Our stay at this establishment was disappointing due to multiple issues with cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. The property appears to be in significant disrepair, and the overall condition did not meet basic hospitality standards. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the bunk bed in our assigned room lacked a ladder for safe access to the top bunk. The beds themselves were unstable and shook noticeably.
As part of a mission group, I did not personally select the accommodations, but I would not choose to stay here again. The shower had very low water pressure, and our room—located directly beneath the dining area—was extremely noisy beginning around 5:30–6:00 a.m. due to activity above.
The linens were mismatched, stained, and appeared to be gathered from various sources. Although the air conditioning worked, we were instructed by the owner to turn it off whenever we left the room. Without the AC running, the room quickly developed a strong mildew odor, and there were visible mildew spots on the bedside table. The bathroom window consisted only of rusted metal slats with no glass or screen, allowing insects to enter freely.
The room lacked basic amenities such as a hair dryer, mini refrigerator, and microwave. While the breakfast served was good, it was not included in the room rate and required an additional charge. Overall, I would not recommend this property, as it offers an experience closer to camping than to comfortable lodging. Avoid the room at the front of the inn.
