Conifer Hotel

We had two wonderful nights at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the center, just a short walk from the lake. It’s on a main street but still very quiet. I will definitely book this hotel again next time!

Choose this hotel for my businesses trip, been in Hanoi for severals time but Conifer brings such a warm and cozy vibe, staff is friendly and helpful, Khoi had been such a nice and funny guy, forgot my key in the room 3 times and he doesn't even show a slight discomfort. Hotel also prepare take away breakfast box for those who need to leave early as well. Very nice hotel, would definitely choose this one again if I have the chance.

Mr. Hùng was extremely helpful and attentive. From the moment I arrived, he promptly came to assist with my luggage and guided me to the front desk for check-in in a professional manner. Throughout my stay, whenever I needed help with my bags or had questions about directions, he was always willing to assist with a friendly and polite attitude.

Services provided was top notch. The rooms were of great condition. The staff are friendly and ate quick to respond to queries in a very friendly manner. |Quan and Raymond in particular are very helpful and friendly.

It’s been such a great experience for my sister and I to stay at Conifer Hotel! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Hung and Khoi. The hotel location is very convenient and close to the city center. The breakfast offered by the hotel is very delicious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

We have had a very pleasant stay at the Conifer Boutique hotel in the week of 15 September 2025. Mrs Bình (Betty) is a wonderful receptionist, she was very considerate even to the point of giving us anti-mosquito spray for our trip to Hà Giang. Her open personality and seniority is truly an asset of the hotel.

French Quarter Hotel, small but very convinience location to many tourism spot like Hoan Kiem lake and museums. Some moldy corner but the bed is very comfortable. Staff are friend Khoi and Hung are helpful, recommend some very good streetfoods.

Amazing place located right at the vibrant and historic downtown with comfortable and spacious rooms, and a highly professional staff. Many thanks to the manager Lien and her team for their kindness and remarkable efficiency. I will come back.
