Google
Concord Mills is a top shopping destination with something for everyone! With an amazing mix of outlet stores, big brands, and specialty shops, I always find great deals. The food court and dining options are diverse and delicious, and the mall is clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. Whether I’m shopping, grabbing a bite, or catching a game in the arcade, I always have a blast. Highly recommend for a full-day shopping adventure!

Google
What a super surprise it was to stumble upon this mall while visiting the Bass Pro shop. There are over 100 stores to choose from. But the biggest surprise was my favorite store, Primark. Haven't been in one since I left Germany. The food court also had plenty of different foods to pick from. All and all, it's a great mall.

Google
I love it 😍😍 it was clean and quiet, I feel it’s new construction, beautiful interior design 😍 a lot of brands, restaurants and things to do 😍 highly recommend to visit

Google
My family go this place when we do seasonal shopping for everyone, especially for our kids. This is a huge outlet mall that can satisfy all different age groups and genders because they have a lot of stores and because it is an outlet mall, prices are very reasonable. Attached photo is one of my favorite brand in the mall and their price is unbelievably low. Quality is great as well. We live about an hour away from here but it’s worth it.

Google
Very clean and very big mall. Get ready to walk a lot. I mean a lot.

I always have fun when I come here, there's so much to do!!! The aquarium, the escape room, the movie theater, the go karts out back! ✨💕 I love it, my only complaints are that I wish they had better options in the food court and I wish they stayed open til 10 or 11.

Google
Mann u can barely shop here it don’t even be Xmas and it’s crowed as hell ! Oh and during Xmas I had to drive around damn near 45 minutes to find a spot. Coach line was like hour Wait. I’m a shop online this year. Go out to the Premium mall to the outlet coach store cause Concord Mills Mall is truly truly an escape room. it’s ridiculous. The State whole North Carolina is at that mall.lol

I want to thank Ana from The Cosmetic Company for her professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service skills. She helped my husband choose thoughtful gifts for all our family members, taking into account their ages and different skin types. She also gave helpful advice on how to best use each product. We were so happy with the service that I later brought my mom and a friend to shop as well, this time just 10 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, Ana welcomed us with the same care and attention, making sure each of us found exactly what we needed (plus a few wonderful products we didn’t even know about before!). Everyone left happy and delighted with their purchases.

Yelp
It's a decently sized mall with just about any variety of store you can expect with a little more than others. However, I will say I wish there was some more variety in stores. It feels like a lot of copy and paste with the changing of brands. Typical for some malls but it's dang near perfect asides from that.

Yelp
Had a great time checking out this mall last year on my way out of Charlotte. My hubby wanted me to bring home some Cinnabon while I was there, since I'm rarely out shopping, so I did. They were just as good as the cinnabons from the Atlanta area and elsewhere that we've had. While I was there, I also checked out Dick's, Foot Locker, the Nike Clearance store, New Balance, and Spencer's. All the stores were clean and well-stocked. I ended up getting some shoes on sale at New Balance. The workers were very helpful and accommodating there. I would definitely recommend them if you want some comfy shoes and happen to be in the area. It's hard for me to find shoes with my wide feet, but NB usually has something I can get into. It was a fun day cruising around. The food court area reminds me a little bit of Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville, GA. I would say it definitely is more of a family oriented mall and not so much focused on luxury brands - more my kind of mall. I would definitely come back next time I'm in the Charlotte/ Concord area.

Yelp
This is a pretty nice mall to pop into with the wife and kids. My daughter loves the Carousel in the food court. There's a lot of great shops. We like to walk to get out of the weather. Cold or Hot, and walk around inside.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a very good size of outlet mall in Charlotte, North Caroline close to the city. There are many stores and choices of merchandise. The only problem is the traffic is always heavy to get in and out. Be patient!

Yelp
My daughter and I came here while visiting the aquarium. The aquarium is attached to Concord Mills. We parked near the aquarium. After which we walked throughout the mall. When I tell you this place is huge. It has some great stores in here. It's kind of like an outlet mall but indoors. You could probably come here and spend the day and do everything. They have the aquarium, a movie theater, a go-kart track outside, and plenty of places to eat. This is literally a one stop shop!

Yelp
I'm my opinion, the Concord Mills mall used to be the "it" place to go for all your shopping needs. However, over the years, the quality of the mall has gone down. This is/was partly due to the unsupervised young/teenage crowd that had taken over the mall, leading to fights, gunshots, etc. Usually when that happens, many stores will eventually leave the mall and relocate. As a result of this, there are some stores here which are heavily shopped at. But there are also a lot of stores that cannot be found here. Also, all throughout the food court, as well as throughout the mall, it was very dirty! Food, wrappers, garbage/debris could be found in every section of the mall that I visited. The experience was a pretty bad one for me...very different than the high quality mall I visited 4-5 years ago.

Yelp
It's been a while since I visited this mall. I got here bright and early around 9 am and met up with some friends for some Angel Tree Christmas shopping. They have a lot of stores and different then what I remember. They have a Burlington, Books-A-Million, VS, Bath & Body works, Shoe stores, AMC, Old Navy, and a bunch of other regular retail stores. They had a lot of sales still going on for Christmas and we were able to find a lot of our gifts in about 3 stores. The mall was very clean when we arrived and, of course, empty on a Wednesday morning, which was awesome as their were no wait times, and we were able to go in and get out fast. They have a beautiful carousel in the middle of the food court, which is $5 per ride. I don't often come to this mall as it is further away from me, but when I do come, I have a pleasant experience and find all the stores that I need. It's a big mall with PLENTY of parking to choose from.

Yelp
Let's face it, most malls are going downhill these days, but Concord Mills sets itself apart from that issue. I have only seen it expand since moving to North Carolina. It holds our favorite movie theater in the Charlotte area with reclining seats, and both IMAX and Dolby Digital theaters.. It has a lot of fun activities for kids to go and do. There are plenty of stores, a pretty great food court as far as mall good standards go, and we also love going to Dave and Busters too!
google avatar

Dan J.

Yelp
The shootings that have happened here including a fine police officer are too much for a affluent area outside the city unacceptable. The mall is not so clean killed a small roach today at the food court! Ewww

Yelp
Don't know why I have not written a review of Concord Mills already. There must be something about Simon Properties because they are within minutes of people I care about. Here in our area, we have South Park and Concord Mills and where my sons live in Georgia, they have Town Center Mall in Kennesaw and my Daughter has the Carlsbad Outlets in Carlsbad CA. All are a bit different but each has a familiar feel to it and each is a pleasant shopping experience. Concord Mills is 1.4 million square feet of shopping experience under one roof and each year attracts 17 million visitors making it the number 1 tourist attraction in NC in term of visitors. I did what a lot of folks do besides shop and that is to walk the mall for exercise and watch the people. Loved watching the parents with their small children enjoying the inside rides. For the family, there is also a great Aquarium called Sea Life and a very good movie theater inside. In winter you do not have to go out into the cold until you are ready to leave and in summer, a great place to escape the heat. Only downside is that parking can and is a bear but at least they now offer valet parking for $9

Yelp
Above average mall. It has a movie theater and the aquarium, and the food court is tremendous with the carousel in the middle of it. Beyond that, it's a mall with the typical staples you could expect a mall to have. We came out of our way to this location for the aquarium, which as my review for the aquarium states, it is a brief and lackluster experience. I wouldn't come out of my way to here again, but if you live locally it is a nice mall to visit. Clean, big, well spaced. Plenty of stores and food offering at the food court as well. I'm not a big fan of the mall as a general concept, but this is an above average mall.

Leah N.

Yelp
Absolutely disgusting! The mall may be nice but the food court is so gross. Everybody just leaves their trash at their tables and no janitors in sight. Maybe I have super high expectations but it's gross. I've been sitting at this table for ten minutes and nobody has cleaned the table.

Yelp
Take it from someone who used to work in this mall during her college years, get here early to avoid parking-related headaches. Simply put, get here when the mall opens. On the weekends, the peak times for parking congestion is early afternoon (noon - 3p.m.) so pack your patience if you must come during that time. Here's another tip: drive toward the back of the mall and don't be that person who makes a complete stop at the main entrance. Choose your lane, either right or left and KEEP IT MOVING. The mall is one big oval so you can get to wherever you need to go, regardless of where you park. Don't be afraid to use those legs to walk ;) This mall has been undergoing a major facelift. New stores/restaurants are popping up all over the mall and parking lot, interestingly enough. You do not have a shortage of dining options when you come for a visit. From the food court to the aforementioned parking lot to across the street, you will see your typical chain restaurant options: Popeyes, Outback, Chipotle, Red Lobster, and so on. It's smart to come here with a plan but, hey, it's a mall so walk around. You never know what you may find.
google avatar

Eric B.

Yelp
I never used to be one to go to malls but I find myself coming here at lot more often these days. Besides the crazy amount of steps I get on my fitbit all the stores I normally shop at are here. Reebok, Old Navy, Five Below, Forever 21 and H&M to name a few. I don't like crowds so I always come as soon as it opens on weekends. That's when I can get a good parking spot and get out in no time. Dave n Busters is another reason I come here often, my daughter loves that place and I do too. Nothing like spending $25 on a game card to win enough tickets to get a Ring Pop.

Yelp
Concord Mills in Concord is a great place to go for all things shopping, entertainment, and food. I really like the selection of different stores and restaurants that they have available here. I have had a positive experience every time I have been here. Well worth the visit.
google avatar

Shelley B.

Yelp
Am I the only one that has noticed that half the mall is Asian owned shops/restaurants/"massage spas?"

Michael B.

Yelp
We saw a bird, and we had a good time, and no aggression from anyone, and no trash very clean
google avatar

Edward P.

Yelp
I've been here several times while visiting in North Carolina and twice in Black Friday. If you decide to come on Black Friday make sure you get there early as the parking lot fills up quick. There is an amazing amount of stores at this mall and many of them are outlet stores. Just coming here is good excersise as it is long walk going down one side and back up the other. We really enjoy coming here even if we don't end up buying anything.
google avatar

Yelp
I don't say this very often, but this mall is amazing!!!! I mean amazing. It is like an amusement park of shopping. Now, to its credit, it is right now the Charlotte Motor Speedway, so there is already a feel of amusement. What do they have that is so special: 1. Merry Go Round 2. Bungee Jump 3. Movie Theater 4. Photo Booths 5. Kids Rides 6. Ridiculously large Pro Bass Shop 7. Bible Store 8. TJ Maxx and Bed Bath and Beyond 9. Huge Food Court (they even have yoga on weekends there) 10. Amazingly spacious (common walking areas) 11. Structured in a giant circle so you can never get lost. 12. Graffiti on the walls by the AMC Theater 13. Aquarium 14. Dave and Busters Need I say more. This is an outing. A total family outing.

Yelp
Concord Mills is an excellent mall with close to 200 stores, featuring an aquarium, Go Karts, a Dave & Busters plus so much more! The first time I visited was back in 2010, and I was blown away at how massive this mall is, especially compared to my hometown's mall. It's only one floor, so it's very long. Maybe that's why it seems so big? If you're planning your first shopping trip here, try to get here early to allow yourself enough time to visit all of the stores you would like to see. I noticed that a lot of the stores inside are outlet stores, meaning they are a lot cheaper stores than what you'd find elsewhere. The food court has some different options, even fast food options like Burger King and Popeyes. If you haven't been, I believe it's the biggest mall in the area, so definitely check it out!
google avatar

Rosario S.

Yelp
I love going to Concord Mills. They have a nice variety of stores that I like including H&M, Nike Clearance Outlet, Kate Spade, Kids Foot Locker and even a Sephora. I love the options in the food court and the AMC & Dave and Busters definitely adds more value to a visit there. They've had their share of unfortunate incidents at the mall but, I have seen a noticeable increase of police and security presence and haven't had any issues
google avatar

Mary Clyde P.

Yelp
The shopping is great, but the restrooms (I tried multiple) are by far the most disgusting / dirtiest I've ever been in. They obviously hadn't been cleaned, or even visited by a cleaning crew, all day.
google avatar

Michele M.

Yelp
If I wrote this review last year, I probably would have given them 2 stars. The restrooms were filthy and stinky. The mall seemed old and run down. Today was a good day. The restrooms have been redone and they didn't smell. There were families shopping and not over crowded. Some stores seem to also have been redone. Like Bath and Body Works. Bonus! They have the usual outlet stores and normal priced stores. I absolutely love the TJ Maxx/Homegoods here. It's huge and they have a ton of inventory. I always find something. They also have a movie theater, Sealife Aquarium, and a Five Below. There are tons of restaurants around the mall and they have the dining pavilion and Alino Pizzeria in the mall. Parking is usually not an issue because the parking lot is so big. Overall, a good mall.
google avatar

Suzanne A.

Yelp
Concord Mills is a great mall. It has something for everyone. The mall is a 1 mile oval. One end is Bass Pro Shops and the other you will find the movie theatre. Right in the middle is a very large food court. They added an aquarium a few years ago. A go-cart race track outside The mall continuously tries to maintain its flair. They seem to always keep it fresh. The area continues to grow. Stores being added just outside the mall as well. I recommend visiting Concord Mills. It will not disappoint.
google avatar

Dina W.

Yelp
This mall is huge! There's something for everyone with a mixture of regular and factory stores. There's entertainment options for the entire family, including a movie theater, aquarium, and Dave & Buster's. Inside is bright and clean. The halls are wide so you're not bumping into people even when it's crowded. The food court offers a nice variety of restaurants including Burger King and Firehouse Subs. Beware--the area can get congested quickly so be patient.
google avatar

Edward J.

Yelp
No matter what you are looking for, you will likely find it here. There is a store to meet everyone's shopping needs. The facility is clean and welcoming. I love a mall that you can just do a loop around and never see the same store again.
google avatar

Sam W.

Yelp
Concord Mills is a fun place to go and spend some time with the family. It has several great places to shop that fit into my budget. They had a problem not too long ago with loitering but they seem to have corrected that as of late. I would recommend going on a weekday and not during either race weeks. I would also recommend Alino's pizzeria if you are staying for a meal. It's away from the noisy food court and is light years better tasting.
google avatar

Kaitlyn S.

Yelp
My review for this mall is pretty much the same as all of the other ones you see.. The bathrooms in this mall look and smell disgusting. While I was in Kate Spade, they had a little girl outside of the store just wandering around and crying because she had lost her mother in the VERY busy mall. But - they do have some great store selections. And, the food court has some really great options to choose from, no matter what types of food you like.
google avatar

Mary D.

Yelp
"Concord Mills Mall" its always a fun place to do some shopping!!! We've been coming here for last ten years. And a lot of prices here fits into my budget.. This mall has I think over one hundred plus stores. And honestly if you can't find something in this mall, you're not looking around for sales & discounts. Always a great place for "Shopping Therapy"...,
google avatar

Laura W.

Yelp
Concord Mills gets a solid 3 stars in my book. It's a large indoor outlet mall. They had a pretty good selection of stores but I got a little bit of a sketchy vibe. We went into the Vans store which had some really good sales. The food court has a really big selection of grab and go places; Anything from your typical Chinese food, tacos, sandwiches, and fast food. In the middle of the food court is a huge carousel that runs. Our kids LOVED that part and I felt it gave the food court something colorful and bright to look at other than tables and chairs.
google avatar

Joy H.

Yelp
So dirty!! The bathrooms literally had feces smeared on the toilets! There seemed to be hundreds of police, which made me very uneasy for so many to be in one place. Tons of unsupervised kids, which might explain the police presence. I couldn't eat or really enjoy myself after seeing and smelling the bathrooms. They need to do better!!

nancy g.

Yelp
Really nice mall and has a good variety of stores but the bathrooms are nasty. Needs to be cleaned better and there usually always only 1-2 stalls that aren't broken.
google avatar

Stacy L.

Yelp
It's a Huge mall! It's Very clean and just about any store you could want to visit is here. There are ton of food choices and family activities, including movie theater, the aquarium, go karts, mini golf and more. It's a Great way to spend your day off of have a wonderful family fun day:)
google avatar

Cassie O.

Yelp
I come here all the time but never checked in LOL. Great family style mall. Plenty of restaurants and fast food choices. Starbucks and other competitors to choose from. Restroom could smell better. Everytime I go in it smells like Hot summer day dirty diapers.
google avatar

Sharon K.

Yelp
The security guards are rude and a joke. The people kiosk by the sea life aquarium selling cruises will follow you and don't take no for an answer. The Jerk's name was Omar or something. It's to the point where I didn't feel safe in this environment and fight or flight kicked in. I can't imagine going to this mall alone now. The bathrooms are always disgusting, half the doors in the one by the Starbucks doesn't lock. And hey if you want to call their management number it says the number has been disconnected. Isn't that great! The only positives were the building wasn't on fire and the work on refreshing the place is kinda nice. I wish the T Mobile store wasn't inside the building.
google avatar

Aimee C.

Yelp
Great shopping mall for Great deals!! They have many of the high end stores here with some fun too! A little bit of everything.. They have a Dave and Busters, bowling, pool, movies, race car driving, and in the winter ice skating. They are under a bit of construction right now for a re model, but nothing that got in the way of some good fun shopping!
google avatar

Brenda L.

Yelp
This is a great mall that has lots of outlet/discount stores. They have a pretty big food court (smoothies, Chinese food, Auntie Anne's pretzels, crepes, ice cream, subs, etc). Some stores here include Burlington Coat Factory, TJ Maxx, Kirkland, Coach, H & M, Crocs, Limited, Ann Taylor Factory, Express Outlet, F21, Samsonite, Disney store, Outdoor Bass Pro Shop and much more. Parking is very easy because there are spots all around the entire mall at different gates/doors. I thought there was a good balance of high-end/discount stores. There are lots of things to do inside other than shop. They have two massage/spa spots in the mall, a nail shop, a kids' trampoline entertainment area, and the rideable motorized animals for the kids.
google avatar

Jorge V.

Yelp
Great mall, lots of stores and options. Gets really busy because it's a great mall. AMC is nice. Has nike, adidas and under armour stores
google avatar

G W.

Yelp
At this time Concord Mills mall closes at 7 PM during the week. The combination of closing at this early hour and the construction project out front on Concord Mills Boulevard creates a nightmare of a traffic jam In every direction leaving the property. I have learned the hard way not to drive in the vicinity of the mall and neighboring businesses at this time in the evening. It took 35 minutes to drive from the back parking lot of Burlington to Derita Rd.
google avatar

Jonathan B.

Yelp
I'll add this to a growing list of mall reviews. Initially I would say 3 stars but there are a few things I like giving it a solid 3.5 which I must round up to 4. The cons include the fact that this mall and the surrounding area is so unbearably overcrowded. You really have to prepare yourself mentally and keep that stress in check before you make the life-altering decision to even take the exit off I-85 for this mall. The traffic is a monstrosity. And when you get in the mall the foot traffic is just as bad. I'm also not a fan of the food court. It's this wide open awkward space without any really decent food options. If you can handle the traffic again, go somewhere outside the mall nearby. This place is massive and I think it would take you 30 minutes just to complete a loop around if you never stopped into a store. It actually being an "outlet mall" by definition, the stores are all of your well known favorite brands only far more affordable. My two favorite stores, in common contrast for me, are Bass Pro Shop and Earthbound. I think if not for those stores (and maybe the Lego store) I'd have no interest in returning to this mall. I believe they're also open an hour later here than regular malls too. And another plus I suppose is that the Forever 21 here is HUGE and contains a menswear section. If you just want to shop at outlets, I strongly suggest you find your way to the new ones on the opposite end of Charlotte near Fort Mill. It is far less crowded and still has most of what they have here at Concord Mills. But there are lots of "fringe benefits" around this mall including a massive movie theater, large go-kart track outside and even a small aquarium. Ya, an aquarium in a mall. It's like Phoenix: "a testament to human arrogance". But enjoy!
google avatar

Mark J.

Yelp
Only reason I'm giving this a star is because of bass pro and that's it. I don't feel safe there. There's always fights and shootings going on and groups just hanging there to cause trouble. The security guards are a joke because they have senior citizens as officers and they're not going to stop anything. This place is going downhill fast. If it keeps on it will be the old eastland mall pretty soon.
google avatar

Veronica G.

Yelp
Decent mall...there are tons of stores from Five Below to Micheal Kors. There's pretty much something for everyone at this mall. The food court is located in the center of the mall and there are several food vendors located throughout. The mall itself is located in a great area...right down the street from the Great Wolf Lodge and the motor speedway. We went on a busy weekend, Labor Day. The mall was packed and finding a parking spot was ridiculous. But it was totally worth it because the sales were amazing.
google avatar

Keith S.

Yelp
This is my favorite mall in the area. Since Simon group bought it there have been some nice renovations. The mall is kept clean and there is a good selection of stores. The only thing about this mall is there are no big anchor stores, so don't expect to find a Macy's or Dillard's type store if you're planning a visit.
google avatar

Anita W.

Yelp
Enjoy to remodeling the mall has done. Great choice of stores of brand. Can find just about anything you're looking for. The holidays can get hectic as any other mall, but there are plenty of spaces to park.
google avatar

Anthony H.

Yelp
Concord Mills is a mall only in the literal sense and that's one of it's positives. Yes there are many stores here that vary from clothing, home decor, food, jewelry, a movie theatre to LEGOs however this place feels cheap, almost like a fraud pretending to be something that it's not. I don't mean to sound harsh but that's the reality for me...this is an outlet mall. The prices here aren't much better than what you'll find at a department store, the selection of clothing varies from store to store where some stores truly do sell surplus items to some stores that sell only clothes made for an outlet. Getting to this outlet is a traffic hassle sometimes and the parking is craaazzy but that's to be expected. I don't want to make a general statement about customer service since there are so many stores however I do notice that the stores that I've been to haven't had the best customer service probably because the employees seemed to be overworked and underpaid in dealing with all of the foot traffic. The mall is very clean and that goes for the bathrooms also and the food court is huge so you could shop, eat and shop some more. I don't notice security too much, so I take it that crime is relatively quiet here. All is not lost in Concord Mills, like I said they do have a movie theatre, AMC Concord Mills 24 which is nice. I wouldn't recommend this outlet mall to people who live more than 30 minutes aways because there are better alternatives like Carolina Place Mall, SouthPark, and Charlotte Premium Outlets.
google avatar

Barrie P.

Yelp
Concord Mills is not a place for a quick shopping trip but for at least a few hours. They have lots of stores and things to do. We enjoy the aquarium. There is a movie theater and a Dave and Busters. One of our favorite stores is the Lego store. Some stores are outlets while others are regular so if you want all outlet I would go somewhere else.
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
Plenty to choose from and brings in a good crowd. It is great for all ages and excellent options in the food court

Ghost K.

Yelp
This place is a safe place to be on the week days it is mostly nobody in the mall, I wouldn't recommend going to the mall on the weekends due to how many people go there.
google avatar

Jane H.

Yelp
This mall has great stores. I could spend the day just browsing every store. But unfortunately I limit my time here. This place is over whelmed with teenagers just hanging out. Their not buying, simply just hanging out! There have been fights and shootings here. All involving teens! As a teen we use to hang out at the mall, but times have changed. We never carried guns, knives or looked for someone to beat down. I can remember when this mall had a curfew, what happened to that? Get rid of the riffraff and maybe people interested in spending their hard earned money will return. (I gave 2 stars only because of stores that occupy space).
