Conifer Hotel

This hotel is in the heart of the affluent area of Hanoi. Very close to the Opera House, easy to walk to the lake and parks, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby at all pricing levels. The room was a small double with only one bedside table, as they had put a larger superking bed into the room. So it was fine for us. Decor and bathroom were a bit tired, but everything worked fine and the shower was great. We enjoyed a meal at The Opera Restaurant... with the scallops being especially gorgeous and very tasty. And just a short walk away we had a couple of drinks at a quirky and friendly bar called Tadioto. It was quiet when we were there, but i can imagine that when it gets busy it would have a great atmosphere.

The hotel has maintained its charm while refining its service and overall experience. One of its biggest strengths remains the perfect location, situated right in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff is fantastic—friendly, professional, and bilingual, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Breakfast is reasonable—nothing extravagant, but it does the job. The pricing is fair, making it a great value option in Hanoi. The only downside is that the lighting in the rooms is a bit dim, which might not be ideal for those who prefer a brighter atmosphere. Overall, Conifer Hotel is a solid choice for anyone looking for a well-located, well-managed hotel in Hanoi without breaking the bank.

Very convenient access Hotel. Room is nice and price is decent. Especially, we were helped by two awesome staffs name Lien and Khoi. Outstanding service ! Definitely stay again in my next visiting HaNoi.

Staff very kind and helpful. Great location, not far from almost every touristic sites. Breakfast with a large range of fruits, salty plates, eggs, coffee, bread and viennoiserie But hotel quite old-fashioned, really needs maintenance, paintings fresh up, faucet factories, slide windows (didn’t close properly) And above all, we couldn’t rest and sleep because of woks in progress in the building on the other side of the street, in progress very late and even during the night !

This Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem. I have traveled to Hanoi many times and stayed at different Hotels in Old Quarter but there is nothing compared to this Hotel. The rooms and common spaces are spacious, service is fast, they even went out of the way to do my laundry and deliver on time. The location is perfect, you feel you are in the midst of the high society with all the high-end shopping stores next door, yet there is a calmness in the streets. I absolutely loved it, would definitely stay again.

Great location nice rooms and an excellent staff! Lien and Quan at the front desk were of immense help during my stay. The location is perfect if you are on business or vacation.

Located in the centre of Hanoi a short walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake. The opera house is literally around the corner. This is quite a small hotel so don’t expect 5 star resort facilities. Rooms are ok although perhaps the bathroom in my room could benefit from some new grouting. Showering in the bath was a bit tricky as I am tall and kept hitting my head on the rain shower fitting. Breakfast was ok for a quick bite before sightseeing. Quiet at night, generally, although they were setting up for a concert on one night so there was very loud music on and off till after midnight on that occasion - not the hotel’s problem though. Bed mattress was quite hard, but still managed to sleep. Staff were very friendly.
