Best part of hotel is pool, location and housekeeping. The rooms although clean have not been maintained for years. In room 22 the bath faucets are not secure when turning on and off they wiggle 180° and worts yet you have to ask the front desk to light the boiler to get hot water! The good parts are that the pool is large and clean, and the view from room 22 is of the malecon, beach vendor tents and the gorgeous sunsets.

Not the best place but also not the worst in the area. The buildings themselves are old and run down. The doors jam and are not secure, the place needs a lot of maintenance. There are no towels in the room, you have to go ask for them yourself, multiple times and the towels themselves are ripped and in poor conditions. The wifi service does not reach the rooms. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are a lot of places nearby, however, the food is Bland and more expensive than other more luxurious places. The prices are not worth it. Good for a 1 day stay at the beach, with low expectations. The pool in the hotel (needing some maintenance as well) was probably the best part.

Place looks very different from the pictures, the prices online are not the correct, the rooms do not include AC, TV, not even a fan. The guy told us it was a different and expensier room for that. Seems like a ghost town, nothing open at night, and so many mosquitos. This place is nothing as they describe online

This hotel looks a lot better in pictures that in person, the hotel is ok, right by the beach which is great, but the condition of the rooms are really not good, no A/C, old, not so clean, and there are a lot of mosquitos. Pool is nice, and the food by the beach is amazing. They receive you with fresh coconuts to drink. Little town of Cuyutlan is good to walk by. Beware, because this beach is open and not safe because of sharks.
