Excellent residential community. See Katherine Ruiz in sales. She was a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood feels very safe with controlled access. There are pools, gym, park and play center.

Very large gated community. Well planned with beautiful parks. All homes are two-story, white, modern, and there's a club house with gym and pool.

The maintenance of the areas, pool, gym. Everything needs to be renewed, the pool is always dirty. Dirt everywhere because not even the grass is well maintained! The gym all the machines are rusty and some don’t even work..

The houses are very small and some very old and bad constructed, the Kitchen is terrible and very small bathrooms. If you rent with furniture be aware that you can get very dirty and used furniture where you pay 200-300 $ more rental for that. Many unreable landlords and real estate Agents. You make contracts and discusse everything and then they brake contracts after they get money (like deposit, 2 monthly rentals in forward). It is crazy everything...
