It was sooooo good that I repeated.
This is a message to congratulate Chef Filip and his team in the kitchen, but also to the waiters, specially Dominik who was too kind both days I went to the restaurant.
I’m not going to talk about the menu, just think of this: they appear as a suggestion in the Time Out Magazine 😉
Funny story: On my second day in this restaurant, I asked for the truffle risotto, I was doubtful as on my next day, I was going yo Pula (the region where they find most to the truffles) so, Dominik told me: try our risotto, then eat in Pula, and then come back with a comparison…. He was right to be so secure of the dishes… If I come back to Croatia, I’ll definitively have dinner here again!
