CONFINE - PIZZA E CANTINA

Came here with my partner and we had such a great meal. It is probably one of the best pizza places we have ever dined at. We highly recommend it! We unfortunately could not order the set menu as my partner is pregnant so did not want to risk having any raw food that comes part of the experience. The starters were really well done and tasty. As for the pizzas the flavors were really great. The crust was soft and the dough very light. The tomato base was perfectly seasoned, and all the various toppings were just right and balanced. We cannot recommend this place enough. Confine is definitely high on our list to revisit should we find ourselves back in Milan. Totally deserving of the high praises and accolades in the top pizzas of the world list!

Didn’t expect much from a pizza omakase style but was blown away. Venue is incredibly clean with fast guest WiFi. Staff are very professional and well spoken in English. The 6 course meal is incredibly filling and underestimated their pizza slices. Their fried appetizers tasted great and crunchy but the pizza dough and flavors were too notch. Excellent margarita ingredients and the crust was perfectly fluffy. Well worth the visit. Hard to look at pizza the same.

Not only was the food delicious, but every single dish was incredibly unique. I ordered the 6-course menu plus dessert, and every plate was absolutely fantastic. I was a bit under the weather from a long flight and could only manage to take a few bites of the later courses, but I truly regret not being able to finish them all. The entire staff, including the servers, was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

The best pizza in Milan! We had the most amazing experience in Confine. So many special types of pizza, super professional staff and food to remember. Mario and Francesco have created a really special place. You must try the pizza “Semplice ma non facile”, sound like simple margherita but it’s so good and special. The marinara pizza was super special, with so many colors and so many different tastes. There is also a Cantina with many wines from all over the world.

I may have set high expectations given it was the #2 pizza in Italy and since it said it was fried I was hoping it was going to be crispier. Definitely more of a knife and fork pizza, the flavors of the zucchini and artichoke have pizzas were delicious but just not my favorite type of pizza. The appetizers were honestly better, a meaty croquette with a potatoes mousse and a cacio peppe fried dough ball with tuna tartar and caviar on top, amazing.

Great pizza restaurant in Milan. Extremely innovative with a tasting pizza menu that offers a very good value for price. Just a note, the marinara was slightly salty due the olive and capers powder, maybe these two elements could be tuned down a little. Overall great experience.

A fantastic meal. This team really run their restaurant very well. Everything was executed flawlessly from the service to the food. We had the tasting menu, I recommend it as you get to sample just how good this chef and his team are. The flavors and textures were exceptional and well balanced. You must try this restaurant.

Confine Pizza Milano has a modern and contemporary vibe that makes you feel like you're dining in a chic NYC restaurant. I recently tried the 5-course + dessert tasting menu, which includes appetizers and four different slices of pizza. While the variety was impressive, I realized I’m more of a fan of simple flavors. The highlight for me was definitely the Margherita Pizza—it was absolutely delicious! Next time, I think I’ll skip the tasting menu and just order a whole Margherita. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality pizza!
