Choose this hotel for my businesses trip, been in Hanoi for severals time but Conifer brings such a warm and cozy vibe, staff is friendly and helpful, Khoi had been such a nice and funny guy, forgot my key in the room 3 times and he doesn't even show a slight discomfort. Hotel also prepare take away breakfast box for those who need to leave early as well. Very nice hotel, would definitely choose this one again if I have the chance.

What a nice place to stay at the inner of Hanoi (Really near the Guom center lake). The dish was good and matched my fav. The staff was friendly too (Khoi and Hung were enthusiastic guys, you have to ask them👍, they showed us some really good bars and places to go when night fall). The room service was perfect so.

Khoi and Raymond were amazing and welcoming. The staff treated me always with a smile and they were very accomodating. I am blown away by the hotel and the surrounding area. It is extremely safe and would choose to stay here again.

Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter offers a pleasant 3-star stay with excellent service from staff members Hung and Khoi. Their warm hospitality and attentive support make guests feel welcome from the first moment. Room is a little old but clean, comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, night markets, and many street foods. Breakfast is simple but tasty, adding convenience to the stay.

It’s been such a great experience for my sister and I to stay at Conifer Hotel! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Hung and Khoi. The hotel location is very convenient and close to the city center. The breakfast offered by the hotel is very delicious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

French Quarter Hotel, small but very convinience location to many tourism spot like Hoan Kiem lake and museums. Some moldy corner but the bed is very comfortable. Staff are friend Khoi and Hung are helpful, recommend some very good streetfoods.

Khoi and Raymond were amazing, and all the staff, they welcomed us with smiles and made us feel very welcome! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and we miss our time with them.
