We loved this hotel, perfectly situated in the old part of the city close to delicious restaurants and cozy wine bars. The room was small but stunning. So was the bathroom. Staff were helpful. The breakfast was good, with eggs to order available. The bar was excellent with terrific service and some really tasty Mallorca wines. The pool area was relaxing. The hotel also offers a pass to a full service gym right around the corner. I’d highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

I was in Palma alone for five nights and felt nervous about being by myself. This hotel was centrally located, which allowed me to come and go with ease, looking at all the sites, coming back for a rest, and returning for some more. The room I was given was bigger than expected, with a lovely sofa and an extremely comfortable bed. The only area where I think there could be improvement, is around the breakfast buffet, which was included. While the items were all delicious, they were identical for five mornings in a row. A bit more variety would be appreciated. All in all an exceptional hotel for an exceptional stay in a beautiful city.

A truly unique place of relaxation, located very conveniently so that you are close to everything, but also not too close. You don't have an endless stream of tourist in front of your front door. The pool is nice. The bar is pretty. The interior of the rooms is stylish, not tacky and most importantly, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. If you want to treat yourself, this is a good place to start.

Really beautiful intimate hotel in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The staff are attentive, kind and efficient. The room was immaculate and spacious with wonderful interior design and generous amenities. The gym in the hotel is very small but they give you access to the McFit one block away for free! Plenty of sun around the pool area all day in October. We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience in the heart of Palma. Great location an easy walk to the cathedral and old town. The hotel is situated in a stunning building, beautifully refurbished and decorated. The staff were fantastic. We were so well looked after and would recommend the massage here! We loved every moment!

Location is good if you are looking for a city trip. Rooms are ok, some are really dark, beds are small and uncomfortable. Service is not really helpful. I stayed here bc I have a high status at Marriott and wanted to take advantage of the benefits as usual. There were not fully recognized and the team was not very helpful. So, if you are in a similar situation, consider staying somewhere else, not worth it. There are better hotels for a similar price and at least you will know what to expect.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Palma. Nothing is more than a 15min walk from the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable (although on the smaller side, since the hotel is located in the city center) - all the amenities you need are available. The included breakfast is wonderful and they also cook to order eggs/bacon/omelets (included). Don’t miss the Happy Hour at the bar since you will receive a free tapa with each cocktail. The staff is very professional and friendly and really warm up the customers after a few days. We parked in the parking lot on Via Roma, which is a 5 min walk (€24/day).

This was my third time staying, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Love love love the amazing pool area, rooms are nice, food is delicious, cocktails - the best in town, and all the staff is extremely kind people, who will do anything to make you feel at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to be coming back again.
