Conca d'oro

This is the ultimate hole in the wall restaurant that dates back more than 140 years. What an awesome group of people who are there to serve you. Food was excellent. We had an authentic Croatian experience complete with shots at the end. The side dish of vegetables was delicious. Pair that with the meat lasagne Don’t get put off from the narrow alleyway. It’s worth a visit.

Had a very pleasent dinner at Conca d’oro. The food was delicious and we enjoyed every bite. Would defintely recommend!

I ordered a spaghetti bolognese which was off menu (I think). The waiter said they made bolognese. The sauce was good! The spaghetti itself was extremely disappointing. It’s a shame for a restaurant at this location in Venice to undercook something as simple as spaghetti. It was too chewy and obviously rushed. This was the second restaurant I went to that made them like this here. A friendly tip to the restaurant, request your waiters to ask for genuine feedback at the end of meals. If someone had asked me for feedback, I wouldn’t have left this review. The woman merely asked “food was fine?” I responded that it was “okay” and they rushed off with my plates without allowing another word to be said. Perhaps if they asked “what did you think of the food?” and actually waited and made eye contact.

The pasta with truffle was delicious. Lamb ragout, steak, tuna tartare - all good! Interior was nice and service was attentive but not rushed.

We came here on a quiet Monday. We shared the vegetarian pizza and had the tiramisu and chocolate mousse. The food was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. All for a good price!

We had an amazing experience. Professional staff with an amazing team in the kitchen. The wine list is in trend with some of the best wines in Croatia.

Restaurant is located closeby the main square Korzo in the city centre. Staff are very friendly and hospitable. Portions are big and tasty. The offer of dishes is very attractive for everyone taste. They offer meat, seafood, fish, pizza. Interior is creative where guest feel extremely comfortable.

Beautiful presentation of food, but average quality. Appetizers were served without couvert, there was no drinks menu, the pizza was too salty. We hope that the chef will make changes and next time the food will be better and tastier
