We stayed here for 3 nights. First night, we were assigned to room 3 which is on the first floor with a garden view and a cozy well-designed place. However, the consistent noise from the street exists during the whole night, and mosquitoes flying, bugging..and the shower room doesn’t have hand shower and the power is light the temperature is just warm. Not enjoy the shower here. Since we couldn’t sleep the whole night even with the earplugs, we asked for staff assistance to change the room. She is supportive and proactive to find the solution. Eventually, we switched to room 6 which is renovated with new style material of window. The window frame is modern and noise-proof when closing. There is a hand shower in the bathroom as well. If you plan to stay here in summer, provide some staff anti-mosquito by your side to have a good sleep. In general, the stay experience was nice, location is good just near by the Chinatown, and there are bustling with a lot of choice of delicious food. If you are a light sleeper, please be aware that the streets near be are usually busy and noisy at night.

The apartment was spacious, well-designed, and very clean. The shower had great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. It is extremely noisy-even deep sleepers will wake up multiple times during the night. There is constant noise from the street: cars, garbage collection, dogs barking, and other guests walking up the stairs. You won't get a good night's sleep here, which is a real pity because everything else about the place is very good. They should seriously consider investing in better doors and soundproof windows. It honestly feels like sleeping on the street.

It could have been... But it's now a shadow of its former glory, work numerous safety and maintenance issues (no covers for plug sockets, sharp metal bathroom door handles, broken lamp plug, etc.) You can tell that someone put a lot of thought and some money into it at the beginning but it's been managed into a downward cost cutting spiral. We only stayed here because we left booking too late. Bed linens torn and wrong size for mattress, barely staying on the bed overnight. Bathroom towels old and stained. Soap empty or nearly empty and not refilled. No bathroom clean, no fresh towels. Concrete floors, walls, ceiling = very loud at night from noise outside and from other apartments. Lowish price brings undesirable loud party goers that woke us kept us up into 3AM. Don't stay here if you value your sleep. Cleaning consisted of bringing new cups and making the bed. No one at reception - have to whatsapp them and they say they don't live on site. Not proactive service. Overall wouldn't recommend

Nice little hotel on a quiet street. The room we were in was basic and probably one of the cheaper rooms as Milan hotels are very expensive but it was a nice enough room, the bathroom was nice and spacious with a good shower. The lady at reception Emmanuella was really helpful and showed us everything. The hotel is in a great location, right behind bustling Chinatown with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Also a short walk to a beautiful ornamental cemetery and Parco Sempione which is a lovely park. Only ten mins to Garibaldi station. All in all a good stay.

Lovely stay in this hotel Pros - loved the area, China town is very fun with lots of cool places to eat and drink. Very modern room which was a good size & clean. Little luggage storage area which was good. Cons - a little hard to find, very small signage. Was quite noisy when other people were coming and going. No full length mirror in our room - only mirror was in a very strange place. Overall a good stay!

I took my fiancé for her 30th and my son for his first birthday. We got back yesterday we all had a brilliant holiday. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant she couldn't do enough for us. The apartment is situated in china town which looks a little rough when u arrive however don't judge a book buy its cover. The apartment are well equipped and fully serviced u can wash and dry your clothes cook it is a home away from home. The apartments are a 15-20min walk into Brera which is lovely to visit for an evening meal. The metro connection is approx 5 mins away. We went to the San Siro which cost €1.50 each and it takes you right up to the stadium. You can also catch the same line down to Duomo etc or u can also catch a tram. We also visited navagli which took around 45mins walk it is abit rough and ready wen you arrive at the canal however if you keep going you come to some really nice bars and restaurants. There is also a lovely park 5-10 mins away were you can also look around sforza castle which is free! Perfect if u don't mind a walk. When u arrive at the airport u can get a bus which is €8 to the central station which takes around 45mins u can then get a taxi to the apartments which cost €10 and that took around 10mins there is a queue of taxis when u arrive just make sure you write the address out and you will be fine.

The stairs smell very bad(as someone peed there). The bathroom start smelling after the first night. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working. The bathroom was inside the closet with a strange door into it. The bed cover was not clean on our arrival(pic attached) The walls were so thin you could hear people next door as they were in your room. No parking found in the nearby area only private parking which was very expensive. The location was far from the main sites and not in a good part of the city. However, the woman at the reception was very friendly and nice. She changed the bed sheets after we called her.

2 nights in Milan, the room was clean and spacious.||Coffee maker in room, complimentary San pellegrino bottles in fridge and it had a cool design. Very happy with room and bathroom, which are very important.||||However, I found the distance to be quite far from the centre. There was a tram stop somewhat near by, but not close enough to be convenient. We took the tram down the first day, and walked back that night (long walk) but after that we ended up taking taxi back and forth from the centre. Was not a problem and not expensive but it's as spending a few extra euros to get a central hotel would have ended up being the same thing.||||Pros:||-Room; comfortable and spacious||-Staff; very friendly staff but we only saw them during check-in and check-out.||||Cons:||-Fridge never worked||-Water bottle was opened||-The biggest minus was the distance to the centre- but to be fair that is not their fault.
