Conch Shell Inn

A quaint boutique hotel right on the water. Simple but perfect. Hammocks and lounge chairs looking out at the water. Very friendly employees, and right next to some great dining options. Awesome location close to the express boat shuttle.

We stayed here for a week (Jan 27th-Feb 3rd 2024) and it was absolutely wonderful. Vivian was there to greet us and show us to our room. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Once we got into the room, I thought I was melting due to the humidity and was thinking we may have to spend the extra $15 a day for the AC. Once we opened the windows up the ocean breeze cooled everything down and there was no need for the AC. If you rent a golf cart, there is parking right on the side of the building. It’s a little tight in the morning and you have to back out but it’s pretty easy. At night it can be a bit noisy due to people hanging out at the bars nearby. The noise dies down around 1am but then starts again at 5:30am, so bring ear plugs. Vivian and her daughter would come in daily and make your bed. The linens are switched every couple days as well as the towels. Shower works wonderful and the water is hot. All in all it’s a great and affordable place to stay!! Vivian and her daughter are wonderful and give Happy the dog a pet too!

Really Great rustic Inn Right on the beach ⛱️ with 2 hammocks to chill 😎 out on. Old style Inn but price reflected with good rates & value. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. AC extra if needed but sea breeze often so not really needed. Will definitely stay here again in beautiful Belize 🇧🇿 San Pedro 😁😎🏝🏖

Well, now we know we Hate tempurpedic mattresses. Lol. Other than that, this place has a lot of outside noise from the golf carts and people in the alley next to it and people at the dive shop across and on the beach. |Hidden fee of $15 per night if you want AC. |One "real" as in normal size and thickness towel, one smaller, thinner, rougher towel. |It is on the beach but there are many other choices.

Rooms are well kept, beds are comfortable, water hot. It can be a little noisy at night as it is right where one of the water taxis come in and there is a bar on the left. It really wasn't bad at all, a perfect oasis in San Pedro town! Staff are so wonderful! Vivian is amazing and takes wonderful care of everything! If you are missing your puppy, she has three friendly guys that will appreciate the ear scratches and are super fun to hang out with. Ask Vivian and she can tell you anything you need to know, where to go, when, who to talk to for private snorkeling at Ho Chan, beach towels, she is amazing!!! I highly recommend!

First, lemme tell you, these little cottage rooms are spectacular. They’re perfect for your stay here. Right on the beach, within walking distance of front, middle and back streets. There’s tons of things to do all around. Next door is a jerk place on one side and a very lovely bar and grill called Lilys on the other side. What makes this place stand out is the amazing service you receive while here. Vivian takes special care to remember you and always makes sure you have everything you need. This will definitely be a permanent spot to stay when we are in San Pedro. This trip has been amazing staying here!

It is what it is. This is not a Hyatt or a Marriott or a Sheridan. It is a quaint motel sitting on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is low key. It is calm. It is unpretentious. It is old. It's clean. It's perfect. The bathroom door doesn't stay shut but has a sliding bolt lock to keep it shut. The fixtures are old. The air conditioning is awesome. The refrigerator works. It's all about expectations. If you want a real beachfront experience this is the place. If you want an all-inclusive that surrounds you with perfection and doesn't show you anything about this beautiful island other than pounding music and overpriced drinks this is not the place for you.
