Khoi and Raymond responded to all my questions with patience and provided clear guidance whenever I needed assistance. His warm attitude made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Our stay at the Conifer Boutique Hotel in Hanoi’s French Quarter was exceptional, largely due to the amazing service from Khoi at reception. From the moment we checked in, Khoi was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. He went out of his way to assist us with transportation and gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants near the Opera House that we wouldn't have found on our own. His English was excellent, making communication effortless.

Very welcome service from the from desk even in late evening! I arrived late and Khoi and Raymond gave welcome and useful suggestions to my trip about the food and day trip travel around Hanoi. The room are is warm and is cleaned in time. I will certainly choose here again for my next time trip in Hanoi. Thank conifer boutique hotel so much!

We have had a very pleasant stay at the Conifer Boutique hotel in the week of 15 September 2025. Mrs Bình (Betty) is a wonderful receptionist, she was very considerate even to the point of giving us anti-mosquito spray for our trip to Hà Giang. Her open personality and seniority is truly an asset of the hotel.

Cozy place on the posh area of Hanoi Next to Metropole Hotel. Closer to Head Quarters but without the nosy environment of It. Rooms with balcony, relatively small but good enough. The breakfast buffet is good. I would reccomend this hotel.
