Best part of hotel is pool, location and housekeeping. The rooms although clean have not been maintained for years. In room 22 the bath faucets are not secure when turning on and off they wiggle 180° and worts yet you have to ask the front desk to light the boiler to get hot water! The good parts are that the pool is large and clean, and the view from room 22 is of the malecon, beach vendor tents and the gorgeous sunsets.

Place looks very different from the pictures, the prices online are not the correct, the rooms do not include AC, TV, not even a fan. The guy told us it was a different and expensier room for that. Seems like a ghost town, nothing open at night, and so many mosquitos. This place is nothing as they describe online

This hotel looks a lot better in pictures that in person, the hotel is ok, right by the beach which is great, but the condition of the rooms are really not good, no A/C, old, not so clean, and there are a lot of mosquitos. Pool is nice, and the food by the beach is amazing. They receive you with fresh coconuts to drink. Little town of Cuyutlan is good to walk by. Beware, because this beach is open and not safe because of sharks.
