service team handled it with compassion and grace. Happy I’ve found a great manuka supplier.

Being ( no pun intended) from Canada I've never heard of Manuka honey until I spotted it in one of our Costco stores , very expensive until I read the label and I was hooked , the history behind this amazing product sold me , the flavor is second to none in the world in my opinion a definate must to try , thankyou New Zealand for exporting another one of your fine treasures!!

Love the design of the building outside. You can tell they've made some sales. Inside is just as impressive. They are not stingy with the samples. We bought a few bags of the lozenges and were afraid we bought too many. They really helped our sore throats and now we're looking to buy more. 🍀 🍀 🍀

What's going on? No one answers phone, daily guided tour, went 4 times for a tour in te puke - Main entrance says daily tour, no tour notices on site whatsoever that its cancelled or closed or postponed ? .....this is a disappointing.

Terrible false use of imagery. Claiming people, hives and places that are not even yours goes to show your companies lack of morality. Then deleting and removing comments rather than addressing genuine concerns shows your lack of ethics. I will not be buying your products and will be informing people just how low you will stoop for profit. Shame!!!
