Fantastic ties, bad online customer service!
I ordered a tie, got the “sorry, out of stock” email—no problem. Asked for a refund and was told it would hit my account in 25 days. Fast‑forward two months: still no money, only another note saying the refund was “just issued.” I’ll believe it when it shows up in my bank. I Love their products I ordered before, but the refund timeline needs to leave the Stone Age. Very disappointing.
