Very welcome service from the from desk even in late evening! I arrived late and Khoi and Raymond gave welcome and useful suggestions to my trip about the food and day trip travel around Hanoi. Quaint boutique hotel in the French quarter. Rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit dated. Staff is wonderful and breakfast is very generous.
